• Bautista (8/5): - La ubicación, la casa y el patio con piscina tiene encanto. La amabilidad y respuesta de Natali fue fabulosa. Gracias No cuenta con aire acondicionado en la planta de las habitaciones.
• Paul (7/5): Good - Close to shops, restaurants and marina. Place was clean No air con upstairs. Freezing pool and only a ladder in (not ideal for small children) One of the 'bedrooms' is more like a sun room with windows on all sides and a sliding glass door to the stairs
• Jeremy (9/5): Superb - Quiet location. Close to bus stop and supermarket. As we were staying 11 nights extra rubbish bags, toilet rolls and some cleaning products would have been expected.
• Khosa (9/5): Good 3 bed villa nr Marina Rubicon - The location is great. It's quiet but only about 8 mins walk from Marina Rubicon. There's plenty of storage space in the property and there was a decent supply of food (bread, butter, cheese, ham, coffee, etc) to get you started. The rooms are a decent size. The villa was clean. We didn't use the pool and didn't check whether it was warm or not. When we did have an issue, we received responses very quickly and those issues were resolved for us. There's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (only downstairs in the living area). In January, it wasn't a problem but it could be an issue during warmer months. There's a limited number of plug sockets in the bedrooms and we couldn't find any in the bedroom with the sofa bed.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in this villa last week and it was exceptional. The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was spotless. The host was exceptional aswel she kept in contact with us incase there was any problems throughout our holiday. It was only 5minute walk down to the Marina. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much to Natalie for being such a brilliant host. We have never stayed somewhere and been so well looked-after by a host. We were away for my Birthday, and Natalie left a lovely welcome package and little gift for me upon arrival- such a lovely and kind touch. Also, Natalie was very prompt to answer any questions, and very accommodating when it came to checking-out of the property in accordance with our flight time. The villa itself was in a brilliant location, within 10 minutes walking distance you can access everything you need (restaurants/ shops/ market/ Rubicon Marina). Instructions for check in were clear, and the house was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and very nicely decorated. The view out the upstairs windows is absolutely gorgeous, looking out over the marina and out to sea. Comfortable beds, and 2 modern and spacious bathrooms with waterfall showers. The outside area is spacious and has everything you need for a lovely time- a large dining table, sun loungers, smaller table and chairs, bbq, pool etc. Thank you so much again Natalie for a lovely stay, and we hope to return again as soon as we can!!! nothing we didn’t like!
• David (10/5): Delightfully peaceful and relaxing villa, ideal for families. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. - Lovely spacious rooms and excellent size pool, ideal for cooling off. Comfy terrace furniture set in a large garden area . All the kitchen appliances you need including washing machine, micorware, pots, pans and cutlery. Lovely dining room. Décor throughout was exceptional. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Towels provided for showering. Our host kindly left us a few essential items for the fridge and some much needed wine. TV had many channels to choose from. Short 8 minute walk to local Dino Supermarket and UK grocery shop a further 50m up the road. Couldn't criticise anything.
