• Mark (8/5): - It was just a bed in a smallish room but it was comfy and clean and in a fine location. There's a kitchen but didn't use; bathroom was clean and separate from room and shared with another room. I enjoyed my stay.
• Katinka (9/5): Great price value ratio - Great budget friendly solution for Permet. The room is clean and also the common bathroom was cleaned frequently. A bit noisy by the neighbours, kids are playing in the morning around the house, but this is like just everyday life noises.

• nish23481 (10/5): Excellent host and excellent property - Very clean and tidy room. The room includes a TV, sofa chair, and air conditioning. The shared kitchen, toilet, and bathroom facilities are well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and a refrigerator. A washing machine is also available as a common facility. The location is perfect, right in the city centre. The host can also arrange transport if you would like to visit the thermal pool or join an excursion. The host is very kind and the son can communicate in English. There isn't anything.

• Anaïs (8/5): Agréable séjour ! - L’hote est super gentille et aux petits soins. Son petit déjeuner est excellent (le pain est fait maison). Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables. Il y a la possibilité de rentrer la voiture dans la cour. Le logement est assez éloigné du centre. La salle de bain est dans un état moyen. Il manque une petite lampe de chevet sur la table de nuit.
• CHAIZE DANGUIN (8/5): Hébergement correct - Propreté et tranquillité du lieu, lit confortable , petite cuisine basique mais pratique, salle de bain à partager ok La chambre proposée ne dispose d'aucune fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, il faut juste le savoir. Pour améliorer la prestation je suggère - un rideau de douche dans la salle bain - une lampe de chevet dans la chambre, c'est plus confortable pour lire que la lampe au plafond
• Erwin (7/5): - Zentrale Lage Die Eingangstüre mit einem Glaseinsatz ist die einzige natürliche Lichtquelle. Zudem gibt es keine Möglichkeit, natürlich zu belüften. Es sei denn, man lässt die Eingangstüre offen, und das dürfte aus naheliegenden Gründen nicht ratsam sein.
• Gretel (9/5): Nice location and comfortable! - Comfortable bed, clean, and a nice shared kitchen. Great location and very nice people! Shower was very low and could use a shower curtain to prevent water from getting all over the floor. Kitchen could use a few more supplies but I had everything I needed.

• sarah (5/5): Une chambre sans fenêtre … - Le confort du lit, la propreté de la chambre et la proximité du centre ville Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, pas de climatisation. Nous avions chaud et le sentiment d’étouffer malgré le ventilateur. Le rdc de la maison est consacré à la location avec 3 chambres. Cela fait pas mal d’allers et venues, pour peu que vos voisins n’aies pas les mêmes horaires de lever ou de coucher que vous..

• Diane (10/5): An Authentic Experience in Përmet - We liked being in a small town. And we really appreciated how our hosts accommodated our early arrival. We expected a 6AM bus from Korçë to Përmet but that was not longer on the schedule so we took a taxi. An extravagance for us but we wanted some time to explore Përmet . Thanks to our hosts we were able to do that. The washing machine was a huge plus. And the pomegranate tree growing nearby was beautiful. Thank you so much Giulietta for your kindness. A bit hard to find but thanks to our taxi driver, were dropped off at the correct location. Not easy to get our luggage to the location.

• Silvana (7/5): Good value for money - Helpful owner, great location, good price. Separate kitchen, with water kettle to make coffee, and cooking utensils. Small bathroom, not enough places to hang clothes in bathroom or in the bedroom.

• Laura (8/5): - Le propriétaire était très gentil et nous a attendu dans la rue pour faciliter notre arrivée. Le logement est idéalement situé dans l'hypercentre avec une place de parking. Certaines chambres de la guest house possèdent une salle de bain privative et d'autres non ce qui n'était pas suffisamment clairement indiqué. Il en est de même pour la climatisation qui nous a grandement fait défaut par une nuit très chaude de juillet.

• Norman (7/5): A great value in a very cool town - The location is great, just a few minutes to everything downtown. It's a quiet location, there's a shared kitchen and bathroom, but there was no one else there. I was expecting A/C but they only offered it in their OTHER room. They need to make that more clear. The room has NO hooks and I had to borrow a coatrack. They need some hooks on the wall as well as some hangars for items. The shower head also needs to be fixed so it does not fall down.

• Gemmapascual (6/5): An acceptable place to stay for a night - The room was located very close to the centre of Permet in a quiet cul-de-sac. Acceptable for one or two nights. In Booking the property states it has a kitchen to cook but this is not correct. We had our own food to cook but there's no kitchen facilities. The room has no window and the owner spoke no English, so we had trouble when asking him about the kitchen.

Host was very friendly and hospitable - not a lot of english spoken but figured things out. Shower situation not the best - could use some curtains or something to stop water going everywhere. Otherwise everything else great

• Victoria (10/5): Central and comfy apartment. Fabulous family! - What a lovely surprise! We had plenty of communication with the owners (in this case their son, who speaks great English) so even though we were arriving late, they were waiting for us. The appartment is spacious and well equipped. We could use the kitchen, even cooked a bit (they even had a bit of basics, like oil, salt...) and we could even do a wash in the machine (also soap provided and a rack to dry). The room was spacious and there was AC, so perfect for a summer night. The following day we had a minor car accident (flat tire) and had to wait for a while to get it fixed, so we were very late for check out, but they were super flexible and understanding, so we had no issues whatsoever. Wonderful family and the flat is right in the center, so 2 minutes away from everything It was a lovely family and the apartment is fabulous and very central. Nothing negative at all!
• B.f (9/5): Superb - Its a very good located guesthouse. With plenty of room. All is basic but very clean. If you do not mind there is no television and you just want to have a good spot to sleep and eat it is great. Also owner is friendly but does not speak English. His son does so when any problems you can contact him There could be some improvements. For example curtains are a bit light so if you want completely dark room then it might be a problem for you. It would have been nice to have a few chairs and table on balcony. Shower is ok but you have to stand or sit in the bathtube. Might be problem for some.
• Elisenda (6/5): Good but needs improvement - The brothers running the place were super friendly and asked all the time if we needed anything, they even asked for suggestions because they are starting to run the guest house. The location was centric, less than 5 min walking to the main square and with parking nearby. You can tell that they just started running the place because of the lack of kitchen equipment (not even a pan or a pot), no place to hang the clothes if you wash them. The air conditioning is not really an air conditioning, it's more like a fan you put some ice in it. The room smelled funny (but we didn't find the source, either the bed, coach, curtains...). The room doors had a translucid window, so if someone was in the living room the light could keep you awake.
