• Shahzad (1/5): It was extremely uncomfortable - the whole apartment was giving the look of a ghost house with stink - It was titled as VIP loft apartment. We were taken to some Park Azure residences. The apartment was not even inch close to what was displayed in the picture. It was the worst choice made from Booking.com. The room was not clean, kitchen had burned stain near the stove area, no toiletries were given, we dropped our bags into the side road which was wet. Old furniture, insufficient beddings.

• Mohamed (7/5): Luxury Apartment with maintenance required. - It's really a Luxury apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Two Living rooms and both have separate ACs. Excellent Kitchen. Two Balconies and one Sea view. Megafun, VIP Loft and Park Azure all are under the same management with adjacent buildings. Megafun and VIP Loft are luxurious and Azure are normal I believe. I booked VIP Loft, they gave Megafun. All the screens of the windows are damaged and not covered fully. All 5 AC cooling are slow and only 1 remote for all. Floors are dirty and some of the interiors in the furniture are very dirty. Some of the lights are not working. TV remote and functioning are highly complicated. No private pool. No free parking available in the entire Baku City. The building has parking facilities with AZN 1 per hour charge.

• Shahneel (7/5): Good - The apartment is advertising swimming pool. They are no swimming pool another building swimming pool can be accessed but with an additional charge. AC in one of the room was not working properly.
