The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Tokyo Skytree, yet situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood where we could truly relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything was very convenient: the metro station is only about a 10-minute walk away, a bus stop is just 3 minutes from the apartment, and there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we really appreciated the helpful local tips that were provided. The apartment itself is located in a brand-new building and is beautifully designed. It is modern, practical, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We immediately felt at home. Thank you for a fantastic experience in Tokyo. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit! Niets.

Christian (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Tokio - Quite large and modernly furnished apartment in a quiet area of Tokyo, but still mit far from Tokio Skytree and Asakusa. Bus stops are near by. Thanks to the instructions we got in advance, the self check-in was simple. Contrary to what is stated in the description, the kitchen equipment is sparse; for example, there is only one frying pan but no pots and no butter knives. That's why we deducted one point in the rating.

Nicole (10/5): Schönes großes Appartement - Das Appartement war sehr großzügig geschnitten die Vermieter stets hilfsbereit und haben sich bei Fragen sofort bei uns gemeldet. Es war dann doch fast eine dreiviertel Stunde vom Zentrum entfernt. Allerdings waren die Bus- und Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe (10 Minuten).

Kateryna (6/5): Good location, but disappointing cleanliness and plastic dishes. - Overall, the location is good and the neighborhood is quiet. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away, which is convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The dishes were not properly washed, and the drain in the bathroom was clogged so the water did not flow well. The frying pans were also in very poor condition. I was also surprised that almost all the dishes were plastic. It was the first time in my life staying in a hotel or apartment where I had to eat from plastic plates and drink from plastic cups — everything was plastic except the forks and spoons. The condition of the cookware, especially the frying pans, was also quite bad. Another small detail: there was no power adapter in the room. It’s a small thing, but it can affect the first impression and overall rating. Having an adapter available would be very convenient for guests. If waste sorting and environmental concerns are important, it might make more sense to provide proper glass or ceramic dishes instead of plastic ones.

Traveljunkie (9/5): - The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, supermarkets 5 mins walk, metro 14 mins walk, local buses. The apartment is very well furnished, we were a family of parents with 2 kids. We found it perfect for a first visit to Tokyo. Very good communication with the hosts. Be aware that there is nobody to greet you in person, so if you prefer a staffed reception, this is not for you .
Dilushi (10/5): Simply loved it! - This was the most spacious apartment we stayed in during our time in Japan. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Absolutely loved the location and the facilities. Within walking distance of the station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas around. Wish they had an iron but it wasn't a big deal. :-)

Assel (10/5): Если бы снимали квартиру в этом районе, вернулись бы. Очень редко, когда жилье в апартаментах проходит так комфортно. - Тихий и безопасный район, недалеко от станции. Инструкции по заселению были понятны, Стафф был всегда на связи и во всем помогал. Сортировка мусора никогда не была легче, так как стояли контейнеры с картинками, куда что выкидывать. Квартира оснащена всем до удобства гостей. Рядом супермаркеты, что очень удобно. Мы очень довольны. Третий комплект одеяла и подушки лежали сложенные в пакете не совсем чистыми. Хорошо постельное белое было сложено отдельно и было чистым.

Jushi (9/5): Supi Unterkunft, eher zu zweit - Es ist wie auf den Bildern, natürlich ein bisschen schmaler alles. Das Bett ist ca. 1,40m breit und hat eine eigene Klima. Duschbad und shampoo gibt es in kleinen Flaschen wie im Hotel (ungewöhnlich für Japan, da sonst immer riesige shampoo Flaschen im Bad stehen). Die Unterkunft besitzt eine Waschmaschine und ein hoch modernes Bad, in dem man die Wäsche trocknen kann. Der Teppich sammelte leider die vielen Haare der Gäste, da der Staubsauger hierfür zu schwach war. Vielleicht doch besser keinen Teppich. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft relativ sauber, in dem Ecken gab es etwas Staub, das war mir persönlich aber echt egal. Zu dritt geht sie Wohnung gerade so noch, zu viert definitiv zu klein (selbst mit Kindern wird es schwierig)

You should take stronger action and improve your system and response. After more than an hour, there was not even a word of apology, and the communication was extremely delayed.
