Sarah (9/5): Exceptional hosts and a lovely property - Such a lovely property, easy to locate, communication from the hosts was amazing, so welcoming and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and again hosts went out of their way to accommodate requests. Really recommend this property The walls are quite thin and I had the unfortunate luck of a guest next door being ill all night - maybe just bring some earplugs in case you get unlucky too

Alicja (10/5): - An absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome from the very first moment. The property is spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious – a perfect start to the day. The location could not be better: a bus stop is just outside the door, which makes exploring Rome effortless. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of shops, excellent restaurants, and even gelato available late at night. A delightful experience in every way – I will most certainly return on my next trip to Rome.❤️
Krawczyk (9/5): - Very polite, helpful staff who take care of their guests. The place is very clean and well-maintained. It's worth choosing a room with a balcony – a great convenience. Easy access to the center of Rome, about 30 minutes by bus, depending on the attractions. The area is very pleasant, and the food and people in the local establishments are excellent – definitely worth trying (not just eating in the tourist center). In summary, I highly recommend staying here.

Manuel (8/5): Lovely host with her heart at the right spot - Noemi is a wonderful host. She asks you what you need and what she can do for you to make your stay great. She offered to help me out when she got to know that I became ill during the stay (cold with fewer). She has got her heart at the right spot. I wish all the best for her and her family. The room is clean and the price is good for such a central area in Rome. Supermarkets and restaurants are all pretty near and the Pasta and gelato there is just amazing. It was pretty loud even at night at our apartment. The room becomes sticky, if the windows are not open. Breakfast is okay but not exciting. I do not know if it is usual in Italy but the breakfast tends to be very sweet. For us vegetables, fruit, darker bread and maybe a larger cheese selection was missing. But for this price a huge selection can not be demanded I guess..

Horatiu (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice and a lot of restaurants and stores around. A bit difficult to get to the city center but that's because the busses don't always stick to the schedule. The breakfast was just croissants and random sweets every day. It was more of a coffee break rather than a breakfast. I think the breakfast should be a bit more diverse.

Near to the 170 bus stop to get to Piazza Venezia then onto Rome centre. Turn left out of the property and 100m on the same side “Piccolo Borgo” really nice, inexpensive restaurant. We loved it. Stavroula (9/5): Superb - The room was very clean and the host very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice, but it had no savory choices. We also liked the neighborhood, there was a farmer's market right outside the building on some days. The room is 20min from the closest subway station and next to many bus stops. We mostly used no 170 to get to the city center. The wifi connection in the room was poor, but the host told us that it is a common issue in the area. As a comment not related with the room itself, the location of the building is nice, but we needed about an hour to get to the city center by bus, and it was quite challenging to find one, especially after 9 pm.
