• Rainer (8/5): Am Rande der Altstadt - Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet. Selbst Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett gab es, auch wenn ich es nicht gebraucht habe. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, grüner Tee... In der ersten Nacht waren viele Böen. Der offene Sonnenschutz schlug oft in der Nacht. In der 2. Nacht war sie eingerollt :)

• Felix (5/5): The room has everything you need, but it’s very small and costs too much - Everything you need for your stay is provided. The room is located in a lively, authentic yet peaceful neighbourhood The room is quite small; it’s really only suitable for one person. And it’s difficult to get in touch with Gonzalo; he either takes too long to reply to messages or doesn’t reply at all. I get the impression that he’s doing this as a side job.

• Maxim (10/5): Хороший вариант для одного молодого человека. - Действительно вайт рум - довольно стильно все сделано в белом цвете и внутри номера и снаружи. В номере есть практически все: чайник, машина неспрессо, капсулы, чай, тостер, холодильник и даже весы напольные. Розетки у кровати. Район тихий при этом до Плаза де Армас 20 минут, собор в 30 минутах. Терраса двух уровневая и со второго уровня виды шикарные. В одном отзыве прочитал «чердак», но не совсем с этим согласен, все таки комната нормального размера, свой стильный санузел, окно на террасу.

Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kaffee, Tee und sogar einiges an Kosmetikartikeln. Zu Fuß sind es etwa 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Etwas hellhörig.

Inoltre, la struttura è arredata con molto gusto (l'ho trovata bellissima) ed estremamente pulita. Ottima la posizione, servita da trasporti e servizi sotto ogni punto di vista. tutto benissimo, niente da segnalare
• Giulia (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - La stanza è perfettamente funzionale, c'è tutto l'occorrente e anche di più. Non è grande ma è organizzata molto bene. La terrazza, bellissima, aggiunge valore. Sono stata a mio agio, ho dormito bene. Il quartiere è molto bello e tranquillo, vicino a tutti i punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti ristoranti, bar, supermercati, farmacie... tutto quello che serve! La consiglio a chi viaggia da solo come me!

Igualmente me gustó la amabilidad y conocimiento de Gonzalo de la ciudad. La terraza es apropiada para un buen descanso y contemplar el atardecer sevillano. No poder estar más tiempo en Sevilla.

• Nick (10/5): Zeker een aanrader! - Ondanks dat het appartement 'maar 16m2' is, is het van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een klein koelkast en magnetron aanwezig, wat zeer handig is. Verder is er een tv, wifi, een tafel om aan te zitten en andere handige benodigdheden om je verblijf comfortabel te maken. Tevens is alles schoon en ziet alles er nog als nieuw uit. Ook het zeer grote en fijn ingerichte balkon is heerlijk. Je kunt hier aan tafel wat eten of neerploffen in een relaxstoel. Verder is het mooi gedocreerd met veel planten en is er een zonnenscherm voor schaduw. Het appartement is ook zeer handig gelegen. Niet per se in het touristische gedeelte van de stad. Maar hier ben je zo met de vele bussen die op 5 min lopen vertrekken. En met een korte busrit ben je dan ook midden in de stad. Niets, prima appartement en zeker een aanrader!

It is spotless, well equipped, compact and has a delightful outside space which offers a calm retreat from city sightseeing. Only 20 minutes from the centre where you can find the Cathedral, the Alcazar and all the historic sites it is quiet and secure and the owner is efficient in responding and welcoming. I highly recommend it! Nothing. It was perfect for me...

• Alina (9/5): Superb - I am very grateful to the owner for helping with my luggage (the apartment is on the third floor without elevator) and his attention to all of the details, including coffee machine, deodorant, hair dryer and even the print Seville map. The location of the apartment is also amazing — there are a lot of different restaurants in the district, all of the sightseeings are within walking distance. I will recommend this apartments to all of my friends, going to Seville. My travel was in January, it was very cold in the apartment despite two blankets. Also it was quite noisy because of neighbors with children. The conditioner didn't work for heat.
• Michael (9/5): Good - Wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the rooftop space provided a lovely space to relax. The host gave me a warm and friendly welcome, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! One thing to note is that it takes about a 25-minute walk to reach Catedral (City Center), so I would recommend this place for those with a bit more time, ideally staying for more than two days. Additionally, the location isn’t very accessible by bus, though this seems to be a general characteristic of Seville.

• Steven (10/5): Great! Comfortable afford option for solo traveller who also works on the go. - It was nice and cozy. But very quiet considering it's location. You almost have the terrace to yourself. Everything is very clean. You have a small kitchenette to prepare cold meals, tea and coffee. The space was utilized very well. There is a great desk space as well if you need to work. The mattress needs to be changed. But Gonzolo already said he would chnage it after my recommendation.
• Sarah (9/5): Best workation spot in Sevilla! - Great location and amazing roof terraces. The area is quite but in good walking distance to all interesting places. There are a lot of good restaurants close by. Check-in and communication was flawless. The fridge is very noisy and woke me up a couple of times.
• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - I must say I enjoyed my whole stay there. At first, I was worried lack of a kitchen might be an inconvenience but the things there were enough for a decent meal if you stay mostly out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious enough for one person. The terrace/tv/Alexa were a pleasant addition for a more pleasant stay. The host is amicable and helpful, gave recommendations of some places to visit and to eat at, which came in handy. The location couldn’t be better, imho, walking distance to every place you’d primarily want to visit. The only disadvantage I found was some women’s hair in the towels, but, considering the clean room, it could have got stuck during washing. At least I hope so

• Wioletta (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean mini apartment with ensuite bathroom. There is everything you might need for the short stay. Bathroom - there is shampoo and gel. Towels. Room has a table, there is air conditioning. There is mini kitchenette as well with microwave, toaster, coffee express (with capsules provided), cutlery, plates, fridge. My favourite was a terrace - beautifully decorated with live plants. You can chill here or just have your meals (shared with other room though but there are two tables and some beach chairs). The host is very kind and helpful. - People with mobility issues - this is located on 3rd floor, no lift so be mindful when booking. - Didn't receive any information about check in procedure. Contacted host via Booking and didn't get any reply. But once contacted on WhatsApp - host responded immediately. So this could be improved.
