Daniela (5/5): - La vicinanza alla stazione Termini e alla Metro Appartamento da sistemare doccia che spruzza dappertutto,finestra con maniglia rotta,TV cn solo canali digitali e spazio intorno al letto matrimoniale piccolo.bisogna rivedere gli spazi un po' per stare più comodi nonostante appartamento sia piccolo.Poi è in cantina piano sotto tipo taverna e la proprietaria nn si è fatta neanche vedere .

Samantha (7/5): Good - It was easy to get to, the owner was helpful and kind, and it was cool in the sweltering summer heat. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the floors were dirty enough that we had to wear shoes to keep our feet clean

Johana (10/5): Exceptional - Maurizio was super, and the location super secure. For small family or friends is ideal
Sawsan (9/5): I would stay again - The location is great, a walk away from metro and bus stations and many great restaurants. Place is clean and as advertised. Person who connected with us was super helpful responsive and nice. That check in was not automatic. Therefore we had to pay 20 euros for late check in at midnight, when our flight was late, we had to pay an extra 20 Euros for arriving 3 am. In addition to tourist tax for four of us that was already 86 euros in top of room cost. Some of the Art displayed was not suitable for young children, and the place is advertised as a good location for families.
Agata (2/5): Very poor - nice photography on the wall, service is ok. Problems with hot/cold water, smelly in the down kitchen furniture, one time we have problems with electricity:/( we stay just 5 days).They m3 is not 40m3 for me is maximum 30m3. The space is in basement!!!
