Leelee14 (1/5): AVOID THIS LOCATION! - It was close-ish to the Colosseum! Place stinks like Pee, literally my side of the bed was unpleasant. Especially in the bedroom made it uncomfortable to sleep and breathe. The most annoying is the SHOWER, the nozzle is broken AND this is something I saw many months ago as something someone else mentioned AND it's an easy fix, but apparently the owner doesn't see the reviews? Or doesn't care to replace a very Simple thing to replace that would make a big difference. Do owners read the reviews and consider them and take them seriously. The two of us stayed 4 nights and there were 4 coffee packs, I think for the price it would be considerate to leave enough for both people staying. Just a thought. Owner was Late for appointment THis is when they charge YOU extra if you are late. The walls are incredibly thin. Worst I've experienced ever. You can hear everything. In one area there is someone who has a gym or workout studio and they grunt and yell and kick or something. And upstairs it's like you're sitting in the same room as the neighbors. Owner Also sent us a picture of the garbage left on the counter, and said WE were disrespectful because we left garbage on the counter. mind you, we ate in every day and the garbage was fullm, and I put the trash in a bag on the counter and put water and drink bottles in the corner. He still said we didn't respect the cleaning staff. Very rude, unpleasant, unecessary blame and judgement, I will never stay here again and I highly recommend you don't. Best

Fatih (8/5): Very good - Everything was good. Grazie So close to Colleseum. I cold not sleep because of the Gladiators’ roars ;)
Nikhil (6/5): Pleasant - Location is Good. Very close to coloseum.Very friendly staff. The shower was pathetic. Hot water running only for a minute or so and then it used to shower ice cold water on you . Beds were in the basement and leaving room upstairs. Lot of up n down. There is no dedicated space to keep luggage.
