- Tracy (7/5): Good - It is spacious with oven, fridge, electric hob etc. Comfy bed and bedding. It is beside the central train station. Good location to and from the airport or the central train station. The surroundings have a supermarket and some restaurants, which open until late night so it’s quite convenient. Like previous feedback, it is a storage water heater so it takes time to boil hot water if you have more than 3 people. It’s a hectic. Hair dryer works but the socket is just a bit loose and in poor contact. The wifi connection in smaller bedroom was not good. The living room doesn’t have a heater/A/C, it will be a bit cold during winter. but the A/C has heater mode so it’s still very warm and comfy in the bedrooms.
- Yashodhan (7/5): Convenient to train but communication bad - Location was very convenient for train travel Communication was very bad. We reached at 21:45 (as per earlier message to the host) but the host showed up at 22:20. I was trying to reach the host via 3 different ways ( whatsapp, booking.com and direct call) but never got through. The host came at 20:20 and then said she received all messages at once at 22:15. I don’t think then the communication system they have in place is then working. She then gave me another number to communicate with for checking out so more confusion. I felt very unsafe standing outside with my family in the dark area waiting without any communication. If even we knew she was on her way it would have been ok but just lack of any communication made it very stressful. Also we were charged 20 euros as fees for checking in after 20:00 which didn’t make sense if the service is so terrible for after hours check in.
- Maija (9/5): Nice host, apartment. Would stay again. - Overall very nice apartment, would stay again. Welcoming host. Location perfect with connections to everywhere as it is right next to central station. Was hot in the kitchen/living area with no air conditioner, we were 5 adults so someone also slept there on the pullout sofe and it was very hot. But the 2 bedrooms were perfect with air conditioning.
- Loucas (6/5): Sufficient but with a lot room for improvement - Location next to train station - hot water was not sufficient, had to wait for some time to reheat - balcony door not closing fully which resulted to noise - mould/sewerage smell - front door was hard to open fully, got stuck midway - bathroom door handle kept falling out on the inside - glasses in cupboard were dirty (lipstick marks and coffee stains)
