• Vidoza (10/5): - Me gusta que la zona es céntrica, hay varios restaurantes cerca, estación de taxi cerca, restaurante animal cocina venden unas hamburguesas deliciosas... todo muy ameno, el baño es cómodo tiene agua caliente, todo super. Y el anfitrión amable.
• Luisina (7/5): - El departamento es muy cómodo y esta muy bien ubicado. Ideal para moverse a pie tanto de día como de noche. Muy fácil toda la gestión de check in y check out. Hay una obra en construcción al lado y los ruidos comienzan aprox 8 am, eso complica un poco la estadía si lo que se quiere es dormir hasta un poco más tarde.
• Maria (10/5): - Es un espacio pequeño pero cómodo que lo tiene todo, está muy bien equipado y con una excelente ubicación.
• Paola Sophia (9/5): Perfect for two people. Very safe - Great location. Comfortable mattress. The fact that it had a washing Maschine was also very useful. Owner was very helpful and obliging with everything. and in a great neighbourhood with big supermarkets near by. If you wanted to use the kitchen for cooking; it was missing a drying rack + a dish towel (the dishes made everything wet). Scissors would be great too

• Calderog (10/5): Excelente ubicación, superó mis expectativas. - La ubicación es perfecta, un lugar tranquilo y a la vez con la facilidad de encontrar restaurantes y pequeños mercados alrededor. Muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer de nuestra estadia muy agradable. Excelente comunicación con el host que resolvió todas nuestras dudas de manera rápida. Check in y Check out muy fáciles de hacer.
• Hurst (10/5): Amazing location. Nice little private patio attached. Warm water shower. Kitchenette was great. - Amazing location. Close to coffee shops and cowork spots. Super safe and secure, I like the card entry. Clean and came with towels and kitchenette and wash machine. Sofa bed is not comfortable.

• Rose (10/5): Highly recommend, Great location! - The location is amazing. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away with many good restaurants within 10 minutes. The studio was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen although small had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We stayed 17 nights and the mid stay cleaning was very much appreciated. There is a little bit of light that comes though but it didn’t keep us from sleeping!

• Wendy (9/5): Clean, secure apartment in great location of Laureles Medellin. Responsive owner; would definitely recommend. - Excellent location for restaurants and for getting to other places in the city via the metro (about 15 min walk), and even though there was a lot of action on the street at night, especially on the weekend, the apartment was quiet. It was nice that there was hot water in the shower as we haven’t always found that in Colombia in our travels. Also, the owner was extremely responsive when on the very first night there was a problem with the kitchen sink plumbing; he had a plumber there early the very next morning and the problem was fixed immediately. Also, very good communication with him. Also great that there is a washing machine on the patio! Very minor thing, but mentioning it in case it would be a problem for other travelers: the light from the hallway comes into the room at night and there is no way to block it out. I wouldn’t call it the most romantic place, but certainly clean, safe and comfortable.

• Luis (9/5): Great place to stay in Medellin. Location , confort clean an safe, Overall great value - Great location safe, near good restaurants whit plenty options to choose from and a variety of shopping stores.
• Caroline (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay in Laureles. It is very well located among restaurants and supermarket that Laureles has to offer, also veryclose to la Setenta calle and about 15 min walk to the metro. We were very happy to stay there during our stay in Medellin. The apt is clean, cosy and has everything so you feel like home. Julio was a great host, we exchanged a lot on Whatsapp during and after our stay, and we can say that he was very adorable, active and so helppful !!!!!! The check in and check out was done remotally, so very convenient if you arriver/leave very early or late. It's important to note that the apt we were (206) was directly located in the hall of the building (very closed to the entrance) so for light sleepers, it can be an issue and very annoying as you can hear the building door bell, neighbors coming in and going out and be bother by the hall's light at night. Maybe a better soundproofing and very dark blackout curtains would be very useful.
