Ein Geschenkekorb und einen Blumenstrauss als Willkommensgeschenk gab es auch noch. Ich habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das golf cart und das Fahrrad darf benutzt werden. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich sehr nahe. Die Lage ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es war alles perfekt
• Katie (10/5): The perfect little getaway casita - The host is amazing, very accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and you can see all the little details they’ve thought of to make the stay feel like home away from home. This is where we’ll be staying on our next visit to Placencia.

Everything around the cabin is very well kept as well, of which all the beautiful plants and the hummingbirds are proof. Would definitely recommend staying here.
• Burnell (10/5): A gem of a place in a beautiful town - Fantastic location, only yards from the beach and the boardwalk that goes to town but far enough to be quite and peaceful at night . Very clean and homely, Kat has put a lot of effort into making you feel like you are at home not in just some accommodation. The casita was cosy and modern, air conditioning was great and the rooms had everything you may want.

It’s clean, there’s everything that you would ever need! Kat very helpful suggesting places to eat where to go! Out of all my travels I would say Bella Vita Casitas is special 10+! I would definitely come back! Absolutely nothing!
• Morgan (10/5): Superb stay in the heat of Placencia - I cannot express how satisfied I was with my stay here. Everything from communication with the host after booking to payment was very easy, and they insisted I was picked up from the boat upon arrival in Placencia. The casita itself was modern, cozy, clean and close to the beach and all the restaurants and activities in the village. The little details were also impressive, including complimentary drinks and snacks. The price was also very good for the location and quality - it was an amazing value for money. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I'm in Placencia. nothing

• Gill (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment we arrived, our hosts Katt and Derrick were friendly and helpful. Their golf cart which was part of the rental allowed us to go to fun restaurants and explore different beaches. We also used bikes which was an excellent way to get around. Katt had great recommendations and also had kayaks and floats/chairs and paddle boards available for use. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend BellaVitaCasitas and would love to go back for a longer stay!
• Sarah (10/5): A home-y beach casita managed by the most thoughtful hosts you could imagine - Kat and Dirk have put so much care and love into creating a home away from home for their guests. The casita is incredibly comfortable and close to everything you might want to see or do in Placencia. We were so grateful for all the recommendations, as well as the generous use of their golf cart and paddle boards. On our last day, Kat and Dirk brought us and all our baggage to the bus stop, and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to Belize City without issue. Their hospitality made our visit to Placencia a stand-out part of our Belize vacation, and I cannot recommend their property enough. Nothing - it was perfect!

• Leah (10/5): Exceptional - Kat's Casita was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Just a short 1 min walk to the beach in one direction or the grocery store in the other direction. You can easily access the Placencia sidewalk to reach all restaurants, shops, etc. We made use of the paddle boards and bicycles - in like new condition. Kat provided a quick shuttle to and from Placencia airport, she was a wonderful host. Thanks for an amazing time Kat! Highly recommended.
• Ronald (9/5): Again, thanks to you Kat I had a wonderful stay in Placencia. - The unit is a stand alone studio casitas that was very well appointed. It had everything I needed. Frig., wi/fi, stove, all necessary kitchen utensils. The casitas is a very short walk to the famous side walk and beach. Kat, the owner offered kayaks , beach chairs and towels for her guests. Kat, was a wonderful host. She offered to show me around the peninsula and the very first evening walked with me down to the restaurants. She is a very warm and attentive person that will bend over backwards to make sure her guests have a fantastic stay while in Placencia. Great job Kat, you made my stay wonderful. Ronnie Can't say I found anything I didn't like. I need to add that she picks you up at the airport, great perk. One other thing, there is a grocery store within a short walk of her casitas for those needing food and drink.
