In der Küche tropfte der Abfluss. Im Bad war keine Seife. Hatte für 4 Tage reserviert. Es wurde 1 Tag storniert. Vom Anbieter kam keine Reaktion auf allen Kanäle. Die Schlüsseldame hat mir an dem selben Tag der Ankunft 26 Nachrichten auf Whstsapp geschickt, während ich mit dem Auto gefahren bin. Sie gab mir eine Telefonnummer wieder keine Reaktion bezüglich dem storniertem 1 Tag. Das ist nicht fair.

• Mariam (1/5): - The only thing that is good about it is the location. It was not clean at all , the rooms had Mold, the bathroom had no handsoap , they give us a 100 ml of shower gel for 4 GUESTS staying 3 nights and also no heat at the house so we was freezing there ..

• Yeda Patricia (6/5): - Die Lage war gut. Die Klimaanlage, Herd, Ofen, Fernseher und Mikrowelle haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit den Leuten war etwas verwirrend und schwierig. Es wurde nach dem zweiten Tag einfach das Schloss der Tür gewechselt, ohne das wir etwas mitbekommen haben. Wir waren dann vorübergehend darauf angewiesen bei Nachbarn zu klingeln, um in das Haus zum Apartment zu gelangen. Anschließend wurden uns die Schlüssel auch nicht gebracht, sondern wir sollten diese selbst abholen. Und dies, obwohl Sh Barcelona das verpeilt hat und wir diese auf den Schlösser Tausch hingewiesen haben bzw mussten, da wir nicht ins Haus gelangt sind. Die Räume sind so wie auf den Bildern, allerdings war die Tür von dem einen Schlafzimmer kaputt und ging nicht zu. In dem anderem Schlafzimmer befand sich Schimmel an der Wand, welcher mit einen Sitzsack probiert wurde zu verstecken. Es sah bei unserer Ankunft auch nicht so aus, als hätte jemand den Boden gewischt, da dieser dreckig war und es befanden sich Tierhaare auf dem Sofa. Das Wasser hat sehr lange gebraucht um warm zu werden und manchmal ist es sogar teilsweise wieder kalt geworden, nachdem es warm geworden ist.

• stefano (3/5): - Posizione ottima vicino alla metro - quarto piano senza ascensore mentre nella descrizione sta scritto che sta - macchie di dí umidità sulle pareti - per ritirare le chiavi ti indirizzano in un ufficio a 2 km di distanza dall’appartamento, le istruzioni precise per check in le inviano poche ore dall’arrivo dichiarato - danno alternativa di ricevere le chiavi direttamente in appartamento alla mori a cifra di 30€ - non sta macchina del caffè ma semplice moka - la televisione non funziona - il piano cottura non funziona

• Lara (6/5): An apartment with great potential but unfortunately not the best maintenance to execute. - Good WiFi, great location, nice bathroom, cute balcony, had shampoo and lotion available, enough space for the amount of people, much more affordable than other places - good for people on a budget who don’t need the highest level of comfort. Apartment was not vacuumed upon arrival at all, hot water didn’t always work, beds were stiff, the overall flat is run down, the lock box is not near the place so if you don’t have a car it’s not convenient, there is only one key, and the communication with the hosts was confusing as they changed arrangements with us the day before after confirming by call.

• Frank (5/5): It's a good stay when nothing else is available - Spacious apartment. Clean and the AC was working properly. An okay location when you know your ways around in Barcelona. Close to the metro parallel L3 which brings you to several good sites of the city. Also close to Montjuic. * Bedside table fell down out of the wall and fell down immediately (I could have hung it again but I deliberately left it on the floor) as it happened in the middle of the night so it woke up my travel partners. * ⁠2 door handles were loose and you pulled them out of the doors immediately. * 1 water glass and 2 cups for 4 people * ⁠no rod in the closet for hanging clothes on hangers * ⁠shower does not drain properly *Contact could have been friendlier better/more hospitality would have been nice..especially since we went all the other way of the city to pick up our own keys or else you had to pay for them to bring it. I suggest finding a better location for the key box, in the proximity of the apartment. * It's on the third floor without an elevator, so quite some steps to take. Especially for those that can't walk decently.
• Larry (7/5): If have heart problems don't rent here. - Did like that there were various stores available to buy necessities. There was this terrific artisan bread baker right around the corner. There is a supermarket CONDIS that had store specials. I Did not the fact that there were mention anywhere in the ad that you climb up 7 flight of stairs in a smoke filled non air-conditioned hall way. For someone who suffers from the heart it was not easy task. No working tv or hot water That for me was LOW BLOW on the poster and or owner plus to charge that much. Unbelievable. I should be reimbursed at least 35% of the rental for HIDING that very important fact.
