- Sally (9/5): A good base for a visit to Alicante. - Room very comfortable and clean with great view of sea and castle in the distance. Swimming pool was a bonus to unwind after day of sightseeing, or a gym if you fancied something more energetic. There was no corkscrew or tea towel to dry dishes and cutlery. Only one pillow each provided - it would be nice to have the option of another pillow.
- Casey (7/5): Nice hotel but not a safe area - Everything was extremely clean, air conditioning worked really well, any staff we did meet were very friendly and helpful, nice coffee maker in the room, and a small smart TV in front of a comfy couch, lovely views from the room. A super cute and friendly cat lives on the patio area, usually sleeping in the sun but she will run to you for cuddles if you are sitting outside. We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check into our room around 1pm instead of 3pm which was extremely nice of them. Quite a run down area, not somewhere I would feel comfortable walking alone at night as a young woman but is fine if you take a taxi. Park next to the hotel has some homeless people living in it, we were sitting outside in the seating by the entrance in the evening and could hear a homeless man peeing against the wall 5ft from us. Hotel is up on a hill, this hill goes on for about 15 minutes so not the best for anyone with mobility issues if you are planning on walking back after a day out. Be careful to ensure they send you the correct code for your room, we got locked out of our room for a while as they left out a digit in the code they sent us, it should be an 8 digit code with # at the end, so for example they sent us 1234678# instead of 12345678#. We had been checked in early by a staff member, our code didn't work and she said this was because we were early, that our code would work after 3pm and used a staff code to let us in. We got back later on to put groceries in the fridge and get ready to go out for dinner only to discover our code did not work. No one answered either of the customer service numbers left at reception, so it was 30 minutes of panicking, sweating, and searching the hallways for any staff member until I finally came across 2 of the cleaners who were so kind and called someone for me and got us the working code for our room. The hotel did end up also messaging me back on the app within an hour of contacting them, but it is not a situation I would want anyone else stuck in if they are checking in during the night or coming back with groceries that need to go in the fridge/freezer.

Piękny widok z pokoju na zamek:) Jedyne, co warto mieć na względzie, to lokalizacja "pod górkę". Jeśli nie wynajmujesz samochodu, a unikasz schodów/podejść, weź to pod uwagę.

- simon (9/5): Great few days in Alicante - Really good size apartment for two people. Looking to stay in the Alicante area as long as you don't mind walking for 20 minutes what?. Understand that cost need to be kept to a minimum. But never actually saw a member of staff at reception. But they did respond quickly via email and WhatsApp We couldn't really get the Aircon to work correctly, as had to open the windows and draw the curtains. But this shouldn't reflect that this is an excellent place

- thomas (10/5): - Hotellet är verkligen kanon – nytt, modernt och väldigt fräscht. Allt känns väl genomtänkt och personalen är otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam. Extra plus för att det finns både gym och möjlighet att tvätta kläder, vilket är riktigt smidigt vid en längre vistelse. Poolområdet är fint, Läget kan vara bra att känna till: det ligger en bit från stranden och hamnen, vilket innebär en promenad på cirka 15–20 minuter. Området runt hotellet är ett vanligt bostadsområde och kan upplevas lite rufft med viss graffiti och slitna miljöer, men vi kände oss hela tiden trygga. Det är bra upplyst och människorna i området är vänliga och trevliga. För oss var promenaderna bara ett plus – det gav en skön känsla att röra på sig och se mer av det lokala Alicante. Sammanfattningsvis ett väldigt bra hotell som jag absolut kan rekommendera. Poolen var något kall under vår vistelse.

The room felt quite warm, so we left the window open during the night. I tried adjusting the air conditioner, but it always returns to its original settings.

- IVA (5/5): - One morning the staff member just barged into our room with his own card. Later we found out that he was mistaken for some other room. Still, it was unpleasant. The view from our window was poop all around the lawn which no one cleaned during our stay. The beds were really uncomfortable. Also, soap remains were visible in the shower cabin.

- Gonzalez Molina (1/5): ALERTA ROJA DE LA AEMET - Tuvimos que desalojar por una alerta roja de la AEMET y no nos cogen el teléfono ni nos contestan a mensajes. Solo hablan con Booking y se niegan a dar la cara. Unos sinvergüenzas de cuidado. Solo miran por el dinero e ignoran la seguridad de sus clientes. Además, da miedo ver el barrio donde tienen el aparthotel.
- Marcin (8/5): - Hotel bardzo przyjemny, pokój i wszystkie pomieszczenia czyste i pachnące. Na basenie cicho i spokojnie pomimo lokalizacji. Niestety w pokoju nie było zbyt wiele naczyń i sztućców. W obiekcie są zlokalizowane pralki i suszarki, ale niestety środki trzeba nabyć we własnym zakresie (szkoda że nie było nawet jednej tablekti do prania).

- mauritz (9/5): In meerdere aspecten een heerlijke plek om kort of langer te verblijven!! Wij komen graag weer!! - Heerlijke ruime kamer en badkamer. Prima bed. Prachtig uitzicht op de ruine. Fijn keukentje. Lekker buiten zitten bij de kamer, Lekker zwembadje. Prettige communicatie met personeel aan de receptie en/of via whatsapp. Entree codes werkte goed en voelde veilig. Wij lazen voor aankomst een erg negatieve review. Dat zet toch even aan het denken. Maar al snel trokken we de conclusie, mede door de keurige reactie van het hotel, dat de schrijver van de kritiek deze vooral aan zichzelf te wijten hadden. Wij hebben deze negativiteit voor het overgrote deel als zeer onterecht en ongegrond ervaren! WIJ KOMEN GRAAG WEER!!! Misschien iets meer stoelen bij het zwembad. In ons geval waren we er een week. Dan zou een stofzuigertje wel erg prettig zijn om de boel schoon te houden. Een wasrekje voor buiten om natte kleding/handdoeken/zwemkleding op te drogen zou erg prettig zijn. Gegeven het feit dat het geen doorsnee hotel is, maar er van gasten wat meer eigen actie wordt verwacht kwa schoonmaak en bijvragen van bijv. schone handdoeken vinden we de prijs wel wat aan de hoge kant. Bij vertrek was door het hotel een taxi voor ons besteld om ons naar het vliegveld te brengen. Deze kwam in eerste instantie echter niet opdagen en toen ik hen belde bleek men geen engels te spreken. Gelukkig trof ik bij een tweede telefoontje wel een engels sprekende medewerker en kwam alles alsnog goed, zij het met enige vertraging. Het zou in zo'n geval prettig zijn als het hotel bereikbaar zou zijn om contact met het taxi bedrijf op te nemen.

- Camille (8/5): Très bien - J’avais lu de mauvais commentaires sur l’emplacement de l’appart hôtel mais nous y sommes allés avec notre fille de 20 mois et on ne s’est pas senti en insécurité dans les rues alentours. Le centre d’alicante n’est pas tout à fait à côté mais ça se fait très bien à pied ça reste rapide. La piscine est bien chaude les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le service de bagagerie est un plus Nous avons passés un bon séjour Première nuit bruyante à cause d’autres personnes mais ce n’est pas de la faite de l’etablisssement
- Lucie (8/5): we had the best time! - the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. it was everything we needed for our holiday. the location was good (about 25/30 min walk to the beach which we didn't mind). the pool was lovely and clean. roof top gives amazing views! the walk to the beach was through areas that didn't feel overly safe - it was fine during the day but we opted to get an uber at night. there was plenty of space around the pool which was nice but there were only around 10 sun loungers so on busy days we sometimes had to put a towel on the floor.

- Toufkies (9/5): Leuk complex met zwembad in het centrum - Leuke appartementencomplex in een rustig gedeelte van het centrum van Alicante. Je bent met de auto binnen 5 minuten echt in het centrum. Lopend zijn er ook restaurants/winkels te bereiken. Appartement is toegangelijk via codes die je 1 dag van tevoren opgestuurd krijgt. Er is tegen betaling een parkeergarage aanwezig. Het was heel schoon en bedden liggen lekker. Het zwembad is niet heel groot,maar prima. Er zijn wel te weinig ligstoelen beschikbaar. Wat echt top was waren de wasmachines en drogers die in de kelder staan en die je gratis kan gebruiken( zelf wasmiddel regelen) Voor een gezin zijn de appartementen net te klein.
