• Eric D (5/5): Très moyen - Il n’y a qu’une chambre, un salon avec un canapé lit et une terrasse fermée (tres basique) avec un canapé lit. Les lits n’étaient pas faits. On devait chercher les draps dans les placards. Les espaces verts autour de l’appartement ont été betonés. Cela ne fait pas rêver comme sur les photos du site. Cordialement

• Morales Reyes (4/5): - Fueron amables cuando quisimos anular la reserva y entendieron los motivos Todo el exterior del apartamento. NO TIENE PISCINA. Las piscinas estan verdes y bloqueadas con una cinta de obra, todo el exterior está en obras.

• Margit (3/5): Nur ein nutzbares Schlafzimmer! - Günstige Lage zwischen Flughafen und Fähre Das angeblich vorhandene 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein kalter verglaster Balkon zur Strasse mit einem nicht vorbereiteten Schlafsofa. Aus der Dusche tröpfelt das Wasser wie aus einem Gartenschlauch. Schon allein der Zugang zur Wohnung ist in einem äußerst schlechtem Zustand und im Vorzimmer zerreißt man sich die Kleidung an hervorstehenden Schrauben.

Es denunciable el estado - Lo único bueno del apartamento era un pequeño habitáculo, con ventanas orientadas a la calle y a una minúscula parte del campo de golf. Las fotos no se corresponden al estado actual del “complejo” El estado en el que estaba el apartamento era lamentable. Empezando por el acceso a este, que se “encontraba” en obras. Con varias zonas cubiertas de cemento bravo, y unos hierros para reforzar dichas zonas, en los que cualquiera podría tropezarse y hacerse una buena herida. (Ya no digamos niños) Por otra parte, los muebles del apartamento presentaban diversos desperfectos. Desde puertas de armarios que no se cerraban, a la campana de extracción de la cocina( que tampoco funcionaba) Como era de esperar visto lo visto hasta ahora, no nos sorprendió demasiado saber el estado en el que se encontraba el sofá que había debajo de una mantita. Uno de los sofás se encontraba hecho trizas, y el otro estaba lleno de marcas( a saber de que) Por último, éramos 4 personas. (2 adultos y dos niñas de 7 años) y solo teníamos mantas, sábanas y almohadas para 2 personas. Encontramos 2 almohadas más dentro de los armarios del apartamento, pero si el sofá tenía unas manchas muy sospechosas, no digamos las almohadas. Es denunciable el estado de esta vivienda turística.
• Séfora (1/5): Muy decepcionante - En ningún momento me mandaron instrucciones de Check in. Mi madre fue unas horas antes y no la querían atender, pese a que yo había indicado su nombre y DNI por un check in online. El primer día y según entré, me puse en contacto para indicarle a la empresa que lo gestiona que no habían mantas ni toallas además de la cisterna rota. Lo ofertan como un apartamento de 2 habitaciones (a menos que ya lo hayan cambiado) y les dije que, si ofertan y he pagado dos habitaciones, no entendía porqué llaman habitación a un balcón cerrado (tiene fotos engañosas). Hay otro sillón cama en el salón, es decir, no hay una segunda habitación . Su respuesta fue muy maleducada y con malas formas diciéndome que me fuera y que me aconsejaban mirar bien las fotografías para la próximas veces en más apartamentos y , ademas, que me retiraban el late check out porque "no era de mi agrado disfrutar las horas extras concedidas" (A las horas, en otro mensaje posterior, lo modificaron y añadieron que seguía en vigor el late check out.) Al día siguiente y, volví a contactar con la empresa e indiqué yo contaba con que hubiera secador (tal y como indicaba en los servicios que iban a haber en el apartamento) y tampoco había secador. La empresa me dijo que el inquilino anterior era "amigo de lo ajeno"... INCREÍBLE FALTA DE RESPETO Y DESFACHATEZ POR NO REVISAR UN APARTAMENTO BIEN ADEMÁS DE INSULTAR A UNA PERSONA. También me indicaron que me retiraban un 50% de descuento en próximas estancias (que nunca recibí porque nunca recibí emails de esta empresa). Los apartamentos se encuentran de obras (me temo que están paradas y sin finalizar). Piscinas sucias y llenas de hojas El chico que nos atendió y vino al apartamento con toallas fue muy amable y nos trató muy bien. El apartamento en sí necesita una renovación y pintura, está viejo.

• Rafael (1/5): Apartamento no Apto para alquiler - Nada La estancia en el alojamiento ha resultado muy poco satisfactoria, el complejo está en un evidente estado de abandono, con baldosas sueltas jardineras en estado se construcción a distinto nivel, siendo peligroso incluso. La piscina esta sucia con evidentes signos de que no se realiza mantenimiento ni que el agua reciba el tratamiento que debe. En cuanto al apartamento, la fachada exterior esta bastante deteriorada debido a una gran humedad que se extiende en el interior en la pared derecha del pasillo. No pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente, no había jabón ni siquiera en el lavado para las manos. En fin, creo que el apartamento no esta habilitado para que sea alquilado, y me gustaría que se me indique los pasos a seguir para solicitar un reembolso del importe pagado. saludos.

Je n'envisagerais pas un séjour plus long. - Nous avons réservé ce logement pour notre dernière nuit sur Tenerife et avons uniquement apprécié la proximité de l'aéroport et la piscine. A notre arrivée dans le logement, une poubelle traînait devant notre porte. Nous étions une famille de 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Les enfants ont dormi dans la chambre, nous avons dormi sur le clic clac dans le salon -> absence de draps pour dormir sur le canapé. Très peu d'ustensile de cuisine (quasiment rien en fait) et propreté des couteaux de cuisine à revoir... Quartier pas calme du tout la nuit (aboiement de chiens, camions poubelles ++....)

• Sarah (7/5): Quite golf del sur spot. - Quite area Close to shops/restaurant, Europa3 is good ,didnt rste the indian beside it. Ate in san blas and near the marina too. Queen mary restaurant and lava beach all good. Free Parking available along the street Good food storage as has large fridge and separate freezer. Best sofa bed kids have slept on in a long time No aircon or no fan. Would be very very hot in summer. Washing machine was hard to work. Drying wasnt great, towels etc as the balcony area is closed in to make the second room. Couch/sofa bed in balcony is old. Didnt use it though. Looked directly into the hotel across the road.
• Dave (9/5): An over night delight ! - The property was in a great location , and 5 minute walk from bus stop ! Bed was comfy and the apt was clean and tidy ! Bathroom was clean and had a bath with shower and sink and bidet! Kitchen came with cooker microwave washing machine toaster cups and plates everything you need !! Nothing !

Pool area is nice Check in was awful We communicated months back about our arrival time & was told to call or message when we was in a taxi! Our calls & messages were ignored for 90 minutes! When we finally got through the cleaner was still in the room The bedding smells of bad feet! We barely had any hot water & the apartment is advertised as a two bedroom but it is not! Its only equipped for 2 people especially if you wish to shower The bed is of poor quality & uncomfortable The lounge & bathroom are well equipped however
