- Fabiane (10/5): If you want a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast, this is the hotel! - I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and I can say that I am very satisfied. The receptionists are very friendly and attentive (Note: they helped me buy a birthday cake for my mother!). The breakfast is excellent for those who are not yet familiar with the local food of Shanghai. The rooms are cleaned daily unless you don't want them cleaned. The room has very comfortable beds and a great shower. The hotel's ambiance is very nice and the location is great. There's nothing I didn't like.

Bedlinen every 2 days. Coffee,tea and water were replenished every day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t find fault with anything.

- Sophia (7/5): Sehr schönes Hotel, ist eine Empfehlung! - Frühstück war gut, alle sehr hilfreich. Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und das Gebäude an sich sehr hübsch. Ich finde gut, dass andere mit einer Karte für einen anderen Stock nicht in den Stock kommen, in dem man selbst schläft. Hatte allgemein ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Kommunikation manchmal schwierig, weil die meisten dort kein Englisch sprechen.

- _A-nna_ (4/5): Ne prenez pas cet hôtel - Emplacement parfait si vous devez rejoindre la gare. Grosse déception, nous sommes restées 9 nuits et quel gros regret. La chambre est vieillotte sans plus, on y dort et c'est tout. Les serviettes ? Des trous, des fils qui pendent, des traces qui ne partaient pas au lavage mais que l'on voit ... bref. L'odeur de tabac dans les couloirs mais ça c'est parfois un problème en Chine surtout si l'hôtel n'applique pas une politique stricte. Le petit-déjeuner... si vous êtes un western qui est d'accord pour manger de la mauvaise qualité alors c'est parfait. Sur les 9 nuits on a toujours eu le même petit déjeuner, des produits gras, industriels.. sauf les œufs et des légumes à faire cuire à l'eau. C'était le pire petit-déjeuner durant notre séjour en Chine. Au bout de 3 jours on y allait que pour le café et les fruits. Une machine à laver payante (dans tous les autres hôtels c'était gratuit) et une gratuite mais un sèche linge payant. Dans tous les cas faudra payer. Et pour terminer, un groupe de gamins qui est venue dans l'hôtel et qui faisait énormément de bruit, l'hôtel nous a offert un tea time horrible qui est parti à la poubelle.

- Allegra (7/5): Nice but far location and poor staff - The hotel itself was very nice, with a clean and tidy room exactly as described. However, the staff did not speak a single word of English and offered the bare minimum of interaction—just enough to complete the check-in. They were not rude, but definitely not welcoming or helpful either. The biggest downside is the location: it’s very far from the main areas of Shanghai. While the hotel is cute, the distance makes it extremely inconvenient. For this reason, we wouldn’t choose it again.

- Brendan (10/5): Excellent location, super friendly staff, cute rooms. - Excellent location just off the main shopping streets and 1 minute walk to river. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. They arranged a driver for each day we were out and about during of 4 day stay, including a day trip to the yellow mountains. Driver very helpful and friendly- our private tour guide! - and exceptionally low fee for the day. Driver waits for you at tourist stops and even managed to help us buy tickets. The owners treated us like royalty - taking us out for dinner and showing us local artists. Rooms a bit tired but very clean. Exceptional for the low price of accommodation.

- ulla-riitta (8/5): Kiva ja siisti hotelli - Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Etupiha oli kaunis ja siellä oli tilaa istua. Huoneemme oli alakerrassa ja siihen kuului terassi. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Joka päivä siivoojat toi uudet vesipullot ja myös minibaarin limut kuuluivat huoneen hintaan. Tarjolla oli kylpytakit, tossut ja pesuaineet. Palvelu oli hyvää vaikkakin henkilökunta ei puhunut laisinkaan englantia. Aamupala oli perus buffetti aamupala, kahvi ei ollut kovin hyvää. Hotellista on matkaa metroasemalle n. 700m ja vuokrapyörän voi palauttaa hotellin eteen kadulle. Hotellin vieressä pieni kauppa.

- Clara (10/5): Comfy and peaceful stay - Very comfortable and staff are very helpful. It is reasonably close to the metro station. It is in the quieter part of town so I felt quite peaceful. It has conveniences such as a laundry so I can do my washing.

- Zaoli (10/5): - The room is large, clean, comfortable, and convenient to go out. It is very cost-effective. All the staff have a good attitude.
- ning (10/5): - Very clean, modern, beautiful, designed hotel. The staff was very helpful. The bedding very soft. Good value for the money. You will need to walk 12-15 minutes to find the shopping mall, or restaurants. But the mall is surrounded by a park, very pleasant place to relax. the only complaint is, for the room I have, there isn't a regular chair, it is like a TaTami like sitting area, which is not very comfortable if you need to work with a laptop.

- Jimmy (10/5): Good hotel - Short stay at the hotel, arrived at 9PM and left the next day at 5AM. Hotel amenities were great. Did not try dinner here. Not much to walk around. Maybe it was too dark when we arrived, we did not see any store around. But stay was comfortable and the front desk team was very friendly and helpful.

If going to shanghai south railway station and metro it takes about 15mins walk. The staff at the counter seemed.. shady. Ive paid through my card with booking.com however he mentioned did not receive and had to made another payment again? I was wondering if i was double charged and if yes. Whats the solution?

- Wan Ling (10/5): - Staffs are approachable and friendly. Room is clean and spacious. The only downside is the mattresses on the bunk bed are quite thin, can feel the bed board.

- Serđ (10/5): Everything good, the staff is also very nice. - It is a very good hotel, very clean, comfortable, with good design and very polite staff. The breakfasts are amazing, there is food for any taste, very good Chinese food. The garden is very nice, quiet with a pond and sound of water. Everything was good, there was nothing I would complain about. Totally recommend. To the metro station it's 15 minutes. And to the center by metro it's about 50 minutes. Anyway it's reachable and quiet area.

- Marco (10/5): - Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Hotel und waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal besonders Frau Yuan Xiaoyan die Uns sehr hofft geholfen hat. Das Hotel liegt circa 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt von South Station Railway. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung.
