• Eva (7/5): - Struttura grande e posizione comodissima vicino alla metro. Francesca gentilissima e disponibilissima su tutto. Unica cosa negativa e’ che la struttura si affaccia proprio su una pasticceria aperta h.24 ritrovo notturno di gruppi di ragazzi e compagnie che fanno molto rumore, consiglio i tappi perché purtroppo hanno disturbato molto il nostro riposo.

• Ovidiu (9/5): Good option for a few of days in Rome. - The location of the apartment was convenient for us. Basic necessities/amenities like towels and bed linens were provided. Odd technical solution for the AC unit, that generated inside room some noise and it cannot be really used at night.
• Joanna (7/5): - Très bien situé pour ce déplacer dans les endroits touristiques de Rome. Proche à pieds du Vatican. Facilité d’accès. Endroit où tu peux passer Max 1,2 jours car dans une rue très passante ou plusieurs commerces sont ouverts 24/24. Le bruit est donc assez constant. L’air climatisé est situé dans La chambre de droite et il est assez bruyant donc idéalement il faudrait l’éteindre pour la nuit. Aussi les stores ne se fermaient pas au complet donc présence de lumière dans la chambre pour la nuit.
• Simona (10/5): Vacanze romane - Davvero un bel posto , sia l'appartamento comodo e funzionale c'era tutto quello che serve , sia la posizione ottima vicina a tutto , aggiungerei una fantastica proprietaria gentile e disponibile, è stata una breve ma bellissima vacanza, che dire torneremo sicuramente ❤️
• Monica (10/5): - Posizione ideale, vicino al Vaticano, Musei Vaticani. La metro vicinissima a casa. Padrona di casa disponibile, organizzata e cortese.Si è presa cura di ogni dettaglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo formidabile. Pulizia impeccabile. Ristoranti e locali, tutto a portata di mano. La dolce Maniera, barettino sotto casa aperto 24/24 per colazioni e spuntini indimenticabili, i cornetti piú buoni mai mangiati. Tutto bellissimo
• pierre (1/5): Not a good plan - The apartment is well located but for the rest, I don't understand the positive comments. We stayed in this apartment for 4 days. When we arrived, the fridge was broken and there was spoiled food in it. The shower tray was clogged (full of hair, we had to clean it ourselves). Bedspread and toilet were dirty too. The owner told us that it was the cleaning company's fault and that she was going to order a new fridge and that we could manage to cook from day to day without a fridge for 4 days. The kitchen is also pretty basic for cooking. Also of note, the air conditioning didn't produce much cooling. Worse still, the air-conditioning unit was behind a metal plate in one of the bedrooms, so the room heated rather than cooled. In short, hot nights, a dirty apartment and no fridge. An impression that the owner is looking to make easy money with a minimum of service. A simple apology from the owner. No compensation for the inconvenience. I strongly advise against this accommodation.

• Shamsi (8/5): Clean, simple, great location wonderful host. - The location is amazing, incredibly close to Vatican city, and many other landmarks around Rome The lock on the door was quite tricky to open, but the host & neighbors were very helpful.
• Hartikainen (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment with perfect location to spent a night. Some problems with sewer of the shower but house is a old one so that is likely normal.
• Elena (8/5): Very good for a short stay - The property has a very excellent location, in a very good neighbourhood. Metro station at the end of the street, different cafes and restaurants around. Property was really clean, and comfortable. Host was very friendly and comunication was very good. I did not like that the second room did not have a queen size bed, it was a sofa. I would recommend the host to change this, and also to give pillow options as the pillows they had were too flat. In this room You could not reach the window to open it. Windows were not sound proof, so for someone who has trouble to sleep with noises, that could be a problem. Kitchen dishes were not clean. There was no dish soap, and we could not use the dishes. Other facilities were ok.
• Pawel (10/5): Very pleasant stay two street away from Vatican. - The owner was really helpful and provided usful information, upon arrival and uring the stay. Apprtment is clean and well furnished- definitely worth the price and location was great if you want to invade Vatican and if you are going to the centrum, it is 20 min walking or you jump in the metro on the same street as the appartment. So far the most pleasent stay this year for me :)
• Nedko (7/5): Good for short stays - The location is good for sightseeing - walkable distance to the Vatican, direct access to metro A for transport to the city center. A Lot of buses nearby too. Easy self checkin, spacious apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults + children. The building has an elevator. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Heading/chilling system is extremely loud, not possible to sleep while it's on, you need to keep it on while you're out. There's noise from the street all day and night. The bed in the second bedroom is a pullout coach - be careful that puts not good for 2 adults. Travelling to/from both airports with public transport is not very convinient.
• Selda (7/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, very kind host and beautiful large apartment. There was salt, coffee, sugar and oil in the kitchen, which was good. Thank you Francesca for your kindness. There was an awful and excessive sewer smell in the apartment through all our stay which was very annoying. I don't know if there is something that owner can do for this. Some more functionality in the apartment would be nice, such as easy hangers and/or shelves. There was no shamphoo, a small amount would be needed especially for short staying guests..

• Sekandar (9/5): Superb - Francesca is a fantastic host. She waited until 2 am in the midnight for us as we were delayed due to flight issue. Rooms were clean, facilities were enough. There cannot be a better location for visiting Vatican. Thanks to Francesca. The room air conditioner was the only discomfort for us. This was probably due to our own reason as the weather was too hot (34 degree Celsius) and we were not used to such a hight temperature. Still we enjoyed our stay in this property.

• Athanasios (9/5): Superb - The hostess smiling, helpful he received us earlier and at our departure he kept our luggage for 3 hours. Thank you very much. The table and stools will have to be changed (they are moving and are uncomfortable. Also the loud noise when the air contitioners are working.
• Rajeshkannan (1/5): Charged tourist tax while check in l-scammed - Hi while check in they charged us 48 euros as tourist tax which we feel as scam bezoar it’s not mentioned anywhere in the booking details that there will be a extra charge and we booked in many cities in Europe for the past 3 weeks and no where we payed this so called tourist tax So before booking with them double check about this tax or you too will be scammed too

• Sena (10/5): I would definitely recommend it to those who will visit Rome. It is a very beautiful house and in a very good location. - The house was clean and comfortable, great location near the metro station and the host is helpful and attentive.
