• Rebecca (10/5): Simply perfect, just what we wanted from our stay - Clean, good space, beautiful views! Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, we all slept so well! Great facilities, friendly and helpful host and well stocked kitchen. Lovely terrace area and pool. Nothing - you don’t get views like that without a few steps!

• Francis (10/5): Best view in Dubrovnik - We had 2 apartments for a group of 9 and both were exceptional, the views were amazing
• wai lan (9/5): - the view !!!! and bbq facilities clean and large apartment , the host was excellent and accommodating and provided us with coal and wood for our bbq. the steps to go down into town and up to the car park area. water tank is only 80L of hot water so have to stagger the showers of each person , for 4 people it would be fine but for 7-8 you need to stagger and wait a bit before the next 4 can shower. Once you manage it , its not a problem.
• Ellen (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful apartment in lovely location with amazing views. The meet and greet from the airport was an excellent touch. All in all a great stay. Naturally being built into a hillside, there were a very large number of steps up to the apartment from the old town. Not a problem as such but something to be aware of.
• Brenda (10/5): A quiet and beautiful vacation with a wonderful pool and patio to soak up the gorgeous views! - The pool and view were amazing!! Dino, our host was very welcoming as well! Wonderful people in general! There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but that is typical of Dubrovnik.
• Charlotte (10/5): Host was fantastic and helpful. Apartment is stunning and we couldn’t believe the view we had - The view was stunning and the apartment was spacious and clean. The pool area was really attractive however not joined to the property so about 30 steps up to it but fine if you take everything with you that you need It wasn’t a problem for me personally but there are a LOT of steps. You can easily get Ubers but still need to walk 100 steps up to get the uber or 450 steps down to the town. This wouldn’t be good for anyone who can’t do steps
• Ben (9/5): A truly amazing holiday which the whole group thoroughly enjoyed. - The place was beautiful with excellent views and facilities and the owner was very welcoming. He couldn’t have been more friendly and ensured we had everything we needed and helped with recommendations of things to do. There were a lot of steps to get down to the old town, but this was the compromise to enjoy the spectacular views.

• Michel (8/5): A beautiful apartment with incredible views, peaceful surroundings, and a genuinely welcoming host. - The apartment offered a spectacular view of Dubrovnik’s Old Town and Lokrum Island, the kind of view that makes you momentarily consider a career in travel photography. Everything was on one level, with the kitchen, lounge, and dining area opening out onto a peaceful courtyard with a pool. Dino was a fantastic host, always available and full of helpful, local recommendations. There was a minor sewage smell in the ensuite bathroom, but Dino gave us a quick and effective solution. Not a negative, just consider that the property is set into the hillside, so be prepared for quite a few stairs, about 425 down to the Old Town, so Uber or a taxi back up is recommended.
• alan (9/5): Great apartment, superb views and close to the old town - Spacious apartment with large terrace with stunning views over the old town. Nice pool. Host very helpful. Nothing, but be prepared to walk up the steps to get there (but that’s the price for the stunning views, which I wouldn’t have swapped).
• Stéphane (8/5): Escaliers - La vue est juste magnifique et la piscine est évidemment très agréable Seul petit bémol est l’emplacement impossible de vous y rendre si vous avez des personnes âgées ou en mobilité réduite puisque pas d’accès voiture et pour descendre il faut aimé les escaliers il y a 436 marches à descendre et surtout les remontées. Et évidemment vous ne le faite pas 1 fois par jour mais plusieurs fois et je vous garantie que cela est très fatiguant. Si vous êtes en famille amis clest l’endroit idéal mais si vous avez de jeunes enfants courage à vous.

• Selena (10/5): Stunning! - Absolutely beautiful apartment, in a stunning location! The views were spectacular! We were a group of 5 adults and the apartment was spacious and suited us perfectly. Be warned of the steps to and from the apartment! We did know about these in advance and the views were well worth it but you need to be aware and bring flat shoes! The pool for our apartment was also located up a short number of steps, away from the apartment. The pool area was beautiful with sunbeds and a lovely bar area. Dubrovnik was just stunning and we would definitely return!

• Hannah (9/5): Really lovely apartment with absolutely beautiful view! - The view is second to none! it’s great to have such a lovely pool area and balcony. Dino was extremely helpful and we’re very grateful for all of his help getting the trip sorted. The stairs to the property could have been better advertised. The hot water ran out very quickly. There were 7 of us and the place is advertised for 7/8 so it was a shame that the water ran out.

• Su (9/5): Fantastic stay and villa - A lovely apartment, plenty of space for a family or group and clean . Stunning views from the balcony and pool area . Good communication and easy check in. Great to have towels for the pool too and a fridge in pool area. Beautiful old town with lots of great restaurants. Unfortunately there was a smell coming up from the drains in the bathroom. If you want to avoid the hundreds of steps back up from town you can get a taxi or Uber/Bolt from harbour but found it hard to do for less than 15 Euros.

• Jill (9/5): Beautiful views and spacious apartment. Pool not connected to the house so take note on leaving items by pool. - The views were amazing and it was a spacious place. Clean with great bathrooms. We weren’t aware that the pool was not actually connected to the property and that you had to haul your stuff up and down more stairs to get to it from the apartment. All the photos show they are together and it’s not written anywhere either.
• Bridget (9/5): Glorious views - the perfect stay in Dubrovnik! - This is a gorgeous apartment and property! Extremely clean, well equipped, comfortable and updated, it was the perfect location for our stay in Dubrovnik. Add the incredible view of the sea and old town, and the private pool with an equally amazing view...it really can't be beat. Our host met us upon arrival, and was responsive throughout. Highly recommend! It wasn't a dislike but individuals who aren't keen on the stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik may not love the location. At the top of the hill overlooking Old Town, you do need to walk up 400+ stairs regularly, or Uber (which was very easy). That makes this property maybe not a fit for everyone, but it didn't bother us.
• Fiona (10/5): Exceptional - Spectacular Apartment. We had the bottom apartment which opens directly onto the terrace and has the pool to the side. The view is just incredible and I could have sent the whole holiday taking it in. As øthers have mentioned, the stairs are a killer. We managed them a few times and took Ubers the rest...we took a taxi back up to the apartment on the first evening and paid 22 euros, Uber the next day was 6!!! Dino is so helpful and kind.

• Tessa (9/5): Incredible views perfect for groups - For a larger group and in general much better to stay here than in the old town, the views are amazing and it’s less packed with tourists. Dino was amazing in communications and being able to meet to let us in. There is heaps of space and kitchen well stocked for a big group The 4th bedroom is a sofa bed so keep that in mind if booking for a group, the ensuite bathroom had a bit of a smell to it from the plumbing

Awful sewer smell emanating from bathroom through bedroom and beyond. And 457 (I counted) steps (stairs) up hill. There is no way to avoid the stairs!

Clean and comfortable apartment with the most amazing views! - The meet and greet was a lovely touch and made sure arrival was really smooth There are a lot of steps which sometimes made the return to the property a bit tricky for our older mother. The views however certainly were worth the effort and Uber rides were so easy and cheap we avoided the stairs on occasion.
• Roisin (10/5): A fantastic few days of simple paradise - Dino met us and carried our suitcases for us , our flight was in late and Dino had arranged a welcome pack of essentials for us untill the shops opened , we didn’t expect this , The apartment was just amazing,immaculate clean and beds so comfortable, hot water for showers and a fantastic cooking area in kitchen , Dinos mam and good friend called round with freshly made juice and marmalade made with fruit from their garden , this was very much appreciated as we where just back from the half marathon in Dubrovnik. We had a lovely chat with them and they gave us lots of very helpful information. The pool and lounge area was a fantastic area for recovery after the run , in fact we didn’t want to leave the villa as it was so comfortable , only our adventures where calling us , Dino also arranged a taxi pick up for us and 4am , We didn’t like leaving the property ,

• Janet (10/5): Visited as a family group, ages from 13 to 59, had a brilliant time, apartment superb and the support of the host was ex - Absolutely amazing views, spotlessly clean and Dino the host exceptionally helpful. The location is superb, but there are a lot of steps to the property due to where it is situated, however, it is definitely worth it for both the property and the views.
• Nadine (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment was fantastic and suited our group of 5 perfectly for our 3 day stay i - Property was very big and spacious for our group of 5. It was very well equipped with everything we needed whilst there. Views from the apartment over Dubrovnik old town were fantastic. The pool area was fantastic (although we never got weather to enjoy it while there). Our host Dino was very helpful and met us there on arrival despite not getting there until after midnight. There were a lot of steps up to the apartment both from the nearest road but even more if walking direct from the old town!
• Sally (9/5): Spacious, quiet, relaxing, and the view is gorgeous - A spacious, relaxing apartment with a real holiday feel. There is plenty of room for a family or in our case a group of friends travelling together. There are options for outdoor relaxing as well as comfortable indoor furniture. Kitchen is well equipped, so eating at home (with that view) is a good option. Dino is a great host - responsive and quick, and he very kindly helped with our luggage on arrival. And that vista! It is really gorgeous. A day lounging around on the terrace gazing at the view is a day well spent. We knew in advance about the steps, but they are quite something! We appreciated Dino's suggestion to arrive at the top entrance and carry the bags down the steps to the apartment, and then we organised our departure pickup from the lower street so again were carrying the bags down.
• Claire (9/5): Fantastic stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. Recommend the villa if you don't mind a few steps! - Lovely appartment with stunning views. The property contained all tht we needed and was very comfortable. Easy to collect keys, as owner was there on arrival to greet us and show us around the property. He was easy to contact during our stay. The property is on a hill with many steps around 460 to old town which is not too bad on the way down. It ismore challenging on the way up. We managed to do the steps everytime we returned as we were wanting to burn off some calories. YOu could laways get an Uber to the property on the return journey however this adds to the cost.

Perfect way to experience Dubrovnik where we could be in the hustle and bustle of the old town then - The view across the old town was superb and the balcony and pool areas absolutely made the most of it. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Host was very helpful and being close to but outside the old town was ideal. It’s a very steep walk up but we got Ubers home each time and they were quick and cheap. There are 2 apartments and we were in the upstairs one. Hard floors meant you heard lots of movement from the other apartment but that didn’t really matter and it didn’t detract.

• Giɀel (10/5): What an amazing apartment that will never be forgotten. . - Beautiful, well maintained, clean, modern and fully equipped apartment. There’s a separate bbq area with the view and table & chairs. The private pool was separate from the apartment which is just a few steps up and again with the view plus with a kitchenette and a working fridge for drinks. Our kids brought inflatables that made their swimming more fun. The view from the balcony is the best! It was also very spacious and good for hanging out from sunrise to sunset. Dino was very helpful. He met us at the drop off point and had given us suggestions and directions. He was always a message away. He also kindly given us packs of ice cubes and charcoals for the bbq. Beach/bath towels were all provided. The driver who he contacted for our transfer back to the airport even offered to stop us by the view on the way and took some photos for us. The living space fr the lounge, kitchen, dining, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. The stairs going up and down the apartment would not be suitable for people with mobility problems but for us it was all worth the view and a convenient walk into the old town.

• Sally (10/5): Amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! - The view at the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was lovely, great space with comfy bedrooms and great amenities. The host Dino was extremely helpful from booking through to the stay. No complaints whatsoever. I would recommend guests check location before booking, as the apartment is high up the views are gorgeous however a lot of steps to access the apartment so if you have a pram or difficulty walking up stairs then be prepared! We managed with the pram though and the view was worth the struggle!
• Claire (10/5): A lovely apartment with amazing views of Dubrovnik Old Town. - We were a group of 5 and we found the apartment to be spacious, well equip and very clean. There was lots of seating both inside and outside which was perfect for an outside breakfast or drinks before going out. The pool was a little cool but a welcome addition to the apartment. The views of Dubrovnik Old Town are incredible! Dino, our host, was extremely easy to contact and even helped us carry our bags up and down to the apartment. He was also very quick to respond when we needed extra sheets. A lovely apartment and great host! We are relatively fit ladies so could manage the steps up or down to the apartment. However, there was no mention of this in the description on Booking.com (and there are quite a few steep steps) so it might be worth mentioning this in the future as it would be very tricky to access if you struggled with mobility. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend!
• Sally (9/5): Absolutely stunning. Just a beautiful place to stay, you will not regret it. - The apartment was beautiful, with the most stunning view looking over the Old Town and the whole of the bay. We arrived about 5pm to such a gorgeous sunset. The apartment is large, spotless, well serviced, 3 separate areas to hang out. Has a stunning private pool with a lovely seating area and an outside bar. Our host Dino was so helpful and could not do enough for us. Walking up from the old town takes quite a few steps, but on a few occasions we used Uber for about 10Euros. As there were 8 of us, the showers went luke warm after 4 showers.
