• Mariana (8/5): Мн добро място за нощувки - На топ място е, има мн места на близо за хапване, както и барове, бирарии. Въпреки, че е на центъра стаята е от вътрешната страна на блокчето беше тихо. Учтив и любезен домакин. Доволни сме от престоя на това място. Неудобството с кола е, че има зелена зона, но на 10 мин има платен паркинг. В стаята през деня е по-тъмно, защото се пада от вътрешната страна на кооперацията (има разлика в снимките). Като цяло това което не ми харесва в апартаментите е че снимки е едно, а на живо съвсем друго, това не е коректно (говоря като цяло). Ако си запазвате хотел не е така.
• Eva (1/5): Horroraufenthalt - Die Lage ist zentral. Die Wohnung entspricht überhaupt nicht den Fotos in der Anzeige. Das Bad war schmutzig und verschimmelt, auch im Zimmer selbst gibt es recht viel Schimmel. Die Handtücher hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, ebenso die Bettwäsche. Auch das Gebäude ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand; im Treppenhaus roch es überall stark nach Urin, was wirklich widerlich war. Insgesamt ein Horroraufenthalt – ich kann die Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen.

• Viktoria (8/5): Good location - It was on a great location and self-check in. The host was quick to respond. The bed sheets were clear. They tried to decorate nicely. Well, all good besides that the bathroom was dirty. It also had mold. They need to clean the mold and it will be ok. Also the other side of the bed next to the wall was also dirty. I think they need to change the cleaner
• Rositca (6/5): Central place that need some imprivement - Very central and easy to access Bed was comfortable It had both central heating and an additional electric heater The bathroom was not very convenient - the window could not be half open, no mosquito net, and not ventilator. it would remain wet and the cupboard was pealing. The towels had a strange odour. No tea, just coffee.
• Olena (9/5): - It is a good location, nice district, grocery store is close to the apartment. It has a kettle, capsule coffee machine and two cooking stove. Everything is great, but a microwave would be a plus.

• Damyanova (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of Sofia and within easy reach of everything we needed. Check-in was smooth. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

• Здравко Зафиров (8/5): Място с потенциал на разумна цена - Страхотна локация - тиха и спокойна пресечка до Орлов Мост, в близост до метро, спирка на градски транспорт, градина, заведения и ресторанти, аптека. Има всичко необходимо за мен за неколкодневен престой и е близо до офиса, в който работя понякога. Има оборудвана кухня, за да вечеряш на спокойствие и дори пералня при по-дълъг престой. В самото студио има доста удобен стол за релакс, не толкова удобна бар маса, но пък много удобно за работа бюро и чудесен интернет. Ключовете се взимат с код от кутия до входа, за която получих ясни указания и се намира лесно. Няколко неща не ми харесаха, съобщих ги домакините и до колкото разбрах ще вземат отношение. Все пак ще спомена част, за да не се получават неприятни изненади: - явно почистващата фирма към онзи момент не си бе свършила добре работата - имаше две-три умрели насекоми в банята, а на прозореца няма мрежа и при оставен отворен - влизат още; - пералнята явно не е ползвана дълго време и е хванала нещо като мухъл в гумата на барабана; - има само едно одеало, а липсва допълнителна завивка; има радиатор за отопление, но предпочитам да спя на студено и с повече завивки, и не ми бе комфортно така.

Очень не чистое жилье. холодильник грязный, стиральная машинка грязная, невозможно пользоваться и воняет. Сюрприз - ванная комната - душ над унитазом, вода не стекает, течет прямиком в комнату. Постельное белье грязное - явно не поменяли - в чьих-то волосах черных!!!!! мебель грязная, ящики на кухне грязные, липкие, бытовая техника грязная! комната темная, но после всего выше описанного ерунда. подьезд убитый.

• Fernando (2/5): Nada recomendable - Poca cosa, no está mal situado El anfitrión es muy amable, pero el resto fatal. Llegamos de noche y no hay luz ninguna, da miedo la zona por su completa oscuridad y el estado del edificio. Cuando logras entrar lo primero que vimos fue cucarachas. El WC no lo habían limpiado, hay suciedad en ventanas, el frigorífico está sucio también y aunque la ducha es como en la foto, el agua no desagua apenas. Totalmente necesario chanclas para la ducha, de hecho, se acumula agua en la papelera y debajo del WC hay un barreño. He estado en cientos de alojamientos y esté es de los peores con diferencia.

• Adela (9/5): A very good choice for the purpose of my trip - I recently stayed at Victor Hugo Studio on a work trip, and it was an ideal choice for my needs. The is next to the city center and university, it has easy access to metro. The studio is located in a very nice and walkable neighborhood. The host provided clear instructions for accessing the apartment. The studio was small but very clean and well organized. The kitchenette is very well equipped. The hair dryer and iron were very well appreciated. There is a small desk to work as well. There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I have a couple of suggestions though: providing slippers would be helpful since the shower isn't enclosed. Also, the entrance light turns off quickly at night, making it a bit challenging to unlock the door due to a small issue with the lock.

The outdoor of the building is very difficult to open. It’s not lie!!! People should make something with that door!!! Be ready to ring on neighbors to open because it’s impossible mission to open…
