• Robin (10/5): - Very well maintained apartment in a quality complex. Good beds, also the bed sofas. Bathroom in good condition and also the kitchen has eveything. You can park your car close by in the neighbourhood. The owner is very helpful. The tram stop is nearby, so you can travel by tram to the center of Sofia, which is not too far away. Nothing

• Agata (8/5): Price and value don’t match - The location of the property was good, despite the fact that there was no parking included - there was a lot of free parking spots. Additionally, the communication with the host was great - always fast to respond and help us out. Unfortunately, the minuses are more. Once we arrived everything seemed ok. Then we opened the bathroom, where we saw things left from the previous guests - including a razor. In the fridge we saw soy sauce (ok perhaps we need it for cooking) and half bottle of opened wine. In the drawer, we found a dirty spatula. The balcony was dirty, the place behind the cabinets was dirty, the windows have not been cleaned for a looooong time. Let’s say that’s okay(not really), BUT the biggest issue was the broken wardrobe - we couldn’t open it and all of the sheets for the beds were there, therefore the owner had to come and fix it (which he did, thanks for that again). On top of everything - the bed frame was broken, and when we informed the owner he said he knew. For this value, the cons outweigh the pros. I won’t stay there again.

• Osman (6/5): - Достатъчно големи стаи, има всичко необходимо. След като резервирахме успяхме веднага да се настаним. Настаняването също беше много лесно и удобно. Любезен собственик. Можеше да е много по-чисто. По посудата имаше мръсотия и бяха надраскани, по кутиите и бурканите с подправки беше мазно. Някои чашки бяха мръсни. И като цяло не беше от най-чистите места, които сме посещавали. Възглавниците бяха твърде високи. Банята също не беше супер чиста. Най- голямото разочарование- няма парко място. Търсихме доста време и влачихме багажа до апартамента с малко дете в студа.

The person who owns the B&B was super quick to answer. Super safe, very clean, warm. Genuinely the best B&B I’ve been too. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope more families come and are confident that this is a great option for them. If you’re in two minds about coming to this property, genuinely stop looking and book it. You won’t be disappointed (I should know, my parents are very picky, but when we came here they were very impressed). Thanks again! N/A

• Stela (6/5): Overcharged stay in Sofia - The location and the nice new building, which I know from friends The place didn't look like the pictures, it was messy, and I booked it for 4 people, the sofas were not equipped with sheets. Also the rest of the sheets and towels was available in the wardrobe, which is far from a clean option. First time I see such thing.

• Pedro (9/5): Urbanización privada nueva. Nuevo. - Decidimos esta ubicación porque llevábamos coche de alquiler y se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones sin gastos y de manera segura. Si es cierto, que el alojamiento venía anunciado con aparcamiento privado, deberían de corregirlo. La urbanización es privada y nueva, aunque desde la habitación de matrimonio de escucha bastante el ascensor. El apartamento está equipado, es nuevo, aunque estaba al límite de confort por algo de falta de limpieza.

• Alexandru-Sorin (5/5): - Mărimea apartamentului ok, aer condiționat, baie mare. Proprietarul gentil. Parcare am găsit la 100 metri de bloc. Curățenia lasa de dorit, lenjeriile la fel, scurgerea la duș înfundată si trebuie sa fii atent sa nu iasă din duș daca o lași prea mult sa curgă.

• Tomasz (9/5): Spełnia oczekiwania. - Świetny apartament dla naszej 4 ( 2 os. dorosłe+ 2 dzieci 10 i 17) , w nowym bloku na 9 piętrze z windą. Łatwe zameldowanie. Czuliśmy się w nim bardzo bezpiecznie i komfortowo. Jest w pełni wyposażony w niezbędne do dłuższego pobytu sprzęty, włączając w to wyposażenie kuchni i zapas papieru toaletowego :). Bardzy dobry kontakt z hostem Panem Nikolą poprzez Viber. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska - metro M4 a potem M3 lub metro M4 a potem tramwaj 5 lub 15. Łatwy i szybki dojazd tramwajem 4 na dworzec kolejowy Sofia, gdyby ktoś wybierał się nad morze np do Burgas ( z czego my skorzystaliśmy). Sofia to niedoceniona destynacja - my polecamy, zwłaszcza wycieczkę/wspinaczkę na szczyt Czerni Vrych 2290 m. n.p.m. ze schroniska Aleko ( dojazd autobusem miejskim nr 66). W upalne dni przydałoby się pomyśleć o dodatkowej klimatyzacji w sypialni, wiatrak może być niewystarczający.

• Daniela (7/5): Good - The place is easy to get to, keys were very easy to get, the host was kind. The sheets and towels had a weird smell, apparently the dryer has issues and makes things smell badly, i hope it gets fixed. Cleaning certainly can be improved. The bedroom has a wall close to the elevator so it can be a tiny bit noisy but nothing too loud.

• Katya (10/5): Lovely fully furnished home away from home - Fully furnished (appreciated the laundry) and very comfortable. Bright, compact apartment in a massive building but still quiet. Wifi was stable so I was able to work. All was great. Tricky with the parking but it’s relatively the same everywhere in Sofia.

• Zorica (9/5): New modern apartment in a good location - The apartment is new and nicely decorated, small, but with all necessities. In a nice new complex, in a good location. The owner provided us with all the check-in instructions on time. The bed linen and towels may have been clean, but some of them are old and need to be replaced.

• Ivelin (8/5): Very good - Very pleasant young host. Met us at our convenience in the evening to take us to the apartment. New well maintained building. Unfortunately the floor and the bathroom haven't been cleaned - not only from the previous guests. Everything is covered with dirt and dust. Which is a shame as it is a newly finished apartment. Old stained pillows - unacceptable for letting out to tourists/guests. Very noisy neighbours talking loud on adjacent balcony until 3 am, we did not sleep - also a shame as it is not the host's fault.
