• Gheorghita (9/5): Best location - The location is very good, close to the milano centrale station and the center of the city. You can go everywere from there, very easy. Quiet place, worm with everything you need. Best for family.

• Saman (8/5): Not the best but worthy - It has a great location, satisfying Wifi, despite we had minimal connection to staffs but reception and key collecting process was smooth.a hair dryer, an iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dish washer was available. walls are thin and we heard neighbors business at nights:) Needs more cleaning of bedding stuff and kitchen utensils. after a short shower it runs out of hot water. It will be good if an instruction added for water heater.

• Natalia (8/5): Very good - - location - cosy and warm apartment (in late autumn) - quite spacious - convenient keys pick-up system - good value for money - very clean sheets and towels - a bit noisy outside early in the morning - some small maintenance jobs needed (new sockets, scuffs etc.) - quite basic interior
• Sahar (2/5): Do NOT go to this apartment - The only good thing about this apartment was its location which is close to the central station. However this made it so loud at night that it was very difficult to sleep. 1. It was not clean at all. The bedding was apparently unwashed. 2. There were not enough glasses and cutlery in the kitchen. 3. The oven was induction but the pots were not! 4. There was not enough toilet paper and soap. 5. Upon arrival we were told to pick up the keys somewhere else and also leave them again in that place by checking out. Our check out was at 4am to get the flight and we booked a taxi for it. We asked the staff to leave the keys inside the apartment otherwise we have to pay extra to the taxi but they did not accept. 6. Unfriendly and not understanding staff.
• Kotryna (5/5): Passable - Very good location It is no very cozy. Shower has a lot of pale. There is not enought cups, knifes, glases. There was no enought soap for three persons for three nights or dishwash soap. We came 3 persons and there was prepared bed only for two persons.

• Elene (1/5): TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. - The location is somewhat convenient. EVERYTHING. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was a terrible experience, upon arrival we discovered that the keys had to be picked up in a different location, the apartment was not clean, sheets were dirty, living room blinds broken shut, washing machine full of dirty water, closet filled with filthy laundry and cupboards on the verge of falling apart. On top of everything, the lights went out twice and to have it fixed we had to go down to the basement at night only to find out that we did not even have the correct keys to fix it. The blinds are controlled by electricity and the whole night we had to sit in an apartment that was scorching hot and had no air since every blind was locked. Customer service is also not helpful and responsive at all. After the checkout we were promised a refund, but they are not responding and avoiding responsibility and ignoring Booking staff as well.
• Sony (5/5): So this is disappointing because use of bedding linen is intimate - Surface, location near the train station and metro, apartment clean Sofa bed broken and mattress too thin and used. No quilt covers and quilts and extra sheets are very dirty, were not changed despite our complain.

• Kristi (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect. Ca 150 from Milan centrale station. Good that they had washing machine ( laundry). Communication was very quick and they tried to solve at least some issues for us, so that was good. First of all, one trash can had trash in it, without trash bag. Then the window blind didn't open and it was the big window in the living room, we didn't mind it because we where out late in the evening most of our trip. Also all remotes had almost empty batteries, tried to switch them between remotes. At least 2 kitchen cabinet doors where a little bit off, didn't close well. I would have preferred to have at least dishwashing cloth and liquid for washing dishes because we wanted to wash only one knife and a plate (we didn't need to use dishwasher). One cutting board had disgusting smell. And the icing on the cake was bedbug spray under the sink... Really..

• John (1/5): Worst experience ever ! - Nothing Ultra late check in , they didn’t have keys available to enter , got the keys until 23:40 of the check in date . Then the next night , they cut the electricity of the apartment down , the building was ok , the y just cut our APT electricity, Had to go to another hotel to spend the night , not safe to stay there with no lights and electricity .
• Alexandra (1/5): Bad - It is close to Milano Centrale station. This experience was a nightmare. The apartment looks different than photos, all the doors are broken, included main door, the internet is not working at all, the facilities described are not available. And the cherry on top is the stuff who ask you about extra tax. The reservation is payed within Booking, but for city tax they send you a link to pay it. In my case, on that site, my card was declined, even I used it to pay on Booking, so we decides to pay it cash. Because someone had to come to the apartment to take the city tax, they asked us for extra tax. I told them that I will report them on Booking and I will let them the worst review, and they changed the practice, they apologised in the end. But if I wouldn t insist on the extra tax, probabily I had to pay it because they didn t give us access into the apartment. Also the hot water is provided by a small electric boiler, which warm water just for 10 min shower, so it doesn t fit with apartment capacity(4 persons). Please avoid this apartment, it is terrible. The only good thing is it is near Milano Centrale station.
• Agnieszka (4/5): Although the property( renovated as it states in the description) was anything but that we decided to accept the circums - The location was good. The property was very dusty throughout. The floors and the bathroom weren’t very clean. We booked the apartment for 3 adults, but only 2 sleeping arrangements were ready upon arrival. Dirty laundry was left behind in one of the wardrobes. We had to request clean linen to accommodate the third person. The sofa bed isn’t suitable to sleep on as it’s very uncomfortable and extremely squeaky. No toilet paper was supplied ( the one thing you might need first after a long trip) The list of things that didn’t work is very long, but many of the problems were mentioned in the previous reviews and obviously nothing has been done about it.

No microwave and the perculators were too small to work on the induction hob so no coffee in the morning. Aircon remote was for a different apartment so did not work. When asking I was told that they don't use Aircon in Milan on October.

• Christine (9/5): Great location - Awesome location next to the train station so it was very convenient for us to get to and from the central train station. Well equipped apartment. It is quite loud on the street late into the night. Also, would be nice if there were curtains or something on the door because the lights outside shine right into the window, but these are minor complaints.
