• Basheeruddin (3/5): Very disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, missing basic amenities, unsafe support instructions, and lack of respo - Only location We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. Upon arrival, several basic amenities were missing, including toilet rolls, and the iron was not working. Additionally, there was no internet access. I reported the issues with the internet and iron using the contact number provided. I was instructed to go to the main electrical panel and switch on a tripped circuit myself. As it was late in the evening and felt unsafe, as handling the main electrical panel poses a potential safety risk. However, I had little choice but to attempt it in order to access essential facilities. It was evident that the property had not been properly inspected prior to our arrival. We ended up wasting valuable time addressing these issues instead of enjoying our planned stay. When we tried to follow up regarding missing items like toilet rolls, our calls were not answered. Overall, this experience was very disappointing for my family during our two-day stay. I strongly recommend improving property inspections, responsiveness, and overall service quality to prevent similar issues for future guests.

It’s comfortable with all you need; great yard; quiet neighborhood; great fences; close to wonderful restaurants and shopping centre. Thank you to the thoughtful hosts.

• EMMA (6/5): enjoyed our stay even with few hick ups but we werent at property much as out at our event most of t - Very comfortable and neat and tidy. Large back yard very secure with lovely front gate to close. Driveway hard to reverse down as very sloped. The stones around all the stepping pavers very dangerous as pavers raised and easily tripped on hazardous. Asked for early checkin through booking.com and no reply from host until hours later at check in time anyway.

• Stephen HL Ho (6/5): The photo in website looks much better than the real experience - Location is good. Close to Sunny Bank Plaza with lot of food choices. Hygiene definitely need improvement. I kill almost 10+ flies (3 big and lot of smaller one) on the first date of arrival. Washroom is a bit stinky. Visible dead insect bodies nearby windows and certain corners.

• Dean (1/5): Health risk!!! Do not stay - Nothing This property is a major health risk, do not stay there. Significant black mould in the bathroom (around the base of the toilet). Mats throughout the house are dirty and the foot rest looks like it was picked up from the street. We left after one night even though we booked for 2 nights. No compensation whatsoever from the property owners

• Lydia (10/5): Beautiful house near Sunnybank - The place was in a fantastic location close to shops, restaurants and cafes. The house itself was nicely decorated and kids loved their room with two single beds and colourful blankets. Lots of books around for easy entertainment. There is no dryer and the clotheshorse is unstable. Coupled with wind, our clothes didn't stand a chance and all flew onto the grass 😅

We were left a bottle of wine, some coffee and some cooking essentials which I thought was great. It’s very close to cafes and restaurants that will do quick delivery to the house. Very quiet neighborhood. There was some issues with the shower but have discussed with owner.

• Rob (9/5): We had a relaxing and enjoyable time. - The house was immaculate and thoughtfully and stylishly furnished. It was located near a park and had a nice backyard with banana trees! I found automated pumps all over the house distributing 'air freshener'. This is unnecessary and bad for one's health.
• Kirrily (9/5): - This house was so comfortable just like home. Very well stocked with extra towels and blankets and pillows. The extra toilet is so handy too. Only found the mould in the bathroom a little gross and the shower needs cleaning better. But certainly not complaing.

Take time to take shower if you have more peoples to stay. Kitchen accessories short of rice rice cooker and air fryer.

• Love (4/5): A bit disappointing overall. Has the potential to be an amazing little holiday home. - The location and size of the home. The extra separate toilet was good and the security of the property. We had a large van and we could park it in the carport easily. Good sized fridge. The main bed felt like a hard concrete floor to sleep on. My partner and I ended up sleeping on the lounges on our second night as we allowed our pre-teens to have the more comfortable queen bed. We didn’t use the kids room as no appeal to and also only one of the beds felt soft. It could have been cleaner overall. We found black hair in the kitchen scrubber. Unable to easily use the TV due to language settings and unable to access Netflix guest account.
