• Luis (8/5): Buena ubicación, departamento bien puesto para dos personas. - En general bien ubicado y cumplió las expectativas. El departamento contaba con todo lo necesario si hubiese querido cocinar. Estaba en condiciones impecables al momento de llegar, buenas toallas y todos los detalles necesarios en la cocina, detergente para lavar, paño de cocina, esponja, detalles que en otros lugares no se encuentran. La aplicación para abrir no es tan intuitiva pero al aprender la primera vez ya es fácil. No me recuerdo si me advirtieron que no tenía ascensor.

• Ivan (8/5): - Appartement calme dans immeuble bien entretenu. Quartier agréable et animé, proche du métro. Accès rapide à l'aéroport. Bon confort. Bon lit. Arrivée automatisée. Aucun contact humain... Cuisine un peu trop petite . Équipement moyen. Insonorisation moyenne du logement.
• Isidre (9/5): Un bon campament base per voltar Madrid - És un apartament molt tranquil, perquè totes les finestres donen a un cel obert, el que perds de vista i llum ho guanyes de tranquilitat. L'apartament és correcte, el llit còmode i el bany agradable. La situació és molt bona, molt cèntrica, en el barri de Chueca, al costat del Malasaña, molt recomanable. La cuina és molt petita i encara que té tot l'indispensable, potser li faltaria algun ganivet que talli bé i alguna estisores, per exemple, tot i que no es un gran problema!

• Snezana (10/5): - The apartment is in a good location, close to bars and many restaurants. The main street is close. Very clean, the bed is comfortable - which is very important. Mostly-all recommendations
• Silvia (2/5): Para no repetir!! - La ubicación El apartamento no tenía de nada. Ni gel de ducha, ni champú, ni jabón de manos...todo estaba gastado 😒 el sistema para entrar demasiado avanzado, porque nunca me llegó nada a mi correo para poder abrir la puerta. La tuvieron que abrir desde un control remoto, y por dentro, se cierra automáticamente (no me gustó nada). No consta de ascensor 🤨 con el equipaje subir las escaleras, no lo veo nada adecuado 🙄 y no está indicado en ningún detalle antes de la reserva!! En el baño, hay una ventana que da al rellano, sin cortinas ni nada, aunque está alta, pero no me parece adecuado que te duches, y esté así descubierta. Al igual que la ventana de la cocina. Podrían ponerle una cortinilla. Y la luz con sensor. No puedes apagarla, y tienes que esperar a que se apague sola. El depósito de fianza de 300€ me parece abusivo. Y el de 18€ que no te lo devuelvan cuando todo esté bien.. igualmente pienso lo mismo. No volveré más!!!

• Julien (5/5): Access issues, misleading location, unexpected fee, and lack of basic amenities despite qualities - The apartment was clean upon arrival, which was appreciated. The bed was fairly comfortable, and there was ample storage space for clothes. The air conditioning worked well, a real relief during the heatwave. Once I finally received the door access link, the entry system functioned smoothly. The internet connection and TV were reliable. I was offered a mid-stay cleaning, which I declined, but the offer was a nice touch. Body and hand soap, as well as shampoo, were provided. The living room, though small, had a mirrored wall that created an illusion of more space. The backlit bathroom mirror was convenient for shaving or applying makeup. Arriving at the property was a frustrating experience. The door access link wasn’t sent to me, and my messages went unanswered. I was left outside in the heat with my luggage, with no immediate help. When I finally called, it was difficult to get assistance—they couldn’t find my reservation by name and required a booking code, which was hard to locate while juggling a phone call and documents. The apartment’s location was misleading on Booking.com due to an incomplete address. Only the street name was provided, not the number, so the map pinned the location to the middle of the street. In reality, the apartment was at the street’s end, a 10-minute walk from where I expected. Had I known the true location, I likely wouldn’t have booked this place for this price. I wanted to be much closer to Grand Via and the Orgullo events. The host blamed Booking.com, but other properties provide full addresses and appear accurately on the map. An unexpected fee was required upon arrival, not mentioned on Booking.com. I was asked to pay either a deposit for potential damages or a non-refundable fee, which felt deceptive and unfair. Deposits are possible on Booking.com, but they should be clearly stated before booking. Several basic amenities were missing, even in small quantities: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, clothespins, laundry detergent (despite a washing machine with a detergent tank), and kitchen towels. For an 11-night stay, only one dishwasher tablet and three toilet paper rolls were provided. The kitchen lacked bowls, making it inconvenient for meals like cereal or toast. I had to use a small saucepan, which was too big, as a substitute, as the cups and mugs were too small for anything beyond coffee.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Nice apartment in great location. Helpful host. But hard if you are short. - Great location. Quiet. I am 5 2 and could not reach any of the kitchen cabinets barely able to get some dishes off the lowest shelf. The other shelves were totally inaccessible.
