All’interno dell’appartamento c’è una lavatrice/asciugatrice , comoda per chi soggiorna per più tempo.

And the noise on the street with 2 garbage pick ups at 2 and 4 in the morning, and the bars close by was unbearable. I didn't have one good night sleep.

The bed is comfortable, the heater and wifi work very well, and you enter the building and the apartment with electronic codes. The bedroom was very comfortable and the building itself is quite charming and well maintained. The staff were responsive and helpful. Es un sitio bien recomendable. I found the bathroom quite smaller than I thought. It's functional, however it is small.
- Helen (7/5): Good - location near Retiro park When we arrived, there was no physical key to enter the building (as advertised). We ask for one via email and we were told we should use our cell phone. There are many problems with using ONLY a cell phone for access. For example, one of our SIM cards did not work. Once my cell battery died. All of these presented problems entering the building, as well as unnecessary anxiety. All of this could have been avoided if the manger would have given us a key or a code for the outer door. Regarding cleanliness, most of the rooms were clean. However, my bar of soap fell under the bathroom sink. When I pulled it up, it had quite a bit of hair on it. Yuk! If you are significantly overweight, you will be very uncomfortable in the bathroom as it is very narrow.
