Fue imposible ducharnos mi pareja y yo con agua caliente porque el primero en ducharse ya se quedó a medias. No tiene TV. Tiene una nevera desenchufada. La puerta del balcón no sé puede cerrar y no tiene cortina, con lo que te ven de pleno los vecinos de enfrente. El jabón del baño lo rellenan con agua. Se queda en otra ubicación con una mujer que no es la que te habla por WhatsApp para que te dé las llaves (no habla casi español). La chica que te habla por WhatsApp te escribe a las 3 de la mañana para decirte que te puedes quedar hasta la 1 pm, el día del check out.

• Evelina (5/5): - The hotel left a neutral impression. The main positives were the convenient location and the cleanliness of the room. We were also congratulated on a birthday with a small gift, which was a nice touch. There were many issues that were not mentioned in the listing. First of all, the photos on Booking were misleading. The pictures showed a private balcony, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. In reality, our room had no balcony at all. The only balcony belonged to a photo studio located in the same space, and to access it, you had to leave your room entirely. The listing also presents the property as a standalone apartment, but in fact several rooms are being rented out. This is not mentioned anywhere and feels dishonest. Another concern was the communication. We contacted the host via WhatsApp, but the profile photo did not match the person who met us. This felt strange and raises trust issues — it would be easy to get scammed in such a setup. Additionally, the actual address did not match the one listed on Booking. We were simply told to meet near a certain restaurant, which was not the address stated in the booking. This created unnecessary confusion and made the check-in process feel disorganized and unclear. The view from our window was also disappointing: instead of a courtyard, it faced a row of outdoor air-conditioning units. There was essentially no view at all. On top of that, the room had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the place does not match its description and feels misleading.

• sharon (6/5): Location was great. - Clear instructions and times of the light show. We had no hot water in the evening to shower or the next day. The bed was hard and it was a double with one single sheet,and 2 x single quilts in the cupboard with no covers. The hair dryer was smoking and sparks at the plug that was provided. No instructions where we should leave the keys. We also could not see a smoke alarm in the room.No instruction if there was a fire on your escape route.

Animé le jour et calme la nuit Équipement moderne plus proche d'une chambre d'hôtel que d'un studio équipé Un gros problème de communication pour retrouver le lieu . L'adresse nest pas exactement celle qui est mentionnée dans sur la fiche booking. La réaction a l'appel téléphonique est trop lente et la personne chargée de l'accueil ne parle ni espagnol ni l'anglais. Il existe en plus 2 restaurants du même nom a 6 mn de marche que ce qu'on nous indique pour identifier le lieu.

• carlos (7/5): - La ubicación, el colchón. La dirección que indica booking no es la correcta. Luego de preguntar te envían una ubicación que tampoco es la correcta. Supuestamente alquile una habitación de luxe. Aire acondicionado central para todos los departamentos, osea que todos deberíamos tener el mismo frío. Practicamente no hay enchufes, una lámpara de mesa que no se puede enchufar, no tiene televisión. El cubículo de la bañera es muy pequeño y se inunda con lo cual moja el piso del baño. El sillón que menciona esta en un espacio común que nadie utiliza. La administradora, con quien te comunicas, solo habla inglés (alquilando una habitación en España).

Ganze Wand war ein Schrank, d.h. viel Stauraum. Neuwertige Einrichtung. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Wände schienen sehr dünn, da aber niemand da war, war das kein Problem. Pragmatische Unterkunft, dafür wenig Charme.

Ich suchte die Unterkunft in der Straße Marques de Larios 3, wie in Booking angegeben. Am Tag meiner Einkunft hat mich jemand von Art House kontaktiert und ohne jeglichen Hinweis eine Karte mit dem Standort des Hotels geschickt. Ich habe geantwortet, dass ich den Bus vom Flughafen nehme und uns vor der Tür treffen würden. Da ich weiterhin die Adresse wie in Booking stand gesucht und nicht gefunden habe, habe ich eine halbe Stunde lag meiner Kontaktperson angerufen… erfolglos… Ich suchte dann eine andere Unterkunft. Da meldete sich die Person, sagte sie hätte keine Akku mehr gehabt (!) deswegen konnte sie meinen Anruf nicht entgegennehmen. Sie hätte mir eine Karte geschickt mit der richtigen/neuen (?) Adresse geschickt, die übrigens 200 Meter weit weg ist von der in Booking angegebenen Adresse. Trotz mehrerer Versuche hat sich der Besitzer/die Besitzerin geweigert den bezahlten Betrag zurückzuzahlen. Am nächsten Tag ging ich in die Straße Marques de Larios 3 ( wie in Booking angegeben) und die Empfangsdame des Bürogebäudes (kein Hotel) erzählte mir, dass ich nicht die einzige bin, die vergeblich in dieser Adresse das Art House sucht. Heute ist immer noch diese falsche Adresse in Booking angegeben. Ich habe alle Daten des Austausches mit der Kontaktperson beibehalten, die dieser Vorfall belegen.
• Laura (5/5): Good location but very basic - The location was really central to Malaga although it’s not the location they actually advertise, and it made check-in a bit more difficult. We stayed on two separate occasions during our trip and the second room had quite an uncomfortable bed. Check-in was also difficult because they give a different address to the one the apartment is actually in.

La sensación es que no está acabado. No se sabe que tipo de alojamiento es, ni en la calle, ni en booking. No sabes si es un hotel, hostal, piso turístico, particular....

• Elizabeth (7/5): - Good value for money right in the heart of the old town. Used it for an overnight stay as we had a train to catch the next day to Seville. In walking distance of the cathedral and shops. Didn't hear any noise from the street below. Cheap taxi rides to/from the airport and train station. Host was helpful and communicated via WhatsApp the day before check-in and upon check-out. Quite cramped - fine for a night or two but wouldn't like to stay any longer.
• Sara (8/5): Sono stata seguita e supportata,l’appartamento era centralissimo e mi sono sentita subito a casa!!! - La posizione è direi più che perfetta,effettivamente al centro è vicinissima a tutto sia al mare che al centro storico e a tutti i maggiori siti di interesse,la camera pulitissima,grande e dotata di tutto,comunicazione con l’host efficente !!! Cercherei di migliorare solo una cosa:il sistema centralizzato di aria condizionata perche questa è veramente l’unica nota dolente del posto.Le camere infatti dispongono tutte di aria condizionata ma centralizzata,ciò significa che per regolare l’aria in realtà essendo tre o quattro camere dovresti metterti d’accordo con tutti altrimenti devi adattarti ma a loro piace il freddo tu morirari di freddo e se invece non la vogliono morirari di caldo!!! Non so se sono stata chiara comunque é l’unica cosa che cambierei !!!

I needed to wash my hair and couldnt. This was an extremely basic simple no frills room. I kinda expected a bit more. Bed and a table, and thats it.

La dirección que aparece no es real, te la envían el día que llegas y te tienen que venir a buscar porque no está indicado en ningún sitio que exista o haya este alojamiento allí (no hay ni un cartel, ni un timbre, ni nada y me parece raro). No hay recepción ni nadie para atenderte, solo vi a una chica que hablaba inglés que fue quién me mandó la dirección y me recibió el primer día para darme las llaves, pero no la vi nunca más y no está allí, ya que eso es un piso vacío con habitaciones. No hay televisión. El aire acondicionado es centralizado y no puedes regularlo. Las toallas huelen a humedad y en la habitación de vez en cuando llegaba olor a tuberías. La ventana da a un patio interior, no hay vistas como se supone que debería. Por el precio que se paga, no cumple las expectativas.

• Marc vdPiite (6/5): moeilijk te vinden accomodatie - Deze zaak is moeilijk te vinden. Via Whatsapp krijg je instructie's maar als toerist is het niet makkelijk deze te volgen. We zouden rond 10 uur aankomen wat eerst geen probleem was. Eenmaal ter plaatse konden we pas om 11u30 binnen. Voor ons zou het al voldoende zijn geweest om onze bagage te kunnen droppen en dan de stad in te trekken. Als de kamer tegen s'avonds klaar was geweest was dit voor ons voldoende. de communicatie.

• Luis (4/5): I would give it a rating of 4 stars, which is very poor 🥸 - It was a nice property located in the heart of Malaga's center Due to the age of the building, there was a lot of noise coming from outside, making it difficult to enjoy yourself. Additionally, I stayed two nights but was unable to see anyone who cleaned the room, and I requested towels and toilet paper, but was ignored. We had to purchase them outside at the store, which was very disappointing.
