• SHANG TING (9/5): Overall, I had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was excellent as well — close - clean, cozy, and comfortable. I stayed for one night in early May. The apartment was a bit cold, and I wasn’t able to get the heater working, but overall it didn’t affect my stay much.

• IOANNA DIMITRA (10/5): - Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής σε ένα πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από την οικοδέσποινα. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι αρνητικό κατά τη διαμονή μου, όλα ήταν άψογα !!

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση ωστόσο, το βασικό πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν πως στο ντουζ του μπάνιου δεν υπάρχει σωστή ρύση του νερού με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να βγαίνουν εκτός του χώρου του ντουζ και να πλημμυρίζει το μπάνιο. Ίσως χρειάζεται να μπει κάποιο προστατευτικό ανάμεσα στα τζάμια κουρτίνα που θα δώσει μια λύση στο συγκεκριμένο ζήτημα χωρίς μεγάλο κόστος.

• natasa (10/5): - Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Σε ωραία τοποθεσία και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το σπίτι ανταποκρίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.

Ειναι μειονέκτημα στο ντουζ που τα νερά φευγουν παντου, αλλά δυστυχώς το μεγαλύτερο μειονέκτημα ηταν η κακή επικοινωνία οπως ειπε και ο ιδιοκτήτης σε ενα παράπονο που κάναμε. Καλο ειναι να δώσετε βαση στην ωρα του check out διότι ειναι διαφορετικη απο ολα τα καταλύματα!
• Michael (9/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es befindet sich in der Nähe des Kolonaki-Viertels und liegt im Ilissos-Viertel. Bus und Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastronomie ist reichlich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft vorhanden. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes Apartment für zwei bis maximal drei Personen. Schlüsselübergabe und Inbetriebnahme des Apartment sehr gut beschrieben und einfach. Wir haben trotz Zuheizung über die Klimaanlage gefroren., weil die Heizung nur von 18.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr aufgeschaltet war. Aber vielleicht sollte man nicht im Dezember nach Athen reisen.

• Giorgos (9/5): - Μικρό αλλά θαυματουργό. Είναι πραγματικά ότι χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης ή ένα ζευγάρι στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Πολύ βολικό το σημείο. Καθαρό το διαμέρισμα διακοσμημένο όμορφα με όλα όσα πρέπει να έχει. Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδεσπότη άψογη. Έτυχε και λόγω εορτών βρέθηκε εύκολο πάρκινγκ ακριβώς έξω από το κατάλυμα. Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος.
• Anna (10/5): Very nice place to stay - I recommend the flat, it is very comfortable in a very nice location. In the flat you will find everything what is needed for short or longer stary. Very good contact with the Host. 🙂 Shower is a bit problematic - the drain of the water from the shower is very slow. So shower must be really quick or taken with breaks. But it is not a huge problem.

• Σεραφείμ (9/5): - Με ελάχιστο κόστος θα μπορούσε να μπει κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο και ένα μικρό στοπ στο δάπεδο ώστε να μην τρέχει το νερό σε όλο το χώρο του μπάνιου. Έτσι θα βγει η σφουγγαρίστρα από εκεί και μαζί με τη σκούπα θα μπει σε κάποια άλλη θέση. Για τα σκουπίδια που κάποιος αναφέρει ως αρνητικό, πιστεύω, στα σπίτια μας εμείς αδειάζουμε τα σκουπίδια στους κάδους.

• Μάρθα (9/5): - Εξαιρετικό σπιτάκι, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Καθαρό, συμμαζεμένο, σε τέλεια περιοχή, μόλις 7’ από το μετρό του Ευαγγελισμού. Ίσως ήθελα μια αλλαγή στα μαξιλάρια, δεν ήταν σκληρά, κάθε άλλο! Απλώς λίγο ψηλά για το γούστο μου! Κατά τα άλλα όλα υπέροχα. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω για τη διανομή μου στο μέλλον

• Michele (8/5): Perfect for a few days - Great location and responsive host! We were looking for an easy place for a night and the apartment matched our expectations perfectly! The kitchen is well organized and a small bottle of local wine was waiting for us on a tray as welcome: awesome! The apartment is on the ground floor, and we felt it was less safe to leave the window facing the street open or hang laundry out to dry. Notice this is just our impression! One note: to reach the apartment entrance, you have to climb a few stairs, so be careful if anyone in your group is in a wheelchair.

• Alexander (8/5): Good place with small downsides - Cosy little apartment, ideal for a short stay in Athens. Quite a good location, 5-10mins from the next metro station. Clean and good check-in instructions, although I don‘t understand why theres no collection of it, instead the host has to text you ten times. The shower is pretty bad as it floods the whole bathroom because theres no door?! Also you have to hold the shower head yourself, there is no handle. The water pressure is almost non existent. Breakfast is very basic, bread, cheese, juice and honey. Bed is quite small, especially length wise.

• Parvathi Maya Thampi (10/5): Lovely property in the heart of Athens! - Conveniently located close to Evangelismos metro station. It has a direct line to the airport. It is in the center of the city so most of the main attractions are very near. Very tidy and has all amenities mentioned. The host is also very responsive. There is a wonderful cafe for breakfast just next door. Internet and TV works well. Breakfast was very basic (just bread, cheese and jam with juice). It is not bad, can be improved.

• Andrej (9/5): Superb - Very clean, spacious but also cozy, nice furnished apartment in a great location near the subway station. The beds were comfortable. Instructions provided by the host about how to collect keys were clear and accurate. In the kitchen, there was everything needed, including coffee machine and toaster. There was a welcome drink (small bottle with traditional liqueur) and biscuits on the table when we arrived. Breakfast was quite simple (bread, cheese, butter, jam, orange juice, and water). I didn't like the bathroom so much, there was a walk-in shower, and when we showered floor was wet in almost whole bathroom. Also, you can't throw toilet paper into the toilet, but I suppose it is like that in most houses in Greece.

• Lazaros (10/5): Nice and cozy flat - The flat was perfectly located near the metro station in central Athens and close to all amenities. The flat itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had all you needed. Great value for money and hopefully the price will be kept as is.

• Thomas (8/5): A nice home away from home in an amazing city! - Super-clean! Everything looked new, no signs of wear or deterioration on anything in the suite. Quiet neighbourhood. Fantastic location in Athens - close to both a stop for a direct bus to the Athens airport as well as a to subway station for a direct train to the same airport. Not far from the main square and some great areas for exploring and dining. Good self catering facilities. Overall, it felt like a home away from home! Service aspect could use a little improvement. Information on how to enter the property and use the facilities (like getting the electricity working) could have been more detailed and timely. A welcome page explaining everything would have been helpful.
• Peggy (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient! - Super clean, comfortable and convenient spot outside the main hustle and bustle of Athens but with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. About a 10 minute walk to the metro with easy access to the airport and port. Would recommend! N/A but be aware that you need to turn on the hot water on the switch board or you’ll be having a cold shower ☺️

(At the war musuem close by, the coffee is perfect, we went there so often, the baristas knew our orders already) The area is also in the fancier side of the city with a nice japanese garden and lots of restaurants to eat at. Maria is super friendly and accommodating! she prepped the apartment perfectly and even let us come earlier 😍 the apartment is super cute, perfect for two! - it has a kitchen which we used frequently - the bathroom is very clean and modern with towels and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! - the bedroom had plenty of space for our things, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in! bonus: apartment is on the ground floor and has an ac!

I loved that it was a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine The aircon was a lifesaver in the heat. I loved the floors and appreciated the overall love and care that obviously went into the place. The soaps and shampoos were of good quality which is rarely the case at self catering accommodations.
