• Elie (8/5): Good value for money with nice location and facilities. - Comfortable beds, clean, modern, good to have access to a spa, nice to have a washing machine and nice location. Nice that there are two toilets and two bedrooms. But be careful, one of the toilets is hidden behind the bedroom door. You don’t see it until you are in the room and have the door closed. Only one set of keys available, so no independence when traveling as a group. Sometimes it has a bad smell (probably from drains), a bit annoying that no AC in rooms and just in living room. • Shane (6/5): Pleasant however not welcoming. - No reception and having the airconditioning off on arrival with the sun heating the room from the windows this was not a pleasant welcome.

• Melissa (8/5): - Grest location. To improve, i found collection of keys difficult and uncomfortable. Haveing the keys next door or onsite would be better, rather down a hidden alleyway.
• Dion (8/5): Lovely apartment with decent view. - The apartment was as expected. Clean, Convenient and Comfortable. Collecting the keys was painful. A hard to find alley way in the city, with no car park close by
• Brian (3/5): I’d go elsewhere next time. - Close to city. Swimming pool. Hard to find location of lock box. Spent 23 mins on phone with staff who also didn’t know where it was. The hotel has no kula sign out front which made it hard to know if we in the right place. Couch was really uncomfortable and table and chairs were cheap feeling.

Hosts very responsive, pool and spa amazing Key collection not at the property but a short walk, shower design put water everywhere, not enough towels provided to account for this, sauna design was not very hot

• Mariana (8/5): Very good - Close to everything markets and cbd , best time to swim 8.30pm resident informed us that she doesn't like people swimming at this hour so please swim then 😁 rooms had everything you needed Pool area needs more attention for cleaning due to lots of people using this area specifically the showers 🚿 not recommended for large group if on different floors or ask for more keys before check In

• Roxanne (10/5): Great value family stay - Property was secure and safe was in an excellent location right in the cbd. We stayed as a family of 5 which meant 2 kids in one queen bed and one on the inflatable bed in the lounge. 1 bathroom to share. But if you want to spend most of the time out exploring the city it’s perfect. You can free tram everywhere in the city and there is a Woolworths at the end of the street. Only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom
• Jaye (7/5): Fantastic location. Felt very safe for two females traveling by themselves. Excellent gym, pool, spa - We arrived to collect the keys as directed and the code given did not work. This caused stress after a terrible public transport trip to the city. We then needed to make contact with Kula to discover the problem. This was rectified quickly and a new code released. Lack of TV viewing. My daughter and I chose to spend all days site seeing and settle in at night with take away and relaxation in front of the TV. There were no options to watch TV. We ended up watching Netflix on my daughter's tiny screen. Please consider putting at least Netflix or Disney+ on the TV.
• Sakyai (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, very close to everything. The staff team was always available to help solve problems and communicate. The key pickup and check-in process might seem difficult for some people, but for us, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it’s definitely worth it.
• Joan (10/5): Overall a great place to stay and we would use it again and recommend it again - The location was excellent for our requirements, the unit spacious and clean. Loved that it had two bathrooms. The doors all squeaked VERY badly and woke people in the night if someone needed to use the bathroom. Kitchen equipment needs to include a chopping board and serrated knife. And maybe directions for the dish washer

They also provided a capsule coffee machine The installed heating system comprises a single unit located in the living room, which may be insufficient given the cold weather conditions Secondly, they do not provide housekeeping services.
• Lan (9/5): Superb - Great location, convenient to get around. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and you can cook your own food. Suitable for a large family. KULA team supports enthusiastically, almost 24/24. I will definitely choose KULA for my next vacation in Melbourne.

The collection of keys was difficult and hard to find - there was no where to store luggage when we checked out and no one would assist - the lady on the phone was not helpful and wanted to charge us for a late check out that we didnt need

Thank you - The location was smack bang in the middle of the cbd making it easy to access all that Melbourne city has to offer. The apartment was compact, but very modern and clean. The kitchen was well equiped, although we did not cook during our stay, we did use the coffee machine. We could have done with some more teabags and coffee pods. We were there for 2 nights, and there was 4 of us, so it appeared it was only catered for one night.
• Christian (9/5): Great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again. - Great location for shopping and public transport. Beds were really comfortable as well. The internet connection on the TV didn’t work. I had to hotspot off my phone.

• Jamee-lee (8/5): Very good - It was beautiful, the amenities were beautiful and the place was such an amazing location for us. Definitely worth getting it for our group over separate hotel rooms. The doors squeaked really loudly so when you go to the toilet or get up in the morning it wakes up others. Other than that I really liked it.
