• Debbie (9/5): February holiday - The location was good, close to supermarkets, had good facilities at the Orlando pool bar. The steps going into the apartment having no working outside light when you come back late at night.

Ilmastointi makuuhuoneessa. Viivyimme kaksi viikkoa. Lakanoita ei vaihdettu. Pyyhkeet pesimme itse. Hiekkaa kantautui - ehkä myös Afrikasta. Eli sitä tuli myös vuoteeseen. Puhdistimme lattian kaksi kertaa päivässä. Ei siis siivouspalvelua. Olohuone olisi tarvinnut myös ilmastointilaitteen. Hinta oli liian korkea, koska ei ollut siivouspalvelua.

• Tim (10/5): Excellent! - Het appartement is gelegen in een net en hygiënisch complex met zwembaden. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en waar je met uitzicht op zee ook nog even lekker buiten kan zitten op je eigen balkon. Op 5 minuten lopen ben je op het strand en de “strip” waar je kunt eten en winkelen. De eigenaresse Vera zorgt ervoor dat je goed ontvangen wordt en jou altijd te woord staat mocht je later nog vragen hebben of informatie willen ontvangen. Wij hebben een super goed verblijf gehad!

• Зимина (9/5): - *Хорошая ,чистая квартира,с современным ремонтом. *Есть вся необходимая посуда. * Очень чисто. *Бассейн с солёной водой. *Приятная хозяйка. *10 минут ходьбы к океану. В целом, это мелочи и всё понравилось. Мы отдыхали втроём(Я и двое детей-подростков).Дети спали на двухспальной кровати в спальне и всё шикарно. Мне нужно было спать на диване, но не было постельного белья для меня . Электроплита не всегда включалась на максимум,но это не было проблемой.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - The apartment is situated in a very good location, close to the beach and the promenade. There are many restaurants and shops in the vecinity. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. Someone waited for us in the middle of the night to handover the keys. The apartment's main advantage is its great location, which makes it quite attractive. I booked it based on its very good reviews (9+), but unfortunately, the reality didn't fully match my expectations. The reviews and pictures are somewhat misleading, as several things in the apartment are worn out. For example: The sofa is heavily stained. Although we used it as a bed with linens, in its current condition it really needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced if the apartment is to deserve a high rating. All door handles are loose. The pans need replacing. Parts of the kitchen furniture are peeling and could use repainting. Several metal fixtures are rusted, likely due to the salty sea air. When cooking, the extractor hood pushes all the air into the bathroom instead of venting it outside. With proper care and a bit of maintenance, the apartment could be significantly improved therefore I'm not going to rate it low however it will probably get much lower reviews in the near future if these issues are not addressed promptly. For context: I visited Tenerife in February and booked a much better apartment for a lower price. I chose this one mainly for its location and the high reviews. Had I known about the above issues in advance, I probably would have chosen a different place.

• Oliveb (9/5): This apt is like home from home - Myself and my husband have just returned home to Ireland after a 4 week stay at this apt. The apt was very comfortable and had everthing we needed. It has all mod cons including a flat screen TV (with some English channels), a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, hob and separate oven. The king size bed is so comfy and there is aircon in the bedroom. The bedroom window overlooks one of the 3 pools and there is a poolside snack bar on the complex. The rear balcony is a decent size with a table and 4 chairs and has views of the sea in the distance. Perfect for outdoor dining. The apt is in an excellent location. Very close to numerous bars and restaurants and a 5 min walk to La Pinta beach. There complex is gated and secure. The only negative comment I have is that the window blinds in the hallway and sitting room are transparent which limits privacy and you have to tackle approx 15 steps to reach the apt door, other than that, I cannot fault this apt. I will definately be booking it again for future visits to Tenerife. I especially want to thank Vera. She is a great host. A lovely genuine friendly lady who goes above and behond to ensure you have a comfortable stay in the apt. Excellent communication and customer service.
• Miia (9/5): Superb - The location is really good, just a short walk to shops, the beach and restaurants. Several bus stops nearby. The apartment is spacious and very suitable for two people. Lovely large and peaceful balcony. Otherwise very quiet, no noise anywhere. Good bed and pillows. There was only one small towel for each person to use. The towel got completely soaked while drying after the shower and didn't have time to dry before the next time. There is a washing machine in the apartment and we did wash the towels once, but they didn't really feel like drying in a day. There should be two towels per person and I would have liked separate pool towels.

Host was lovely, even looked after our suitcases for us after check out due to a late flight home. The only thing to make it better would be air con in the living room/kitchen.
