- Caíque (7/5): Apartamento bom, administradora ruim. - Localização perfeita no centro da cidade e perto de absolutamente tudo. Apartamento grande, confortável e bem decorado. O serviço da Achei, que administra o imóvel deixa a desejar. O apartamento tem vários itens que poderiam ser melhorados como ventiladores quebrados, TV sem antena que funcione e com um modelo antigo que impede o funcionamento de alguns streamings e a falta um simples filtro de água para uso. Eu cheguei de viagem perto de meia noite e não tinha uma garrafa de água na geladeira. Tive que sair na rua pra comprar uma garrafa a essa hora porque faltou a sensibilidade, o acolhimento da administradora de disponibilizar uma simples garrafa de água potável. Reclamei disso e eles disseram que não faz parte do seu escopo de serviço. Paciência!
