• marianne (4/5): Très déçues, nous ne sommes pas restées - Impossible de joindre le propriétaire avant d’arriver, ni par message et ne répond pas au téléphone. L’endroit est très bruyant, à côté d’une avenue très passante, donc impossible de profiter de la terrasse présentée sur la photo. L’extérieur manque d’entretien. La chambre est petite, oppressante, la décoration est datée, vieillie, pas assortie. Poignée de la porte de la salle de bains cassée. Les équipements sont insuffisants : pas de prises sur les côtés du lit, 1 seule lampe de chevet. Cuisine manque d’équipement, pas fonctionnelle, très peu de matériel. Hygiène douteuse : l’intérieur du frigidaire n’a pas été nettoyé ( tâches, miettes) À lire les autres commentaires, je m’interroge. Le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais. Nous avons réservé ( et payé) 2 nuits mais sommes parties après la 1ere car je ne voulais pas passer notre dernière nuit à Dubrovnic dans ce lieu. Désolée pour le propriétaire qui a l’air charmant, mais nous avons été très déçue et je pense que quelques travaux seraient nécessaires pour rendre l’accueil plus agréable

• Elena (10/5): - Buenas vistas, terraza amplia y tranquila para cenar o pasar un buen rato. La habitación muy acogedora. Destacamos que hubiese lavadora y la amabilidad del señor que nos atendió. No había gel ni champú.

• Young (7/5): Simple et commodités proches mais prix un peu élevé - Chambre tranquille et fonctionnelle avec accès à une belle terrasse commune avec vue sur la mer. Plage, arrêts de bus et autres commodités proches. Hôte sympathique. Chambre un peu petite avec une décoration qui mérite d’être revue surtout au vu du prix.
• WORMS (9/5): Magnifique vue depuis la terrasse et merveilleuse plage aux eaux cristallines à proximité - Le bruit sur la terrasse car elle est située au dessus d’une grosse artère de voitures.

• V_ma (10/5): A wonderful stay with wonderful memories. - The host. The view. The terrace. Easy access to the old town. Close to food and supermarket. Carrying suitcases up (and down) the stairwell. However it is the norm staying anywhere in Croatia, just be prepared.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great location and fabulous views - There was not enough coffee for the second day and when we asked if we could have some, we were told that we could buy some - after all we didn't need 5 pounds! Also, it would have been good to have soap in the shower. Luckily, we had our own bath gel.

Close to mini market store, bakery and some restaurants. Room had a washing machine and drying rack outside which was handy. Host Felix was wonderful and very accommodating for storing luggage before and after our stay.

• Naoko (10/5): Exceptional - It's in a perfect location if you would like to enjoy beach and the old city of Dubrovnik. The closest beach is 5 minutes walk away and the old city is 20 minutes away. The owner was very kind to offer me to stay a bit longer than the check-out time as my flight left at 18 and it'd be very inconvenient if I had to come back to the apartment to get the luggage. I didn't know there was no shampoo and body soap but it's a minor point and I just used the one left from the previous guest.

• Anne-marie (9/5): Great place to stay to visit beautiful Dubrovnik - Great room which was spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly owner, very close to a stunning beach and walkable distance to the old town Only slight downside was it is on a fairly busy and noisy road, the room is well soundproofed though - so I only noticed it when sat on the terrace
• Mo (8/5): Great location, value for money and the host was lovely and very sociable. - No breakfast facilities available but there's a bakery directly below so very convenient for croissants and pastries to go with our tea & coffee every morning. Lovely smells waft up every morning to the veranda above. Beautiful views of the bay from the veranda. Only a 15 minute downhill walk to the old town. Not a difficult walk back but buses running regularly if you feel tired. The room size was quite adequate for a couple although the bathroom a little cramped.
• Emilia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very good located, 15 min to Old Town, 3 min to a beautiful laguna/beach. There is a teras with a stunning view on the sea which you can use all the time! The owner is very kind and makes you feel very welcome. The apartment is very clean and good equipped: A/C, fridge and a spot for cooking. Everything was perfect!

• Mae (10/5): Highly recommend! - We loved staying here! The owner was so lovely and welcoming. It felt very homely and relaxing. We loved sitting on the balcony. Such a great location, 15 min walk to the old town and an amazing beach just down the road. Super markets nearby and had the best food of the trip at a pizzeria down the road which was so affordable!

The complex has an open terrace facing the sea and is only a few minutes’ walk from a pebble beach. Old town can be reached by a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the coastline Small bathroom
• Tobin (10/5): Comfortable space away from the tourist traffic - While not in the old town, this apartment is a reasonable walk away, along an easy, beautiful path. The shared balcony space was lovely for people watching and views of the sea. We enjoyed our apartment at the back of the complex, with space to cook, eat, do washing, and hang to dry. The neighbouring guests were friendly and we had no noise issues. We really appreciate that we were allowed to check in early and leave our bags while the room was cleaned. It was clean and comfortable, with all amenities we needed. Our kids loved looking for turtles in the garden. There was a market nearby and a bakery below for quick meals. The wifi only worked in the bedroom, and was spotty in the living area.
• Brogan (8/5): Great location and views - Great location! a short walk to old town and walkable the port area as well. Had a really nice outdoor area where you could enjoy the view. There were some great food places underneath the property and just up the road. The beach was very close, about a 10 minute walk. Everything was as expected, would recommend this place to stay if you are after somewhere that's basic but has everything you need in a good location.

• Lena (8/5): very nice location - very nice lady, very good location (5min by car from the National parc, and the beach is at 5min by foot), the apartment was very nice and clean (apart from some pee stains in the bathroom floor…). Very pretty view on the sea. a nice terrace to hang out. And a very nice cat hanging around ! Pee stains on the bathroom floor, please be careful when cleaning. The food in the restaurant downstairs wasn’t good.

• Riikka (1/5): Worst experience ever - The view was ok, but a very loud street right in front of the apartment ruined it. The worst experience we have ever had! We waited outside the door for more than 30mins and called the host multiple times with no answer. When we finally got in, the host was laughing and said he saw us but didn’t feel like answering. There is a busy road right in front of the apartment and the view is not the same as in the pictures. We ended up staying somewhere else for the rest of our holiday.

• Nicole (9/5): Had a nice stay - Communication works super uncomplicated and fast. Apartment big enough and clean. Walk to town about 15 minutes. View is great an the Host very friendly Unfortunately no direct parking lot to the apartment. However, there is paid parking on the street nearby, you have to search a bit. Parking situation probably a general problem in Dubrovnik therefore not a direct minus point for the accommodation
