• Jun (7/5): コスパと便利さ重視なら選んで間違いない。快適さと雰囲気重視ならあまり勧めず。 - ロバニエミのなかでは宿泊費が安くて助かりました。 洗濯機もあるので部屋で洗濯が出来るのは連泊には大変助かります。 近くにショッピングモールも飲食店が多いのも良いです。 特に目の前にあるROKAは毎日列を作っており、大変美味しかったです。目の前のケバブ屋も手軽に食事を済ませるのに助かります。 専用の駐車場は無いですが、近くに沢山パーキングメーターがありEasyParkアプリを使えば最小限の駐車料金で便利に使えます。当方は毎日最寄りに駐車が出来、金曜日から火曜日迄使って10€以下で済みました。 ・タオルは交換ありませんので、洗濯して使い回し。 ・カーテンが完全に締まらない為、隙間があく。 ・風呂場が少し下水臭い。 ・街中で便利な分、夜間は周辺騒音がある。 ・部屋は少し狭い、荷物を置くスペースが無い。

A comunicação foi excelente, apenas alguns dificuldade em encontrar a caixa, entre tantas 🤗 a casa para uma família de 4 serve perfeitamente, tudo funcional, quentinha, todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar, banho, etc Excelente localização, transportes, supermercado, shopping, até as auroras boreais podemos ir ver a pé próximo do museu. Ps: não deixe de visitar o roka que vê da janela Nada a apontar. Podia ser um pouco mais barato para um português 🤪 mas sabendo que é a Finlândia e as condições da casa é aceitável.
• Stefania (10/5): Mini vacanza a Rovaniemi - L’appartamento è in centro, comodo a tutto. A due passi dalla zona pedonale e di fronte al centro commerciale e alla fermata dell’autobus. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il Wi-Fi e la proprietaria in mezz’ora é intervenuta per risolvere l’inconveniente. L’appartamento é dotato di tutto quello che serve. É stato tutto perfetto!
• PELOPIDAS DIMITRIOS (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend it - Location Not customer/guest friendly. Only communication via booking. When i arrived I was looking for the lockbox of the key and it was not easy to find because they didn’t explain that I have to open the cover first. I was freezing at -20 degrees and I asked them to call me and their answer was that I should just check the photos they’ve sent to me. Another not customer friendly message was the check out message where they say that if you don’t wash the dishes or clean up the place they will charge a penalty of 100€. The cleaning service should be included on the price. Last but not least the water boiler (to make tea for example) was full of rust and dirt.Picture is attached. This is unacceptable and dangerous for the health of anyone who might use it. Of course we weren’t able to boil any water during our stay. Disappointment in the extreme cold.
