- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - amazing and cozy hotel, with attentive and responsive owner and his team. very convenient that the transfer is provided and in general, you can ask to organize a taxi. the room with a view of Giza is amazing, leaves good memories. I am grateful, and will definitely come back! I would improve the breakfast, make it a little more filling and appetizing. And for me the pillows were very high and hard, but this is probably a feature in all of Egypt, I am spoiled by American soft pillows.
- Karn (6/5): Location is good. Room is nicely decorated. Overall, it's a good 3 stars hotel - but not a 4 star. - Location is good, on a not so busy street. Water from the fridge was leaking onto the room floor. We checked in at 4AM from late flight and ended up having to mop the water ourselves. The staff were very helpful and very apologetic about it, but what they have wasn't good enough. Breakfast was terrible.

We took a 15 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum in one direction and another 15 minute walk to the entrance to the Giza Pyramids in the other direction. Though the location is excellent for its access to the pyramids and museum, the area is a little run down as are the buildings around the hotel.

- Anett (8/5): Amazing hospitality with a view to the pyramids - We really enjoyed our stay at Lotus Inn, it is really close to the Pyramids and to the Grand Museum, the staff members were really nice and helped us everywhere they could. You can even have an amazing view to the Pyramids from the hotel's balcony. I would recommend it. Everything was amazing, the breakfast could be a bit better, but for this price that is also acceptable.

It was on the same floor and steps from the entrance and "kitchen". We were only there two nights, but never saw the view of the pyramids from the property. Our balcony looked out into an alley.
- Alina (10/5): A wonderful place and amazing staff! - I loved my stay in Lotus Inn. Before I even arrived the staff contacted me via WhatsApp and arranged the airport shuttle which was great. I have travelled a lot but have never felt so looked after and cared for like it was here - Ramy, Ahmed and Khaled were so nice, friendly and very helpful and made me feel like at home. They provided me with lots of useful and helpful information, prepared me a delicious fruit basket and tea or juice every morning as my tours started very early and were always there if I needed anything. The room was spacious, modern and very clean , it had a good aircon system that could also be used as heating in winter. The bed was very comfortable. The location could not have been better, it is very close from the pyramids, and the pyramid view from my balcony was amazing! I loved Lotus Inn and would highly recommend it! Dear Ramy, Ahmed and Khaled, thank you so much for everything!

This was important to me as i booked the room with private balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great. 15min walk to pyramids entrance and to Grand Egyptian Museum. I can’t really think of anything.

- Kiia (5/5): Overpriced - The lighting in the room was pleasant and the AC worked. I liked the overall appearance & decorations of the room too. I stayed for two nights. On the first night, the WiFi worked once and the shower had a reasonable amount of hot water. The second night, the WiFi didn't work at all and the shower didn't provide any hot water. Location is good if you want to see the pyramids, but the area itself isn't pleasant. This hotel is tiny with only a couple rooms and does not offer any privacy, it felt like sleeping in someone's livingroom.

I like the authenticity of the establishment, the no-frills attitude of the staff. The rooms are very clean and of good standing for the price. Honest staff, honest business. This is a mid-range inn in a very touristic area, manage your expectations. It's not perfect, but for us it definitely did the job.

Our experience in Cairo was much better because of the great customer experience provided by the hotel staff and guide/driver. I recommend booking this place and their tours activities if you wish to have a fun, safe and enjoyable experience in Cairo. All good for the price we payed

They provided us with guides and taxi drivers on a last minute. The room was suppose to have a terrace but instead it had a glass door to a 6/7 meters long corridor to an opening similar to a window without glass. The view was of the back of the hotel. I did not even have daylight for the room. I was asked to change and for the remaining 2 nights, I was given a room with a balcony with Pyramids view. Probably the terrace room was not available.

The breakfast view on the pyramids is breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Staff speaks English well. The tours that the hotel offers are quite expensive.

It is a small, boutique hotel, which was exactly what we needed to balance the long days of exploring. The property wants cash for payment, which I didn't realize when I made the booking. They were kind and accommodating, but something to know beforehand.
