• Natalia (7/5): Хорошая скромная квартира на пару дней - Очень чисто и есть все для остановки на 1-2 дня. Мини холодильник, достаточно полотенец, горячая вода. В 5 минутах Алди. Ехать в центр минут 20 трамваем. Но за счет этого не дорого. Все было хорошо. Номер крошечный.

• Leena (8/5): - Siisti asunto, hyvä sänky. Sujuva yhteydenpito isännän kanssa. Julkisella liikenteellä pääsee sujuvasti liikkumaan, noin puolen tunnin matka esim. Duomolle. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Ilmastoinnin käyttö ei ollut mahdollista, kun ei ollut kaukosäädintä. Ikkunoita oli kyllä mahdollista pitää auki mutta ei ollut hyttysverkkoja joten aamulla oli hyttysten pistoja.

Sinceramente pensavamo fosse in una posizione più comoda ,invece avendo soggiornato un we ,non sempre passavano i Tram ,ed abbiamo dovuto fare un sacco di strada a piedi con un caldo torrido tremendo .
• Milica997 (10/5): Clean, quiet and cheap - Loved the location, quiet part of the city, half an hour by bus to the city center. The room and the bathroom were clean and new. /
• Ralitsa (9/5): Great choice for your stay in Milan - Although the location was a bit far from the city center, we could get anywhere in 20-30 min by bus or tram. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. There were snacks in the room left for us and clean towels, the host was waiting for us at the property to arrive, give us the keys and explain everything about our stay. As mentioned previously, the hot water was limited but its a common problem in Milan.

• Dmatielo (9/5): Superb - Very easy communication, very clean room, good location. Nice touches. Well equipped for a small room. Location is good, there are nice restaurants in the neighborhood, close to public transportation. I'd certainly stay at PH Milano again. The only blip was the hot water - there's limited hot water (as most places in Milan). This is not a problem or a critic, as this is usual. Just a note for travelers. Bed was slightly too hard for my taste.

• Milan (9/5): Superb - Great place, and a great host! The location of the apartment is in a bit shady naborhood but we didn't ran into any troubles.
• Simićević (9/5): Amazing! - The host was very helpful and nice. The room was fully stocked with everything from hair blowers, irons to coffee and cotton pads. Truly exceptional. The neighborhood was dark and a little dirty. Not the best place at night for girls travelling solo.

• Aparna (6/5): Costly for what its worth but does the job - It’s a good shelter for one night. A bit far from the city by public transport. We didn’t feel unsafe but its kind of last or last before stops of one of the lines of tram and we were told its not the greatest area. But we felt it was ok. The host was very kind, we lost of our way there but he waited patiently for us. Bathroom was very very small.

• Indicio (10/5): The owner was nice and the room is clean. - It was nice and clean Probably nothing but i just want to add if they can put some inside slippers because the floor was cold but that’s all about it.
• Olena (9/5): Superb - We got an early check-in at 12, that was superb. In the room we found everything and above that ( coffee, tea, juice, buns, bottle opener, kettle and fridge). The room is not big but really cozy and there is everything you might want after a long walk in Milano. The staff was super friendly. Also we found a supermarket and Bikemi station in 5 min walking distance. There is a little problem in the bathroom - leaking shower, so after you take one, some water comes from the invisible crooks to the floor, so you have to wipe it with your foot towel/rug. It would be nice to have a mop for this. Otherwise, the shower was super clean and comfy.

• Mariusz (7/5): Nice apartment but small and rather far from center - Nice, clean, well maintained, very nice owner, nice to have some cakes and water waiting for you when you arrive. Close to tram and buses. There are small local shops and an Aldi supermarket very close to the apartment. The owner was very kind and he even allowed us to leave there our luggage after check out that we were able to pick up without any problems in the late afternoon. Small room rather than an apartment, quite far from city center (although good bus/ tram connections nearby). No nice bars or restaurants nearby. Weak wifi.

It is well taken care of and the facilities look new. - Nice host super friendly. - It is near some good restaurants and supermarkets. - WiFi shut down on the second day of our stay, we ended without internet at all. - Location is a bit sketchy at night, I felt ultra insecure walking down the street. People stare at you. - Tram doesn't stop where it has to and it's a bit far away from the center

• Sidonie (7/5): Nice Stay - Nice size room. Trams and buses are very easy to access. Host was very lovely and quick to reply There isn’t much nice food around so you have to go back into the city. A microwave would be nice to have in the room. It wasn’t a problem for me that there was a lot of men lingering in the streets around (of no harm) but keep this in mind if you don’t feel comfortable with this.

The hosts are very kind, the room is super clean and comfortable, there’s a small breakfast available, and you are walking distance to the supermarkets and bus stop.

The surroundings of the apartment are not the most beautiful, however, the comfort of the apartment makes up for it. If I were to make a suggestion, I would say to put a mini/smoll fridge in the room.

Has very well organized bathroom with all the hooks, mats, shampoos, and other things you'll need. Has a foldable desk/table, and very good wifi. Bed is comfortable too. Very nice host. Location is a bit on the outer side but is still easy to get to the center via the bus on the corner.
• Egidio (10/5): great !!! wow ! - We had a great stay. The room was clean and the shower very powerful. We had everything we needed in the room. There is a tram 16 which leads you straight to the duomo and the main centre. Also the bus 91 is great to reach the central station. It’s location is also ideal for Fondazione Prada. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants a quiet and clean room at a good price in a multiethnic area of the city.The owner was very good and answering questions or queries. And he always answered text messages promptly. not applicable
