• Marco (8/5): Funzionale e pulito. - Piccolo appartamento molto pulito e funzionale per soggiorni brevi, dotato di balcone, ascensore e (teoricamente) garage. Si trova proprio di fronte al Castello de los Navajas (visita gratutita a pochi metri a piedi) e in zona servita da molti ristoranti e bar. Non è stato messo a disposizione il garage, che era compreso nel prezzo, affermando che in questa stagione era facile trovare parcheggio in strada, cosa non del tutto vera: al ritorno dal ristorante abbiamo dovuto attendere la partenza di un'auto in sosta nei dintorni.

• Judy (8/5): Overall good stay with very comfie bed. And good size living spacee with nice balcony.. - Good location very close to beach and 4 Renfre train stops to airport. Unit was comfie but definitrly a one person kitchen. . A few small issues that we reported but unit overall comfortable. Nice deck with good seating and small views of ocean and good views out over outdoor pool which was closed. Very accommodating and helpful, friendly staff who met us minutes within calling to give us keys and explain entry to this secured property. And were very responsive to our emails. Air worked great. Very comfortable bed. A few stains/burn on one couch. Overall, a good stay for our time in Torremelinos. Did not need to use washing machine so not sure how it works but it appears it needs to be pulled out of its location. And did not see a drying rack but did not look for one. Good shower. Tiny kitchen but it was functional and had amenities needed.

• Darren (3/5): Poor - Torremolinos, I spend a lot of time here. Very disappointed with No WiFi and took them until Wednesday to try install it with an engineer who failed. Then no communication about it. They gave be an apartment beside a very noisy family until 12 O'clock each night. I was expecting an apartment in a different Cosy In but moved to this apartment with No explanation.

• Richard (1/5): Our stay didn't happen, as the host did not reply to messages or phone calls. And no Whatsapp - The location was good. Unfortunately the only reason I know this is because I booked another hotel nearby as we could not access the property and had no reply from the host until 4 hours after we arrived. The host blamed my phone number, but I had been messaging them via booking.com for over 24 hours with no reply, tried phoning them, tried text message. Nothing. Communication from the host. After many messages on Booking.com, a text message and an attempted phone call I had to give in as we had a very early flight and just needed to check in, go eat, then go to bed. This is over a week later and I am still yet to receive a refund so I lost over 100 EUR. The most disappointing booking.com experience I have ever had. Sad.
