• Harri (6/5): Simple room on the outer ring of Ghent - Simple room with decent price in Ghent The property is in multiple levels, but the bathroom is only on one and cannot be used simultaneously. Getting toilet time might be tricky if the place was full.

• Birgit (9/5): - Supernette Gastgeber. Perfekt für Tierfreunde. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nur ein Bad für drei Zimmer. Hat gut für uns gepasst. Daher nur als Hinweis und die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, da es ein altes Haus ist. Wir haben jedoch wunderbar tief geschlafen.

• Monika (9/5): To był dobry wybór. - Wszędzie porządek, zadbane wnętrza. Przyjacielskie zwierzęta. Pokój mały, ale praktyczny. Łatwe połączenie z dworcem. Niska temperatura w całym domu. Raz, chyba po prośbie, została poniesiona, ale nazajutrz znowu było chłodno. Nie ma w łazience miejsca, aby położyć lub powiesić swoje rzeczy.

• Kartodimedjo (8/5): Prima verblijf, voor een meer dan prima prijs nabij het centrum van Gent! - Ondanks sommige reviews hebben wij echt een helemaal prima verblijf gehad. Het is heel schoon. We waren sceptisch over de gedeelde badkamer en toilet maar dat ging helemaal prima zonder problemen. De gastvrouw is een hele vriendelijke dame. De gastheer hebben we helaas niet ontmoet. Je kan ontbijten in hun keuken en dat is heel prettig. Je moet wel even zelf voor ontbijt zorgen maar met een kleine koelkast op de kamer is dat totaal geen probleem. Inchecken: na een belletje naar de gastheer, konden we prima naar binnen. Geen enkel probleem. Geluidsoverlast: sommige reviews benoemen geluidsoverlast. Hier hebben wij totaal geen last van gehad. We hebben zelfs geslapen met het raam open (kamer 3). Het enige wat "overlast" zou kunnen veroorzaken is de houten trap. Parkeren: het is parkeren aan de straat, maar wij hadden het geluk voor het verblijf te kunnen parkeren. Kost € 3.50 per 24 uur. Is een prima prijs Ligging naar het centrum: wij hebben gewandeld naar het centrum. Is een 30-35 minuten wandelen en bij mooi weer prima te doen. Een keer een taxi van het centrum terug genomen was ongeveer 25 euro. Openbaar vervoer: geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hond: ze hebben zelf een hond, maar dat is een heel vriendelijk beest en zorgde niet voor overlast. Geuroverlast: geen last van gehad. Als je geen problemen hebt met een gedeelde badkamer en zelf ontbijt verzorgen is dit echt een prima verblijf voor een meer dan prima prijs. Wij waren er twee nachten in een weekend. Een aftrekker of zoiets in de douche was wel fijn geweest om na het douchen even het water af te doen. Maar het was geen dealbreker ofzo.

• Jenny (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren super und die Betten sehr bequem. Alles im Haus sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Im Zimmer waren nur 15 Grad und die Heizung lies sich auch nicht höher stellen, das war ein bisschen frisch im Dezember. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit den zwei Doppelbetten was direkt am Badezimmer lag. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und von meinem Bett aus war zum Bad nochmals einen Verbindungstür die dauerhaft verschlossen war. Alles gut soweit, nur leider konnte ich deswegen jedem Hausbewohner beim Pippi machen und Zähneputzen zuhören. Was auch dazu führte, das ausschlafen nicht möglich war. Das war für zwei Nächte nicht so schlimm. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Scheinbar wohnen die Vermieter im Haus und diese müssen natürlich auch kochen. In unserem Fall hat das ganze Haus nach Essen gerochen inkl. unserer Zimmer. Das fand ich befremdlich und anangenehm.

• Zhi-Yi (6/5): A nice small and cozy place to stay - We met the hosts and their lovely dog that was very welcoming us to visit their guesthouse. A place recommended for dog lovers! The room is pretty small for two people to stay. Also the host would rush you if you don't check out in time even they know you're packing, which I didn't encounter in any other guesthouses.

• Émilien (2/5): Cosy and affordable, but poorly managed and not a real hotel experience. - The accommodation was very cosy and offered good value for money. This is not a real hotel but more of an Airbnb-style lodging with shared spaces and no proper front desk. About an hour’s walk from the train station. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything happening in the building, including other guests using the restroom. The ceiling lamp in our room did not work. Additionally, half of the room was initially locked, and the owner requested extra payment to unlock it. Only after we mentioned contacting Booking.com did they call back to apologize and unlock the remaining part of the room.
• Bhavana (8/5): Cozy and comfy - Property was absolutely clean and tidy, all necessities were available. Bathroom was clean and well lit. Checking and check out process was hastle free. We really liked the coffee machine and other condiments available. It was a comfortable stay, will sure recommend. Location was little far but the distance is manageable for a good walk.

• Bram (10/5): Super! - We werden super vriendelijk ontvangen en konden onze bagage al voor de check in tijd daar neerleggen. Het was allemaal super netjes en hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf.

• QI (8/5): 温馨舒适 - 我们住的阁楼第一间，能看到落日。房间整洁舒适，香香的。床很舒服，不会很硬或者很软。一楼可以做饭，房东人很好，有一只可爱的大狗狗。看得出来他们是热爱生活的人！ 隔音不太好，隔壁大叔的打呼墙板都在震，醒了很多次。木质楼房走路会有响声，很担心吵到别人。 卫生间需要共用，洗澡的时候有人敲门，来了三次压力真的好大。门口放一个牌子表示有人使用就好了。

• Elias (9/5): Erg fijne plek om een paar dagen te overnachten - Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf in 2Bangkok residence. Mijn kamer was klein, maar erg comfortabel en 's nachts was het stil. Ook erg prettig dat de kamer was voorzien van een stille plafondventilator, schone handdoeken, koffie en thee. Ik ben positief over mijn verblijf en heb geen negatieve opmerkingen. Let wel op: honden zijn toegestaan in het pand, maar hier had ik geen last van.

• Thierry (9/5): Truly wonderful stay and hosts, with easy access to Ghent City Center ! - Great location for getting into the center, rental bicycles made for a quick 8min ride into the main city area. Wonderful hosts, great and comfortable rooms. Complimentary wine and water. Clean and modern bathroom. We initially thought the rooms were in an apartment, where we could easily gather in a more private space or living room. Looks like we did not read the details thoroughly as these were 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, shared bathroom on the 1st, shared kitchen and terrace on the ground floor. It worked well in the end, and we were very happy with the stay !

• Gunduz (7/5): - Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het gebruik van de gemengde badkamer en toilet was lastiger dan ingschat. Ook was dit bij het boeken niet opgevallen en kwamen wij daar later op locatie achter.

• Anne (1/5): Extrêmement décevant. - Pas grand chose… la literie était plutôt confortable. Ce séjour a été extrêmement décevant. Nous devions avoir une chambre quadruple et une salle de bains privative (comme cela était notifié lors de la réservation). Quand nous sommes arrivés à 22h, le propriétaire ne nous a pas accordé la moindre attention et nous avons donc découvert qu’il avait loué une moitié de la chambre à une autre personne. Cette moitié n’était séparée que par une porte vitrée laissant passer le son et la lumière. De plus, la salle de bains était partagée entre 4 chambres et elle n’a pas été accessible (personne n’était dedans!) pendant les 25 minutes qu’il a fallu attendre que le propriétaire veuille bien nous accorder son attention. Quand nous avons enfin eu accès à la salle de bains et aux toilettes, nous avons constaté que la « deuxième moitié » de chambre ne pouvait sortir que par la salle de bains ; par une porte impossible à verrouiller. Si bien que n’importe qui pouvait débarquer pendant qu’on prenait la douche. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée toutes les dix minutes jusqu’à 23h, avant que le propriétaire vienne faire quelque chose. Le wifi n’a jamais fonctionné. Quand nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement - nous n’avons absolument pas eu ce que nous avons réservé et payé et nous n’étions ni au calme ni en sécurité - le propriétaire s’est montré très désagréable et ne voyait pas pourquoi il devait faire un geste financier conséquent. Il s’est montré agressif. Il a fallu que Booking intervienne. Et malgré ça, il n’a jamais reconnu son tort et la compensation financière qu’il a fini par concéder est ridicule au vu du préjudice. Je ne recommande donc absolument pas ! PS : il y a un grand chien dans les parties communes du logement, ça serait la moindre des choses de le signaler, certaines personnes y sont très allergiques.

• Daniele (8/5): Comfortable rooms and nice apartment, not the best area - The apartment is very nice and comfortable, well furnished . The owner lives there as well. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly host. The bathroom shared with other rooms may be a bit annoying sometimes. But for 1 or 2 nights is ok. The location is not the best. Far from the center (30-35 min walking, but there is a bus) and the area is not very nice aesthetically and a bit dead.

Location just a short bus from where you want to go in Ghent, and shops and restaurants all around the property too. All necessities provided. Would rebook if ever in Ghent again. • Margherita (8/5): Very good - Great place, not too close to the city Center, but 40 Min walk/10 Min bus and you're there :) super clean and quiet! There was no electric plug in the toilet. Only one plug in the room

• Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Location is outside of the city centre but an easy albeit it a little bit long (40 minute) walk into the heart of the town. With that said, it’s a nice walk to see the peripheral parts of the town. Getting entry was a little bit difficult. We had to phone them which if we didn’t have my friend who had a Dutch phone number would have seen us being locked out for the night… Thankfully in the second call back they answered and sent us a code (they did not reply right away to my messages over the app which was slightly stressful). The check in time says anytime between 15:00-23:00 and we assumed someone would answer the door or there would be a reception but you can’t get in without them sending you the code prior. With all of that said, we could have messages to give them a precise time of our arrival but in the end it all worked out and the rooms were very comfortable and nice

• Carole (9/5): Superb - This was a great place to stay for me and my friend . The owner was super helpful and the room came with a wonderful handbook telling us everything we needed to know and added a lovely personal touch . We got complementary coffee and wine which was a nice treat too .
