• Baias (8/5): Spacious apartment close to city center - The location of the apartment is very convenient, 20 minutes from the Colosseum, and has a metro station close by. The apartment is easy to access, everything is digital, you don't need a key, however you do need internet connection :). It is super spacious and clean. It had all the amenities advertised in the description. Perfect value for money. It doesn't have air conditioning, so I think during the summer months it might get hot. We went in the first week of June, and even though there were 30 degrees outside, as it's an old building, the temperature inside was super ok. But take it in consideration. Also, it would be nice to have an espresso machine.

• Pradeep (5/5): Passable - Good location and easy to access. Asking the guests who are visitors in the city to remove the garbage before checkout even after charging high cleaning fees is strange. Lift is a little tricky, if someone does not close door then one needs to climb up or down 5 floors.
• Jayne (5/5): Great location and would return but for the terrible smell. - The location was excellent. Although all communication was via email the response times were very good. It was impersonal but efficient There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which was impossible to get rid off.
• Izabella (8/5): Cute flat and its very close to everything. - Vert easy to reach every point of the city, cute flat. The floor wasnt very clean and the toilet paper had cheap material and only 2 pieces for 4 people for 4 days… the freezer is not working properly.
• Anastasiya (7/5): Good - - Easy and fast to get to any sights and main touristic routes - Enough of cafes, shops and bakeries around - Good view to a inner yard, balcony - Not noisy while staying home - Iron, washing machine and dishwasher are for your disposal - The neighborhood did not look safe, cozy and clean enough for us (lots of homeless people living at the streets and rubbish around) - During autumn and winter season it is not warm enough indoors, so the floor is quite cold to walk barefoot at home (we recommend to take any home shoes with you) - Check-out could be a little later than 10am - Bathroom : a. There’s been not enough of toilet paper for 2 people during 4-days stay (and no extra one was found in the household) b. There’s been no pegs for towels, so it was inconvenient for us to have no certain place for wet towels c. A water drain in a shower and sink has been definitely clogged up so the water hasn’t been flowing properly which lead to a constant drain smell in a bathroom - Kitchen : a. There’s been no kitchen rag for cleaning up the tabletop or any food crumbs or drips b. It would be nice to have some basic food like salt, sugar and simple coffee, especially for short-term stay guests c. Also we would recommend to put a tablecloth since a table itself is made of glass and it doesn’t look safe enough to put stuff on it d. A microwave would be a plus since it saves up a lot of time instead of oven - Bedroom : a. Bed itself is okay, makes no sound and big enough for two people b. Unfortunately, a blanket hasn’t had any duvet cover but instead of it had a weird imitation – the blanket itself has been placed between two bedsheets layers which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep under constantly moving three-layer blanket
• Benedek (4/5): nice cozy flat, with reasonably good location, but be careful when scheduling the checkin time. - close to the subway and to the termini. host was late with the key, we stand more than an hour in front of the building because the calculated timing of the key handout was very bad. the host was late 30 minutes after the time we scheduled. i was expecting some kind of a compensation or refund but that didn't happen
