• Giovannetti (1/5): Problemi di igiene e gestione poco professionale - Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato delle blatte nell’appartamento, soprattutto in cucina e in bagno. Al momento del problema il proprietario era irraggiungibile e non è stato possibile ricevere assistenza. Abbiamo trascorso la notte direttamente in aeroporto. Quando successivamente la nostra segnalazione è stata letta dal proprietario, ci è stato detto che era “normale” e la richiesta di rimborso è stata rifiutata, con l’accusa che stessimo cercando di approfittarne. Un atteggiamento poco professionale che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più deludente.
• Kei (1/5): - Die Lage war gut und die Küche hat funktioniert und war passabel ausgestattet Es gab kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer, die Wohnung ist super hellhörig, das Klo war kaputt und immer wenn man abgespült hat ist das Wasser fast übergelaufen, es gab auch Kakerlaken und der Besitzer hat nicht auf unsere Nachricht reagiert, als wir ihm mitteilten, dass das Klo kaputt ist

• María Omaira (5/5): - La ubicación esta muy bien, mucho aparcamiento. Se ve que estaba en obras, había muy mal olor a humedad y el baño olía muy fuerte. Hay un patio se luz y una habitación aparte.

• Daniel (1/5): - Nichts Wohnung feucht und muffelig keine Lüftung Klima. Bad verdreckt. Zimmer zum nächsten Zimmer endet in einen Innenhof. Wohnung hat nur 1 Fenster auf die Strasse kann man somit nicht offen lassen. 72 E Preis absolut nicht angemessen so was habe ich noch nie erlebt. Tür Schloss Eingangstür ausgrissen.

• Josh (1/5): Host extremely rude and unhelpful, did not get what we paid for breach of contract, - We booked 2 bedrooms and only got one, the host was extremely rude, “can either go somewhere else and get refund or put up with what given” at 10pm at night had no choice but to stay there.

Ребенок с него упал и сильно ударился , в номере были тараканы , не было оставлено ни туалетной бумаги ни мусорных пакетов это мы все покупали за свой счет ! Электрическая плита включалась только утром на полтора часа максимум ,об этом нас ни кто не предупреждал . Приготовить детям еду было очень тяжело . Когда уезжали забыли свои продукты ,когда за ними вернулись нам очень сильно нагрубили и ничего не отдали !
• Dijana (3/5): Loš apartman - The facility was not clean. The fridge was dirty, the plates were broken, the hob was dirty, the cooking bowls were dirty. The bedrooms had no windows. There was no signal or internet in the entire apartment. The building was very noisy, between the bedrooms there was a hallway of the building which was separated by a transparent plastic window through which light and noise from the hallway could be heard all night. The hostess was extremely unpleasant, when we sent her photos of the unclean apartment and mentioned that we had paid for an apartment for 5 people, and there were only 4 chairs in the apartment, she wrote that we did not expect a 5-star hotel for that money and did not contact us after that. Regardless of the facility, the apartment must be clean!

• Tahar (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the air freshener, after a busy day you are greeted by that fragrant scent, it freshens the atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax. Everything is good for me.
