The food seemed to take a while to arrive after ordering. We had to ask twice for an order that failed to materialise.

There should be more training for reception staff. The lady who checked us in and out just didn’t seem to have the patience to answer or help us with the billing enquiries. There was no “thank you” or any other greeting as soon as we walked up when we checked in and out. We just thought your hotel can trained her a bit better to be more pleasant and sincere. I still did not get any of my billing questions answered and she did not attempted to ask someone else to help me. We original would give your hotel a 10 but we could only give an 8 because of her.

Ng (9/5): We book this hotel for Karl Lagerfeld and it is good as expected. - The hotel lobby is very impressive and the front desk of Karl Lagerfeld is the best among the 3 hotels in the resort. Both the staff in front desk, those who help us with our baggage or those helping us to book a cab are all very helpful and always greeting us warmly. The indoor swimming pool is perfect and the staff of the fitness centre are very hardworking and helpful. The rooms are big as expected and well decorated. The welcome chocolate biscuits are delicious. The only problem in the room is that the electronic kettle is installed inside the drawer and i need to boil hot water for tea in the drawer with the cupboard door opened. I would like to stay here again but next time, I may not book the buffet breakfast. The queue for the buffet breakfast is too long and there is not enough staff to clear the table. The restaurant is very big with many options of food but I fail to get a cup of coffee. There are 2 coffee machines only and both are not working when I want to get a cup of it.
