• Michala (10/5): Dobry poměr ceny a kvality, čistý apartmán cca 10 min cesty na pláž. - Vse v naprostém pořádku, Flor nám umožnila uložit věci ještě před check-in. Parkování lze v přilehlé ulici do 600 m zdarma, jinak jsou zde placena parkoviště. V apartmánu kava, čaj, v koupelně šampon, mýdlo.. dostačuji. Nemam co vytknout.

Apartamenty, z. których korzystaliśmy sa bardzo przestronne i mają wygodne łóżka. Na plus jest również gospodarz, który pozwoli zostawić walizki, jeśli apartament nie będzie jeszcze gotowy. Apartament wymga odświeżenia i sprzątanie mogłoby być dokładniejsze, zatkana kratka pod prysznicem. Jest ekspres do kawy ale niestety nie ma czajnika.

Como comentario constructivo reparar las pequeñas humedades de la ducha que desmere la amplitud y originalidad de la misma.
• Jose luis (1/5): - Elegimos este alojamiento confiando en su excelente puntuación de 9, pero lamentablemente la realidad no se corresponde en absoluto con esa nota. Aunque el piso a simple vista es bonito y coincide con las fotos del anuncio, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala debido a una falta de higiene inaceptable. No se trata de un simple descuido, sino de que la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. En concreto, nos encontramos con lo siguiente: • Una limpieza general muy superficial en todo el piso. • Paredes con chorreones visibles de suciedad. • Electrodomésticos bastante sucios y sin mantenimiento. • Sillas con manchas y que resultaban pegajosas al tacto. • Y lo peor de todo: muchísima suciedad y polvo acumulado tanto en el interior del sofá cama como por la parte de atrás, lo que demuestra una dejadez total desde hace tiempo. Para que puedan comprobar que mi queja es totalmente objetiva y ajustada a la realidad, adjunto varias fotografías donde se aprecia claramente todo lo que comento. Es muy frustrante pagar por un alojamiento con tan buenas valoraciones y encontrarse este panorama al llegar. Por todo ello, les ruego que revisen mi caso, intercedan con el propietario y me ofrezcan una compensación económica justa por las molestias y el deficiente estado del apartamento. Quedo a la espera de una solución.

Repetiremos seguro Por poner algo para viajeros la calle es peatonal (que es un gusto todo con bares y supermercados) y para dejar las cosas no puedes aparcar enfrente. Todo lo demás es perfecto

• Vassil (9/5): A beautiful and comfortable designer flat for a longer stay - The location in the very centre of Torremolinos was perfect for us. This is what we needed - close to shops and places to eat. It is some 15 minutes walk to the beach, but this was not a problem for us because it was out of season. The accomodation was a designer apartment in red, white and black colours and we liked it but this depends on your taste. Tjere ws a big screen TV in every room. The kitchen was fully equiped with appliances and had everything you need for a longer stay. We likеd especially the three balconies with chairs and view over the city. The walls in the bathrooms were were just painted with the colours of the design. I think t woild be more practical to have ceramic tiles on the walls and the floor which is easier to maintain. The door to one of the bedrooms creaked quite a bit when opening and closing, but we found a way to eliminate that annoying noise by lubricating the hinges with a little soap. It would be nice also to find in the wardrobe additional winter covers for the bedrooms. During our stay the weather was cool and we had to switch on the air conditioner for the night. We also lacked one or two chairs in the bedroom.

• David (10/5): Fabulous apartment next door to a car park. - The location of this property is fantastic. Sandwiched between the public car park called San Enrique and the Druni store. As soon as you step out of the door you are in the heart of the old town with all it's bars, restaurants and shops. So much to discover. The apartment is a breath of fresh air with it's lovely quirky colours and contemporary furniture. The automatic lights are a great feature and everything you need is in the apartment. For me the only thing it lacks is a full length mirror. We would certainly stay here again. The parking charges of 23€ a day.

Un apartamento con muchos detalles y muy bonito y moderno.Por nuestra parte nos encantaría repetir. Lo recomiendo 100% Las dos terrazas estaban muy chuli y la cocina no le faltaba detalle las dos televisiónes eran un puntazo. La salle de bain est bien, la cabine de douche est grande et avec plein de jet d eau. Machine a pop corn, est un plus les enfants ont aimé. L isolation sonore. On entend assez bien ce qui ce passe dans la rue piétonne centrale, il faudrait un double vitrage pour une meilleure isolation, après c est passable malgré tout. Lit principal petit. (sûrement un 140X190) etant grand pas évident avec madame. Mais on s en ai sorti. Pas de café a disposition a notre passage. Bon il y a plein de café a deux pas du logement.

Lift from ground floor meant no carrying suitcases up stairs. Close to public transport, shopping and many, many eateries Basics like a kettle, toaster and vegetable peeler would have been appreciated...... Location on one of main avenues meant some noise late at night and early mornings....

• victoria (2/5): - La mampara de la ducha rota, no cerraba bien. Y si llegas despues de las 21 h te cobran 10 euros por hora que te pases para hacer cheking. En la pagina para reservar apartamento no se ve claro, te sale luego cuando has pagado la reserva . No hay zona para aparcar y el parking nos costo 22 euros las 9 horas q estuvo dentro. Nuestro vuelo llego tarde y nos cobraron 25 euros mas por pasarnos de la hora de entear al apartamento.
• Helina (9/5): - Communication with the host was very quick, friendly, and always helpful. The apartment matched the photos; there are a few normal signs of wear here and there. The kitchen was well equipped (there were dishwashing and laundry detergents plus cleaning supplies), and there was a TV in every room. The apartment is spacious, and the windows/balconies face the promenade, so we enjoyed lovely morning light and with four balconies you can catch the sun almost until evening. The location is excellent: just a few minutes from the railway station, with shops and eateries right on the promenade, and a taxi stand not far away. A couple of small notes: since there were three of us sleeping separately, one extra sheet/linen set would have been handy (we managed fine). Also, a slightly larger frying pan would be useful. Because the windows face the promenade, noise from events and early-morning street cleaning can bother light sleepers. Overall, a very pleasant stay we’d happily come back. :) -
• TomaszT (9/5): - Super lokalizacja w samym centrum, bardzo blisko dworca - dojazd do Malagi i lotniska jest bezproblemowy. Ciągły kontakt przez przyjazdem z Rosą i Flor. Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre - pralka, telewizja internetowa, maszynka do popcornu, kawa. Balkon w ładnym widokiem na deptak wyposażony w stół i krzesełka.

• Jakub (6/5): Nie wróce ponownie - Jedyny plus to lokalizacja obiektu - Pościele i poduszki nie były czyste, w poduszkach włosy po poprzednich gościach - Brak wskazówek gdzie można zostawić samochód - Dojście do hotelu bardzo trudne, brak jakichkolwiek wskazówek i banerów z informacją jak można trafić - Jedno z dwóch łóżek było uszkodzone i składało się podczas siadania na nim

• Catalin Dumitru (8/5): - Apartamentul este foarte bine pozitionat, in centru, se ajunge in cateva minute la gara Cercanias, deci are acces usor la Aeroport. Este frumos mobilat, bine utilat cu electrocasnice. Pentru noi a fost important ca are masina de spalat rufe si masina de spalat vase. Are sistem de incalzire, deci este cald inauntru chiar daca este luna de iarna. Curatenia ar trebui imbunatatita, am gasit in cuptorul cu microunde o farfurie cu resturi de mancare si niste tacamuri murdare, lasate acolo de alti oaspeti anteriori. Este vina oaspetilor anteriori ca au lasat acolo farfuria cu resturi alimentare, dar persoana de la curatenie ar fi trebuit sa verifice.
• Elena (7/5): - Сняли на сутки эти апартаменты. К сожалению, в апартаментах плесень в ванной. Покрывала не первой свежести на кроватях. В целом если без детей, то нормально. Но нам с детьми было не очень удобно. Месторасположение апартаментов удобное, но паркинг только платный поблизости, причем за сутки паркинга мы заплатили 23 евро
• Kevmar (9/5): - Perfect location for our stay. Well equipped apartment minutes from the train station. Easy access and exit staff are a pleasure to deal with. The patio door could have been double or triple glazed to eliminate noise from early morning street cleaning and late night revellers.
• Francisco Miguel (10/5): Fantástico y bonito alojamiento - Apartamento fantástico con 4 terrazas. Ideal para ir con amigos. Además es super céntrico y hay todo tipo de bares y restaurantes, así como supermercados justo al lado. La decoración del apartamento es genial y Flor, la chica que nos dio las llaves fue super simpática.
