• HISHAM Serry (8/5): إقامة سريعة لكنها تجربة حلوة - موقع الإقامة حسب ما يريد النزيل ان يقيم بالقرب من كيرو مول الرائع أو استاد القاهرة ومدينة نصر بيكون ممتاز. المكان أمن جدا ويحتاج المكان الإقامة فيه أكثر من يومين حتى يعتاد النزيل على كل ما فيه من مزايا. الجميع كانت مقابلتهم رائعة ولغاية في الود يحتاج المكان الي بعض إصلاح الأشياء البسيطة يتناسب مع كل الأذواق القادمة إليه. فهي بالنسبة لي كانت اشياء بسيطة ولكنها قد تكون كبيرة في نظر اخرين

• Ara (1/5): Extremely dirty apartment - Nothing. The entire apartment was shockingly dirty; the blankets hadn't been washed after the previous visitors, and without any covers, we had no choice but to sleep with them directly on our bodies. Completely unhygienic. Grime and dirt were rampant—floors, walls, even the utensils were filthy. On top of that, there was an issue with the hot water, leaving us unable to shower before an important business meeting following a long flight. Despite booking the apartment for a 6-day stay, we had to depart due to the intolerable conditions, reluctantly enduring around 13 hours there. We attempted to discuss payment with the owner and his father, aiming to pay for only the single night spent. They claimed Booking.com wouldn't allow bookings for less than two days. Agreeing to pay for two days, we later discovered they had misrepresented Booking.com's policies, as it was indeed possible to book for just one day. Seeking a refund for the remaining five days, our attempts to communicate with owners were fruitless—numerous calls, messages left, but no response from him or his father. Ultimately, we were billed for a six-day stay, despite barely spending 13 hours there. The apartment's “exceptional” 9.7 rating does not reflect the actual state of the place at all. I suspect unethical practices were used to attain that 9.7 rating. For some perspective, we moved to a 7.4 rated hotel for the last five days, and the room was clean, had clean blanket covers, etc. Avoid this accommodation at all costs.
• Mustafa (10/5): safe, spacious, near Airport - I loved the stay at the apartment. Everything was very smooth from booking to checking out. The owner was very kind and responsive. Provided everything that we required. The property is located in a very pleasant and Safe environment. I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Cairo. Uber is available 24 hours (and it is super Cheap) you can use the app Talabat to order your fast food and groceries online.

• Serine (10/5): One of my best stays! - I don’t know from where to begin, this was one of the best stays we have ever been to, very professional, very clean!!!! very organized!!! everything was clean and prepared mister Mahmoud made sure we had everything we need, no words can describe how comfortable we felt, wish we could repeat it again soon i am usually very critic, i have to find something and talk about it, swear i couldn’t find any here!

• Juergen (10/5): Hidden Home - The owner and his sons are so friendly and helpful. We felt at home with friends! A very warm welcome and so supportive. The place is spotless and we'll furnished with taste. It is off the beaten track. With Uber 20 minutes to Festival Mall and 25 to the airport. For us it was convenient but for visiting Cairo it might be a long commute.

Has a balcony with fantastic views. The property has a beautiful communal garden and is very secure with a night watchman. Everything was great!
