• Michael (9/5): Schöne kleine gemütliche Wohnung, engl. Garten ums Eck, Stadt mit Bahn gut erreichbar. Viel Grün - Keine Gewürze/Essig/Öl. Kein Geschirrtuch. Duschvorhang aus Plastik recht störrisch
• Kristīne (8/5): Ļoti patika, iesakām! - Atrašanās vieta brīnišķīga, kluss, patīkams rajons. Metro stacija ļoti tuvu, arī veikali nav tālu, ar kājām var aiziet. Nākamajā Minhenes apmeklējuma reizē noteikti atkal atgriezīsimies šeit. Būtu bijuši priecīgi, ja dārzs būtu sakopts, lai varētu ārā pasēdēt, ja būtu ierīkota vieta atpūtai: galdiņš, soliņi, grils. Un vajadzētu atstāt lielāku birsti, lai var grīdu izslaucīt, bija tikai mazā birste.

• Luam (10/5): - Wohnung ist zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig… Ganz tolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht… Wasserkocher, genug Gläser, Teller und Besteck. Es wird Tee und Kaffee zur Verfügung gesteht - nicht selbstverständlich… Immer wieder gerne und auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr gemütlich… :)
• TERENCE (8/5): Un lugar tranquilo - Un apartamento, pero realmente es una casa con jardines. Un lugar tranquilo pero con el metro solo 5 minutos, era perfecto para entrar el centro en poco tiempo. Una buena comunicación con el dueño.

Küchenstühle Zweites Schlafzimmer nur mit Elektro-Heizkörper, damit schlecht zu heizen, nicht gut zum Aufhalten für Teenager

• xavier (9/5): Bel appartement au calme - Très bel appartement. Dans un cadre calme. Parfaitement situé à cinq minutes à pied du métro. Et très facile d’accès en voiture. Il manque des rideaux pour faire plus sombre la nuit. Surtout quand on est en été. Il idéal serait de rajouter un lave-linge.

• Suzanne (9/5): A pleasant stay, we were not disappointed. - The location was perfect for us as it was situated in a quiet residential area yet only a 5 minute walk to the underground network. The apartment itself was clean throughout and had all the facilities needed for a short stay plus everything worked. Only a minor thing but the garden is in need of some attention; less weeds and a few colourful plants would brighten it up on the outside.

• Jennie (8/5): Great spacious, comfortable, quiet, budget option. - Spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment near to the ubahn for easy trips into Munich. Such a great budget option. The owner was really helpful. When we had a problem because we accidentally locked ourselves out she was very quick to get back to us to help us sort the problem out. I’d definitely stay again.

• Wtemberg (9/5): Very spacious 2 bedroom Apartment, perfect for 3 people or even 4. - The host was great, met me earlier than the checking time to give the keys and make the checking, the apartment is great, plenty of space, nice living room and rooms, the bed is comfy, near the train/metro (around 6min from it), around 40min from Oktoberfest in the train The shower box and shower are a little bit small, but not big of a problem
