• Julieta (9/5): Fin de semana en familia - Buena ubicación cerca del tranvía que conecta con el centro. Habitaciones grandes con mucha luz y bien equipado. Muy buena comunicación con la persona que lo gestiona.

• Imran (9/5): A spacious apartment with all amenities nearby - Its a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Our family of 4 adults and a 3 year old were able to comfortably stay without feeling claustrophobic. The location is very well connected to rest of Florence with a regional rail station nearby, multiple restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Chiara is a great host, she keeps in touch with you throughout your journey in Florence and is willing to answer any questions you may have during your stay. While the host sent a detailed guide on how to reach the apartment, it was still a hassle locating it with luggage, a kid and a senior citizen. I hope a precise google maps location will greatly help future travelers.

• Cristian (5/5): - The apartment is big enough to accommodate 4 adults and a child. The apartment doesn't come with the usual confectionaries like coffee, tea and a lot more. There is no paper towels in the kitchen so you should bring one yourself. It has barely anything in there. Also, there is no information about anything inside the house like wifi, a map, etc. We had to figure everything out ourselves. Lastly, we weren't informed that the parking is really hard to find. Took us an hour to find a parking, had to even leave the car inside the mall for a while just to secure a parking in the middle of the night, which we were lucky enough to find one. There were also pay parking (but obviously full) but you will have to pay a leg to get one.

• Abid (10/5): - Prima di raccontare la nostra esperienza nell'appartamento di Anna, ci tengo a precisare che noi non abbiamo mai alloggiato in un appartamento. Detto questo, quindi, le nostre aspettative erano veramente alte. Il giorno prima del nostro check-in, il gestore dell’appartamento, una persona gentilissima e servizievole, ci ha inviato via whatsapp tutte le indicazioni per effettuare il check-in in maniera autonoma. Una volta entrati nell’appartamento dopo aver effettuato il check-in, che è stato una passeggiata grazie alle indicazioni chiare e precise date dal gestore, siamo stati meravigliati dalle decorazioni e dal livello di pulizia dell’appartamento. L’appartamento è previsto di ogni comodità necessaria per soggiornare in comodità a Firenze tra cui l’aria condizionata in ogni stanza dell’appartamento, macchina per stirare, due aspirapolvere,attrezzatura per cucinare e pulire,ecc…. L’appartamento si trova nei pressi di Firenze, in un'area pulita che offre ristoranti, negozi, supermercati e tanti servizi. Inoltre, è situato vicino alle fermate dei bus e tram che facilitano lo spostamento nella città. La nostra esperienza in questo appartamento è stato eccellente e lo consiglio a chiunque poiché soggiornare qua è come sentirsi a casa.

Me encantó el alojamiento: las instalaciones son muy bonitas, todo estaba limpio y en perfecto estado, y las camas fueron realmente cómodas, ideales para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda fue una estancia muy agradable. ¡Espero volver pronto y, por supuesto, los recomendaré con mucho gusto!
• Markus (10/5): Wonderful stay – felt just like home! - We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Florence. Everything was perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent (near to the tram and bus stop), close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. For the price, it’s an absolute gem. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence! Everything was perfect — we couldn't think of anything to improve, except maybe the extremely hot weather in June! 😊
