• Christl (10/5): Perfekte Wohnung, perfekter Aufenthalt - Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Von der Via Merulana aus ist man sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den Öffis (Linie A, Straßenbahn und viele Busse) in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Trotz der stark befahrenen Straße ist sie absolut leise, da 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer in den Hof gehen und die Fenster des 3. Zimmers sehr gut isoliert sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber. Es gibt Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Sanitärprodukte und Weingläser :). Ein Supermarkt (Conad) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aufzug, Internet, Warmwasser - alles hat bestens funktioniert. Bei längeren Aufenthalten werden die Handtüher alle 3 Tage getauscht. Benny ist über WhatsApp stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem die beste Vorausetzung für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Rom. Danke Benny! Nichts

• Željko (9/5): A true experience of Rome - Lokacija je odlicna. Blizina velikih trgovina i odlicnih restorana. Stan je u predivnoj zgradi u centru Rima. Izuzetno lijepo uređen, okruzen cvijecem. Mirno je i tiho, a imate sve što je potrebno. Posebno pohvaljujem aparat za espreso kavu. Meni je sve bilo odlicno, vratit cu se opet. Sve je bilo odlicno

• Michał (10/5): - Bardzo dobry rozkład mieszkania. Dwie piękne łazienki. Super lokalizacja. Piękne fiołki przed apartamentem na trzecim piętrze. Dużo sprzętu AGD. Przestronny salon. Przydałaby się słuchawka przy deszczownicach w łazienkach.
• Artur (9/5): Przestronne i czyste mieszkanie. - Bardzo przestonne mieszkanie, czusto i schludnie. Dwie łazienki to niewątpliwie duży plus. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, ok 10min piechotą do metra i przystanek autobusu 714 na dworzec Termini przy budynku. Niedaleko sklep Conad (w podwórku). -

• Francesca (10/5): Tranquillità in centro e ampi spazi ben calibrati. - Ampi spazi, silenzio, cortesia e disponibilità del gestore. Posizione ottima. Niente parcheggi, se non a pagamento e per due notti 70 euro sembrano esagerate, visto che il mensile è di 100 euro, per cui non c'è proporzione.

• Lisa (10/5): Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood - Wonderful location just south of St Mary Maggiore. Tree lined streets and convenient to shopping and car service. The apartment is a great size for a family or friend group with comfy beds, nice pillows and a great assortment of necessities at check in. Elevator was wonderful and necessary for our stay. Our host checked in regularly and even came by to freshen up. Already thinking about a return.

• Riffipiffi (10/5): Soggiorno breve al top - Appartamento grsnde, silenzioso,pulitissimo, letti comodissimi con lenzuola che profumavano di ammobidente.Vicino al Colosseo, alla Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore e al Teatro Brancaccio.La cucina ha utensili per ogni necessità. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare capsule per il caffè e filtri per the e tisane. Ci è piaciuta la disponibilità nel lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il check-out.Ottimo anche poter vedere Netflix. Ritorneremo sicuramente qua nel nostro prossimo soggiorno. Niente.Tutto perfetto come a casa.

• Lubomír (8/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is in a great location, close to the city center and the Colosseum, which made exploring Rome very easy. The beds were very comfortable, and each room had air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm days. The shower was excellent, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The whole apartment felt large and comfortable, with a nice atmosphere. At night, the street was quiet, so I could rest well. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! The only downsides were that the oven wasn’t working and there were no disposable slippers available, so you had to walk barefoot if you didn’t bring your own. Otherwise, I would definitely give it 10/10!

• Delphine (7/5): Grand appartement propre et proche de tout - Les photos conformes au logement. L’emplacement proche des transports en commun, du supermarché et du centre historique. La surface de l’appartement (trois chambres, deux salles de bain, un séjour et une cuisine). La sécurité et propreté de l’immeuble, mais aussi de l’appartement. La literie et le linge sont de bonne qualité. En plein mois d’août, la température dans l’appartement restait au dessus de 28 degrés. Il y a une climatisation sur pied dans chaque chambre, mais elle n’a pas permis de refroidir l’appartement et était assez bruyante donc il fallait la couper la nuit.

• Olivier (8/5): bel appartement spacieux - Le propriétaire est au petit soin pour ses hôtes l appartement est très grand et super propre, il parle très bien le français la literie est très confortable Quelques détails manque une petite table de salon, la cuisine salle de séjour n a pas beaucoup de lumière naturelle et il y avait malheureusement le temps de notre séjour des travaux ce qui a engendré du bruit
• Sue (7/5): Good location, decent size and helpful host. - Friendly and helpful host. Good size rooms and only a 15min stroll to the Colosseum. Two bathrooms was a definite bonus. It was incredibly hot during our stay so the air conditioning units were very much needed and appreciated, however they were quite noisy in two of the bedrooms.

• Yair (8/5): A large apartment, the summary is mixed, both good and less good. - I stayed for four nights, which were booked separately. 20-24 Dec. The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and large rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. The building is old, with a tiny elevator added between the stairs. The apartment is spotless. The owner is available on WhatsApp and responds quickly to requests. The disadvantages: The rooms feel empty, with basic furniture. The TV room lacks a table for storing items like a laptop, coffee, etc. It also lacks a floor lamp, which can provide weak lighting while watching TV. There is no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo; the only solution is to put them on the floor. The kitchen is not well-equipped to prepare a full meal. Small bowls and a small frying pan are missing. There is a huge salad bowl and a giant frying pan, which causes the omelette to spread out completely and turn into a thin, burnt crepe. The kitchen oven doesn’t work, there is no toaster oven, only a microwave. The only way to heat pizza is to put it in a pan. This heats the dough, but the toppings are left ice cold. You do not have control over the heating, and the apartment was too cold for me. Prefix temperature. This was the first apartment I stayed in, where the owner came over after I left in the morning. While it was nice that he took out the trash and changed towels after the second night, unlike in a hotel where you expect the anonymous maid to enter, I didn’t expect him to visit inside the apartment. It felt uncomfortable, like an invasion of privacy, especially since all my personal and intimate belongings were spread around the apartment. It should be only with the previous consent. And how did he know exactly when I left? Unlike the Old City centre or the entertainment district, the area is tranquil. The only problem is that the apartment faces an internal courtyard with five floors, echoing door slamming, conversations on balconies, creaking metal doors like a medieval cellar, etc. Earplugs solved the problem from the second night.

• Andrey (10/5): Great apartment with decent price. recommend! - we rented the whole apartment and it’s great for big family, got 3 spacious bedrooms and separate living room - 2 showers and toilets. kitchen is equipped with anything you need and dishwasher, floor ACs in all bedrooms. visible that apartment is just renovated. Location is super convenient to commute to Termini - 15 mins by foot and metro. Colosseum is 15 mins walk too. So great value for money nothing major

The apartment was easy to check into, great communication, and easy walk to many of the city highlights and great restaurants. We couldn’t help but be amazed by the unique mosaic floors in the apartment. There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Spacious kitchen with table as well as lounge so plenty of space. Very clean throughout Furniture a bit sparse - maybe some side tables in lounge so can put a drink on rather than the floor. Also in bedrooms maybe a chair or small table- somewhere to put a few clothes as you take them off & on

There was more than enough space for us and we could have easily had more people stay. It was clean upon arrival. Having two full bathrooms and an elevator was fantastic. The location is nice as it is close to many of the attractions but not in the middle of everything so it isn’t overly crowded.

Nothing to dislike… it’s quite minimal in decor and the beds are on the firmer side.. but nothing negative just to be mindful of depending on your preferences.

Easy and pleasant communication with the owner. I really liked the comfortable bed, which was very useful after long walks around the city. I would love to come back here again.
