• John (8/5): Very nice property, ideal for our stay. - Very nicely equipped. Tea, coffee, biscuits, snacks etc. Nice big room lots of space. Clean and ideal for a few nights stay. I would have given “excellent” but the bathroom was a let down. Difficult to access the shower. Low pressure, large shower head needed de calcing. Ran cold quickly.

• Linda (10/5): Comfortable and clean - The room is spacious and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, with lots of soft pillows and cushions. There was a full length mirror, and the ensuite was spotless, as well as being well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen area was clean, with a fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery etc. Coffee and tea was provided, as well as a complementary basket of snacks and water. The area is quiet and safe, perfect for a weekend break. Thankyou for all the attention to detail. The shower was a bit difficult to negotiate, but I managed! One thing for me, being short, is that I couldn't see up to the key safe and so had to ring the bell to get someone to help me. However, the gentleman was very helpful and he even carried my case up the stairs!

• L (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was extremely clean, very well maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was super comfortable and made me feel at home from the first moment. I really enjoyed my time there and had a great experience overall. The area is very nice, quiet, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a great and calm neighborhood. I would happily stay here again!

• Judy (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and would stay again - Quiet area, cleanliness of space and bathroom, bed was clean comfortable . Had all supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Shades were great Gets cold at times in room it was drafty. Small shower and was difficult to regulate the hot and cold water initially. Parking is limited and should have had a permit for parking. Not enough towels for the length of stay. Teapot needs replacing had residue in the bottom of it

• Brendan (9/5): I really enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and well-situated apartment - Apartment was well presented and well equipped. There were multiple cooking options - oven, air fryer, microwave - which made it ideal for a longer stay. The building and street were quiet - I was not disturbed by other people in the building, all residents seemed very respectful. The location worked very well for me - I appreciated the proximity to Streatham Common, and it was well provided by local amenities (Sainsburys, Tesco, and M&S all short walk) and near to transportation. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I had read prior reviews that the shower pressure was not great, and I am very fussy about that, but I thought it was fine - I've had better and worse. I didn't find that to be an issue at all. I got misled by the oven - I purchased a large amount of groceries, planning to cook at home, not realizing the oven was a steam oven and so not suitable for many of the items I purchased (and some were too big for the air fryer). That's not common technology and a bit of a learning curve if you haven't used one before. A conventional or combination oven would probably have more universal use. Also, I would have appreciated a broom or dustpan. I loved the dark wood floors, but the challenge with those is that they show dirt and I would have liked to have been able to sweep the floor during my stay and before I checked out. But these are both minor points and did not detract from my enjoyment of the apartment - I'm really being picky, the place was great.

• Rebecca-Leigh (9/5): - The room was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Was a short uber ride to Crystal palace park (where we needed to be). Short walk to bus stops if needed. The facilities and amenities were great. And the bottles of water helped us out a lot as we were going straight to a gig, we managed to take them with us. The bathroom/shower was easy to use. The only thing was, with the london heat, we would have loved a fan or something as the room got really warm. Maybe if there was one that could be stored and used when needed? But that's the only thing.

Iron, hairdryer, towels etc. Shower had low pressure. Entrance /hallway was dirty and very unkempt which was very different from the standards of inside the property. Looked like it needed a paint fresh / clean.

Good location - area was quiet and felt safe. Lack of ventilation, didn’t have any hot water on the last three days. On the second day because it was so hot the water wasn’t really an issue, it was only until the last two days where the temperature went down so having a cold shower wasn’t ideal. The stove also stopped working after the first use.

Quiet road and no problems finding car parking immediately outside the studio. The studio is very well equipped and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. We didn't hear or see any of the other residents in the building. We had problems adjusting the temperature of the shower. It was a minor inconvenience, though.
• Tinashe (10/5): loved it! would definitely recommend - there are so many great things about this property, with it literally having everything you need from an air fryer to kitchenware and a fully equipped kitchen. nothing to fault besides no lift all was good. little goodies left on the table for quests was a nice touch and even had netflix available. bathroom had toiletries such as shampoos and brand new toothbrushes and toothpaste each
