• Andrea (10/5): This is the perfect place for a gorgeous tropical holiday. - What a joy to stay at a property where the owners take great pride in their holiday apartment! It was beautifully styled, spotless and in a great location. Key collection was easy and staff always available if we needed them (we didn’t but was good to know). Lovely pool and patio area. I cannot fault the property.

Beautiful apartment that offered everything you could wish for including free wifi. Welcome pack to start you off on arrival and linen change a clean halfway through stay. Excellent! The exterior of the building is looking shabby and tired and the garage parking was tight, however there is parking available at the front of the building. The pool isn’t heated and feels like an afterthought.

• MH Consulting GmbH (10/5): Ein Juwel im Meer von Ferienunterkünften - Das Apartment liegt einzigartig an der Uferpromenade. Vom Balkon genießt man den direkten Blick auf den Pazifik. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll; die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig war und noch weit darüber hinaus, was man sonst in Ferienwohnungen vorfindet. Einfach nur top!!! Der Vermieter bietet auch die Benutzung einer Einzelgarage im Hinterhof an. Leider war unser Aufenthalt dort zu kurz!

Only the surround of the (outside) of property could of been a bit cleaner especially the entrance and courtyard of the premices, however we do not live or holiday in the courtyard.

• Julia (10/5): Perfect holiday destination to get away from the winter. - Great beach front position in Palm Cove. Newly renovated good to have ensuites in both bedrooms especially for 2 couples traveling together. Would definitely stay here again. ☀️😊 Probably the only thing is the lounges were very uncomfortable.

The apartment itself was very quiet and very spacious with adequate "starter" supplies. The beds were very comfortable and the double showers a highlight. It also had a very secure garage as a parking option. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone staying in beautiful Palm Cove. We couldn't fault it.

• Jaimie (7/5): Good - Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Beds were really comfortable and the view from the apartment is stunning. Big TV in lounge room. Bedrooms have lots of space and storage options and aircon in all rooms made the apartment extra comfortable. The location is close to everything you need in palm cove. We had a few issues with our stay and raised these with the realestate, who did not seem to really care about our concerns or address them at all. Firstly, we checked in in person on Saturday afternoon. We were not told anything about the street being closed out the front of the property all day Sunday (4am-4pm) for the markets and that we’d be unable to move our rental car our or get to our prepaid activities. If you’re staying, be aware this happens the first Sunday of every month. Secondly, when we were booking we were choosing between a couple of different apartments and chose this one specifically because it had a BBQ (as evident in several photos). There was no BBQ when we arrived (again raised with the realestate who didn’t seem to be at all concerned with our complaint). Other small issues: -The couch is super uncomfortable to sit on (not that this was a massive inconvenience as we didn’t spend much time in the room). - The outdoor table hadn’t been cleaned - the lift stopped and got stuck on several occasions (I’d recommend taking the stairs) - we had two random pest control people come through the apartment 3 times one morning looking for a plant on the balcony that needed to be removed (unsure why this couldn’t have waited until we left the next day) this made us feel really uncomfortable. Overall a great unit. I would stay in the complex again for sure, but not in this particular unit.
• Karen (10/5): I'd go again - Great location, spacious, very clean. We stayed there for our honeymoon. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout meant two couples could easily stay there and have privacy. It was nice having a garage too Nothing not to like

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing. Loved everything. It was almost opposite the lifesavers for swimming. The view was fantastic. Seeing the ocean through the beautiful gum tree trunks made you feel you were in a tree house. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean, and had all the amenities for a great holiday. The elevator made it excessable for anyone. There really wasn't anything we didn't like, but it would have been absolutely perfect if the outdoor terrace furniture was a little more comfy, but that may be just us.

• Robyn (9/5): Stunning apartment in great location! - Beautiful, well maintained apartment in a central location. Loved the outlook to the beach, quiet ambience even though very central. Kitchen has quality cookware/dinnerware and fantastic coffee machine. We got stuck in the old lift on one occasion-so chose to walk up the 4 flights of stairs, amenities could be more generous for the price we paid over 6 nights.

• Maurice (8/5): Nice apartment with a few issues. - Beautiful clean apartment with all mod cons. Nice ocean view. The provided starter beverage pack was very welcome. The television had an excellent streaming channel package - including Spotify. Security a problem. The fire stairs door didnt close properly so it was often left open and people used the fire stairs instead, presumably instead of waiting for the lift. Anyone could then use the fire stairs to access our front door. I wouldn't have minded if our apartment front door had had a decent security lock, but it was a simple key-in-knob type. The apartment was booked under the name Coral Horizons Top Floor Apartment. This lead us to believe it was a top floor apartment. It wasn't. Later, after full payment was made, I received a brief email saying the apartment was now marketed under the name Coral Horizons Ocean View Apartments but, it said, nothing else about the booking had changed - it was simply a name change. This became an issue in our last two days (only) as there was then considerable nighttime noise transmitted through our ceiling from the floor of the actual top floor apartment above us - it sounded like someone moving furniture while playing soccer. Also, the Council in its wisdom lined the street in front of the building with mobile toilets in preparation for some sporting event on the weekend. The lower down you were accommodated, the worse the view of the ocean got.
• Nelly (10/5): Perfect in every way. - This is a fabulous place right on the beach with a terrace overlooking the ocean. The apartment block is right on the esplanade but it is slightly in so you are not right on the street. The check in and check out process were very straightforward and the staff responded to emails very promptly. The apartment itself is excellent- appointed with all you may need including kitchen appliances. It was spotless when we moved in. There is a washing machine and two packets of washing powder are provided to start you off and we really appreciated that. It was a really easy and comfortable stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. The only issue we had was that there was only one set of keys and for a two bedroom apartment you would expect that people would like to do different things sometimes. There was a key lockbox next to the door which could be one way of dealing with the issue but we did not get the code for that. I specifically asked how to manage with only one key but there was no meaningful response. A very minor point- there were a lot of aromatherapy sticks/diffisuers (2 in the living areas and 1 in each bedrooms). The smell was too strong and cloying and I was getting a bit of a headache so we had to look for places to put them.

The lounge room furniture was uncomfortable and there weren't any comfortable chairs to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views (sun-loungers or similar would have been great!). The outdoor chairs were very hard without cushions. We were also surprised as the unit had been advertised as top floor and it wasn't a top floor unit.
