• Sieńko (10/5): Great Stay in a Perfect Location - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a really pleasant atmosphere. The location was excellent – everything we needed was within easy reach. The place itself is very nice and well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and everything worked perfectly during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

• Viktoriya (5/5): Passable - Hi, good location, any troubles with Wifi. Second bathroom in realty is not a bathroom. It's a toilet in a master bedroom with out door which was not functioning. For big family it's a trouble.

Needs updating! - Loved the location and the property managers were easy to work with, communicated very well, before, during and after our stay. They were very accommodating. The unit was in clean condition. Property needs to be updated. The kitchen is in poor condition with cracked old tiles, poor kitchen supplies and just felt really OLD. There is way to much furniture (and old too), art and knick knacks at the property took over every room. I was really sad that we could not sit out on the terrace/patio which is why I chose this property in addition to the location and # of beds/bedrooms. There are more plants on the balcony than necessary and you cannot even get a chair out there to enjoy your morning coffee. All the extra stuff made it feel really tight.

• Heidi (8/5): The apartment was nice, comfortable and in a good location. We would stay here again. - The location was within walking distance of many attractions, yet in a quiet area. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The host responded quickly to address questions we had. There was miscommunication between the host and the person meeting us with the keys on the time of day we were arriving. We were able to meet, however, we did not get a detailed walkthrough. Also, the apartment was not cleaned upon arrival, we went out for lunch and upon return it still was not clean. We notified the host and the cleaners arrived in short amount of time and was cleaned to our satisfaction.

The apartment has everything we need, for cooking, and there is even a seafood market in walking distance, we bought nice seafood at very good price. The stuff of the apartment are also nice, easy to contact and answer questions and give support timely. Nothing
• Norman (5/5): Promised much but is in need of much love and attention to make it Classy. - Great location with a big seating area for the 5 adults that were staying. Great to be able to have the extended family all together in one place. Washing machine was great but no instructions at all (Italian or English). Drying rack appreciated. Air-conditioning was good. Warning - NOT a 2 bathroom apartment! Difficult with 5 adults and the heat of Rome. A basin with a flexible hose and wand shower head is not a bathroom. Shower was tiny and only overhead spray worked. Sliding screens in the main bedroom were annoying, preventing natural light and air-conditioning if you wanted privacy from next door. Near empty alcohol bottles were strange. Too much clutter. Kitchen outdated, needed a good clean, drawer handles broken, overhead gas struts did not hold. Nice balcony but dirty and plants dying.

• Kirstie (8/5): Comfortable, homely, central location. - it was very Italian, it felt homely, it was big enough for the 4 of us., it wasn’t modern but had everything we needed for our trip away. The second double bed was actually a sofa bed which was on be small side. We picked this apartment above others due to not wanting to sleep on a sofa bed, luckily we are small people so it was okay.
