• Offer (3/5): miserable avoid - The room was pretty neglected. The road is a construction site. I had decided to leave and they refused to return the money for days after.

• Getnet Mengesha (9/5): A mixed feeling - Very modern and spacious. Receptionists were helpful. Has all the amenities you need in a great location. While the location is excellent, it is currently marred by road construction that made the area too dusty for walking and, according to the receptionist, caused the poor Wi-Fi. More concerning were the privacy and safety issues: there are no 'Do Not Disturb' sign to hang on your doors, and housekeeping enter the room while we were out. Additionally, while the gym and game room have great amenities like table tennis and foosball, the equipment is poorly maintained, dirty, or broken. This is a beautiful establishment, but management needs to step up by hiring professional cleaners and prioritizing maintenance to truly meet its potential.

• BASSAM (8/5): اول ايام باديس ابابا - المتاجر والمطاعم جميعها قريبة من الفندق بدون الحاجة لركوب تاكسي بالاضافة الى تعامل موظفي الاستقبال والنظافة كانوا رائعين جدا يوجد اصلاحات طرق بالفترة التي سكنت فيها والاصلاحات لمدة 24 ساعة مما سبب لي مشاكل بالنوم بالاضافة كان من الواجب تخفيض السعر او ابلاغ العميل

• Váradi (8/5): - A személyzet kedves és előzékeny volt. A szoba nagy méretű és kényelmes. A környék elvileg biztonságos, de éjszaka nem feltétlenül mennék sétálni. Sajnos felújítások voltak a hotel előtti utcán , így több alkalommal elment a víz és az áram. Ébresztőt rendeltem, nem történt meg. Transzfert rendeltem, de külön kellett szólnom, mind az érkezéskor, mind az indulásnál, mert nem voltak ott időben.

• Mosh (1/5): Bad - I booked a 180-meter room as it says, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was really small, when I paid too high a price, there were no towels, no soap, no shampoo in the room, the room is not cleaned every day, and bed linen and towels are not changed. I had to go down to the reception to ask. There is no phone to call the reception in the room. There was not even a kettle. At first we asked to pay with a visa, then they told me it didn't go through, then I gave it to them... After 3 days I see that it went through and they also accepted cash in dollars.

• Leah (10/5): Fantastic hotel! Very comfortable room and super friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. - I had a fantastic 4 day stay at the Addis Ville hotel. It's in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and not too far from the airport. The apartments are big and super comfortable rooms. Very large. 24/7 hot water, which is not common in Addis. Great to have a washing machine. All the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! They were very accommodating regarding late check-out. I look forward to staying again next time I visit Addis. Other hotels in Ethiopia should learn from Addis Ville. Nothing. But bear in mind these are self service apartments. You need to bring/buy everything you need and replenish as necessary (a bar of soap and roll of toilet paper is provided upon arrival).
• Zephyr (10/5): Addis Ville is a wonderful place and I will return here on my next visit. - Addis Ville is an apartment hotel. It has the best of both worlds: hotel and apartment. I stayed in a fully equiped apartment that also had a 24 front desk staff, maid service, lounge, work out room, concierge security guards, and a complementary coffee ceremony on Saturdays. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer. The hotel lobby, apartment, and everything is all clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I added a photo of the preparations for the coffee ceremony on Saturday morning. There really were no problems.— Addis Ville was a perfect place to stay.
• Rahel (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Addis Ville Apartment was absolutely superb. The staff were so friendly and even surprised my mom with a cake for her birthday. Every Saturday, there is fun event in the entrance/common area where you get to experience a coffee ceremony and drink delicious coffee with the other guests. The suite itself is very spacious, modern, and clean and it's been so nice to have a kitchen to cook and a washing machine to wash our clothes whenever we want to. The hotel is situated right on Bole and close to a number of nice restaurants and small shops where you can buy produce. All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Addis Ville and will definitely be returning next time we are in Ethiopia visiting family.

• Kohen (10/5): I like this hotel apartment. - The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were exceptionally gentle, polite, and friendly, making every effort to accommodate our requests. One highlight was the coffee ceremony held every Saturday at the hotel, which was truly impressive. Since the hotel is located near the roadside and there are many residents who live with dogs, the noise from the road and dog barking is quite loud at night.
