• Tara (9/5): - Great location. Super clean bathrooms with enough showers, toilets and sinks for everyone, towels always stocked. Capsules were amazing, plenty of luggage storage, hooks to hang things, and comfortable bed. Would definitely book here again if in Salzburg. Very minor thing but pillows were so thin, I was solo travelling and used both pillows in the capsule to sleep.

• Linda (10/5): Very clean, good location, would be happy to stay there again. - Good location, very clean, shared bathroom facilities (separate male and female) were kept very clean, clean towels available at all times, dressing gowns provided in each capsule. Our first time in a capsule hotel and we found the room/capsule a bit on the small side for 2 people as only one person could do anything at a time. I think we would have struggled if we had been there for a week, but for two nights we managed ok. I would still be happy to stay there again.

• Krystyna (10/5): Super cool, everything you need, great location, nothing not to like! - Love, love, love this hotel! Firstly the location was brilliant, being around the corner from the train station (there's an entrance to the station at the same end as the road down to the hotel, for those who might think they need to walk all the way around!) and also an easy walk into Saltzburg itself. While the communal entrance to the building looks a little like the entrance to a basic office block, as soon as we entered the hotel reception we were met with a very sleek and cool vibe - it felt like a safe haven to return to after exploring the city. The reception area is large with comfortable sofas and a sideboard selling snacks/drinks or with a kettle if you have your own supplies. There are also a couple of other communal areas to sit in comfort and a little more privacy. In reception there are large lockers controlled from a device on the desk that are free to use (we got both of our rucksacks plus a few smaller items into one locker!) - if no lockers available then you can leave bags behind reception which is covered by CCTV. The capsule rooms themselves are super comfortable, the only issue being having nowhere to dry things after a day out in the rain! We stayed in an 'upper', though did also check out a 'lower' - we were given the choice on arrival and it was entirely down to personal preference as to where we wanted to store our bags (above or below the bed!). There are hooks to hang a few items, and for us steps up to the bed that doubled as shelves. There's a privacy switch controlling the window, though the windows mostly look out onto the corridor (we kept ours 'closed' the whole time). The bathrooms were also large and clean, and fresh towels were freely available from a stock kept nearby. There are enough sockets in the room to charge several devices, plus there was free wifi throughout. Literally nothing not to like! Nothing! Would stay there again in a heartbeat if we were back in Salzburg.

• Apostolos (8/5): Great place with some improvements - The atmosphere was great and the location was on the right spot to be close to the center but also in a quiet neighborhood. The concept of the hotel is nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed mattress could be better and the bathrooms should be cleaned two times per day. Also, if you don't check-in, you don't have access to the shared bathroom.

• Linda (8/5): Insgesamt eine sehr praktische und moderne Lösung eine zentrale Unterkunft in Salzburg zu haben. Vom Look und "vibe - Es war alles modern und sauber, man konnte so viele Handtücher nutzen wie benötigt. Alles was so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sowohl der Check in als auch Check out war super entspannt und unkompliziert Die Kapseln sind leider schlecht zu lüften. Es gibt zwar eine Lüftung die man aber selbst nicht steuern kann glaube ich. Also bleibt nur die Tür zu öffnen, welches allerdings automatisch zufällt. Das ergibt schon Sinn wenn man auch geht aber bei der oberen Kapsel benötigt man den Griff auf der Seite der Tür und läuft so Gefahr sich die Hand einzuklemmen. Eine Art Magnet o.ä. Der die Tür offen halten könne bei Bedarf wäre super.

• Nora (8/5): Praktisch, zentral und bequem - Die Lage ist toll direkt beim Bahnhof und man ist sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel selbst bietet alles was man braucht, praktisch waren auch die Schließfächer. Die Kapsel ist sogar relativ geräumig und das Bad war sehr sauber und modern. Wir haben eine Kapsel direkt beim Bad bekommen, wir haben immer die Tür auf und zufallen gehört, wenn Gäste ein- und ausspaziert sind. Das Licht am Gang könnte noch ein wenig dunkler geschalten werden in der Nacht bzw. Die Kapsel sollte sich so verdunkeln lassen, dass kein bis wenig Licht von draußen durchscheint.

• Chiara (10/5): - Viaggiando tanto e spesso in ostelli, ritengo che i capsule hotel siano una buona via di mezzo per mantenere un po' di privacy e risparmiare. La "stanza" può chiudersi completamente come a simulare una stanza privata, con la sola condivisione del bagno, che ho trovato sempre pulito e con libero accesso a tutti gli asciugamani che possano servire durante la permanenza. È presente un cucinolino con microonde e bollitore e una zona gratuita per deposito bagagli. Il concetto di capsule hotel potrebbe risultare un po' complesso da gestire in caso di bagagli ingombranti causa spazio ridotto, ma per me che viaggio solo con lo zaino gli spazi erano sufficienti.

• NeicyxT (10/5): Great hostel - Soom was really easy to find from the train station. We stayed in a bottom pod, and the room was soundproof; we couldn't hear anything from the top pod or from outside the room. The shared bathroom is incredibly clean and always has fresh, clean towels available throughout the day. A small communal area that we used to relax in when we didn't want to be in the pod, with a few books and games that you can use (not English). The kitchen area is small and contains a microwave, a kettle and a fridge. You can buy essentials in the kitchen, such as noodles, fruit, coffee, water and toiletries, using a QR code. Beautiful view from the street of the Austrian Alps. The sockets were located at the end of the bed and weren't convenient when charging phones or power banks. Other than that, our stay was great, and there isn't anything we would change. We would 100% recommend it to anyone staying in Salzburg.

• George (10/5): Great spot for exploring the city - The location is fantastic and right by the station. It’s very clean and a cool way to stay and explore the city. The capsule is much bigger then you’d except as well. There is also luggage storage which is great We got there just before the check in time due to our train. Not a single staff member available however it’s not a problem as we weren’t necessarily expecting one to be when we arrived a little early. Mug hut be worth noting somewhere though that no staff available before check in time

• Jana (9/5): Modernes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen - nah am Bahnhof gelegen, nur circa 2min zu Fuß, insgesamt modern eingerichtetes und sehr schönes Hotel, in einer Doppelcapsule ist vor dem Bett ausreichend Platz um aufrecht stehen und sich umziehen zu können, sowie eine große Ecke zur Kofferablage. Es werden Bademäntel und Bettwäsche in der Capsule gestellt, Handtücher darf man sich so viel wie nötig aus einem Regal vor dem Bad nehmen. Die Bäder sind geschlechtergetrennt, im Damenbereich gab es 4 Duschen, 4 Toiletten und 4 Waschbecken sowie 2 Föns und einen großen Spiegel. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat alles erklärt, wir durften sogar aussuchen, ob unsere Capsule unten oder oben sein soll. Im Foyer gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sowie Getränke, Kaffee und Snacks, die man online bezahlen kann. Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist, waren die Flächen um die Waschbecken herum. Diese waren bereits früh morgens sehr nass und etwas dreckig, weshalb man dort ungern etwas ablegen oder abstellen wollte. Die Belüftung ist Capsule Hotel typisch, wenn man da empfindlich ist, sollte man sich besser für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

• Jody (9/5): - This was a lovely capsule hotel - was very modern, clean, and well organised. Prime location, 1 minute walk from Salzburg HBF. Shower and bathroom facilities were very pleasant, always clean, and offered an unlimited supply of towels. Capsules were relatively comfortable, offering the option of privacy windows, and a space for luggage. Will be choosing this hotel again when coming back to Salzburg! Walls in the capsules are quite thin, so if guests are loud or rooms next to you are noisy, quite audible.

• Tonje (9/5): Veldig komfortabelt, jeg kommer tilbake - God seng, hyggelig bar/fellesområder. Pene og rene dusjer og toaletter, med god plass rundt servant og til å sette fra seg ting. Romslig "kapsel", føles som et lite privat rom. God funksjonalitet og utnyttelse av kapasiteten i rommet. Frokosten var dyr, jeg fant billigere og veldig bra et par kvartaler bortenfor.

As I arrived in the morning, I was able to store my bag and explore the city more comfortably. Capsule itself is ok. Capsule was by the window facing the street. Minor but slightly off putting going in and out of my capsule when the lights are on.

The pod itself was clean and just enough space for 2 days, combined with the communal areas. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were very good. There is heated floors in the bathroom. Staff were nice. The pods were either full light or none, it could do with a night light or small light of some sort. For the price of the stay I could go to a hotel alternatively, but this was a fun niche experience.

Y en recepción puedes comprar lo q necesites a cualquier hora. Sin duda muy agradable. Además de su ubicación a 4min de la estación central. Todo un acierto.

• Luisa (10/5): Love it - The room is absolutely perfect for a short stay. It was better than most hotels we stayed in that were more expensive. There is space to stand up to change, space to sit up in bed, and the bed feels spacious. The bathrooms were way nicer than other hostel bathrooms we've had and cleaner than some hotel bathrooms too.
