• Szabina (10/5): - The accommodation is ideal for four people, and it was spotlessly clean. The location is also great; the sights are easily accessible both on foot and by subway. There's no such thing.
• Alice (10/5): Soggiorno eccellente: posizione strategica, ambiente curato e grande disponibilità del proprietario - La struttura si trova a pochissima distanza dalla stazione Termini e dalla metro (linea A e B), rendendo semplice e rapido raggiungere la maggior parte delle destinazioni. Anche per chi preferisce spostarsi a piedi, molti dei principali monumenti sono comodamente accessibili. L’ambiente è pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, permettendoci anche di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario di check-in ed essendo sempre facilmente reperibile telefonicamente. Sicuramente tornerò!

• Emma (9/5): Great stay! I would definitely go back when in Rome! - Very well kept furnitures, comfortable bed, clean apartment equipped with all necessary tools. Easy check in and good communication with the host. Only a suggestion: it would be nice to find more variety of teas and herbal teas as well as basic condiments (e.g. olive oil, salt, etc).

• Saied Jalal (9/5): Great apartment for a family trip! - The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained. It was spacious and had all the kitchen appliances we needed for 5 days, particularly because we had a baby and these appliances became handy. The apartment is very good for a family trip. The instructions that the landlord sent were easy to follow. Very good location - 5 min walk to the train station and 20-30 min easy and nice walk to the historic sites. Safe neighbourhood. One block away from the CONAD supermarket. Overall, it is highly recommended. The only concern was that the apartment did not have an elevator. We had many baggages and a baby stroller, which was difficult to move them up and down.
• Csaba (9/5): Szuper! - A szállásadó Roberto nagyon jó vendéglátó, amikor megérkeztünk a lakásnál várt minket, bemutatta a lakást és minden kérdésünkben segített. Külön köszönet a sok-sok étterem, kávézó, fagyizó ajánláshoz amit külön elküldött nekünk és, hogy kicsivel hamarabb átvehettük a szállást és 1 órával később csekkolhattunk ki. A lakás tiszta, jól felszerelt.

The size of the apartment was great considering everywhere I've stayed in Rome before has been tiny. The apartment had everything I needed to be comfortable with my 8 month old. The apartment was great - no complaints at all.

The apartment is simple, well-furnished, and has lots of natural light. Perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Take some slippers with you and you'll be fine
• Alistair (4/5): Nice flat in a convenient location, but very disappointing customer service. - Tastefully renovated flat in a convenient location - easy walk from Termini station. Very comfortable with an ample supply of coffee pods. Clear access instructions from the host. Although our rental agreement clearly was for the whole flat, including sofa bed as advertised, the owners insisted on an additional daily charge for use of the sofa bed as though for an extra person. The excess money I had to pay was refunded by Booking.com but the episode spoiled the start of our stay in Rome. (After travelling, we just wanted a nice evening meal and a good night's sleep.)
