• Nely (10/5): Voltaria. - Localização ótima. Os funcionários não falam inglês porém vc consegue se comunicar com o tradutor. O quarto é minúsculo se você estiver com muitas malas pode ser um problema, mas não é nada que atrapalhe a viagem.

• Tina Bangsgaard (8/5): Dejligt sted - Vi elskede placeringen! Roligere end vores første stop i Shinjuku. Rundt omkring var der masser af gode restauranter og kaffebarer. Selvom personalet ikke taler meget engelsk, så kommer man langt med Google Oversæt. Således hjalp de os også med at sende vores bagage videre :) dem der skriver om små værelser forstår vi ikke - vi var meget positive overraskede over det store værelse! Og så var det dejligt, at man kunne vaske tøj på stedet. Der var dårlig udluftning på badeværelset - og generelt lidt dårlig lugt derinde.

• Nadia (10/5): Отель, куда хочется вернуться - Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Удобная постель, продуманная планировка комнаты. Есть холодильник, чайник, стаканы и чашки. И конечно- японский туалет, который всегда встречал меня теплым сиденьем. Хорошие завтраки для начала дня - йогурт, кукурузный суп, чай/кофе/соки и круассаны. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый. Близко три станции метро, вокзал Токио. И самое главное -автобус в аэропорт в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Претензий нет

• Rúben (8/5): Don’t think twice! 🇯🇵 - Location, quiet area and very close to the subway station. The staff very friendly. Mini breakfast buffet is a must before a 20k steps daily journey! Quality Vs Price -> approved! Nothing in particular.
• Nadja (6/5): Many positives and one big caveat - There are many positives to mention: - despite some reviews to the contrary, we found this to be one the roomiest hotel rooms we’ve had in Japan (which are generally very small). - Definitely quite old and feeling a little outdated but I feel like they’re doing their best under these circumstances - for example, there are very few power outlets and no usb chargers but they provide an adapter with different cables to make up for it. - The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I lost my wallet while shopping so they helped me call the stores I had been in to locate it and I actually got it back! - Surprisingly, there was a basic breakfast buffet available and included, even though this wasn’t indicated on booking.com - Conveniently located close to 3 different lines that take you to major points of interest without transfer I would have loved to give a better overall rating, but here is my big caveat: it seems that our room was located next to something like a boiler which worked very tirelessly on end, the whole day and the whole night through. While I am quite sensitive to sound and might not represent the average, my partner, who usually doesn’t mind any noise, was even bothered by it. It was incredibly loud. I assume not every room will have this problem and we just got unlucky. But I also think, assigning this particular room should be an absolute last resort only if there is no other availability (which I don’t think was the case, hotel seemed rather quiet). Apart from this, there are also not many restaurants /bars around (unless you’re craving fancy French cuisine which there is a surprising amount of).

The only bad thing was the breakfast. As options, we had corn soup, yogurt, a croissant, 2 types of cakes... and that was it. If there had been some butter or jam to put on the croissant and some boiled eggs (at least) to complement, the hotel score would have been a 10/10.

• Eveline (8/5): Good accomodation near TCAT - The location is convenient, near subway, T-CAT and conbini. They provide charger in the room. Their skin care amenities are various. You can pick them up at reception. The room is small, bit difficult to open suitcase.

Hotel itself was very nice and neat with a good location with max 10 min walk to nearest metro stations. Located in a more quiet street away from all the hustle. The hotel provided small free breakfast (small danish pastry, corn cream soup, which I personally loved, and hot drinks) which was a nice start/kick for the day. A tiny detail - a toilet brush - missed in the toilet, couldn't clean it. The air conditioning makes a noise that irritates a bit while dealing with jetlag. But otherwise everything was very good, I couldn't complain, these are just tiny details.

• Lorenzo (7/5): Mediocre, buono il prezzo - La posizione Ci è saltata la luce in camera, lo staff ci ha incolpati subito ed in ascensore per andare in camera era visibilmente scocciato. Una volta arrivati su e notato che era saltato il quadro generale si è scusata la receptionist, però non mi è piaciuta l'attitudine. Ovvio che con i turisti ne saranno capitate di ogni, ma non si può sparare a zero su tutto.

• aluuuhnis (9/5): Great location but the room is small - Good location. Walking distance to grocery, subway stations (Kayabacho and Suitengumae) and Tokyo City Air Terminal. You just need to take the bus from Narita/Haneda to TCAT then walk to this hotel. Very convenient. The neighborhood is also quiet. Barely anyone walking at night. Good free breakfast. Drinks are also free 24 hours. Coffee is good. Room is small. You can't lay down two large luggages on the floor. Only one at a time. Its hard to move around. No space underneath the bed to store luggage as well. For some reason, I can also hear the noise from the other room, so the walls might be thin :(
