• Aung Thiha (8/5): Met the expectations.... - The room facing the 2 little lakes was great. The view at night to the city lights was also fantastic. Perfect for a quiet stay and chill if the room is not facing the Highway. No idea about the rooms facing Highway though.

• Aida (7/5): - the room size, the crowd, the environment They should repair the shower before letting customer checked into the room. The showerhead was off the hook (missing the hook). Upon showering, the water didn't go straight to the drainage due to uneven floor.

• PUTERI FARAH (4/5): - Dapat bilik yang di upgrade selepas tiga kali tukar bilik. Bilik pertama buruk dan busuk. Bilik kedua belum di kemas tapi bagi key card untuk kita masuk. Bilik ke tiga pintu tak boleh kunci pula🤨 Kebersihan bilik tak dijaga dengan baik. Bilik busuk dan berhabuk. Ada tingkap bilik yang kuncinya rosak dan terbuka. Keadaan bilik tidak well maintained. Tuala di bilik pun ada yang lusuh. Geli nak pakai. TV di bilik tak dapat signal dengan baik. Lampu pun ada yang rosak. Staff front desk muka sombong masa kita nak check in. Bila dah dua kali kena tukar bilik, baru lah nak senyum dan minta maaf. Kita ni check in nak berehat. Mereka tak update keadaan bilik sebelum beri pada guest. Front desk dengan housekeeping tak berhubung berkaitan dengan kesediaan bilik untuk guest😏. First time tidur hotel guest kena bayar RM5 parking (24 jam).

• Ismail (5/5): - The receptionist requested my IC for photocopying and forgot to return it to me. When I was already on the way back to Shah Alam, the staff called to inform me that my IC had been left at the hotel. I had to use Lalamove to have it delivered, and I had to bear the cost myself.

The floor is sticky, no switch socket near the bed, the pillow is hard and high, aircond are not cold enough, and the toilet design is really weird the safe box is inside the toilet and the toilet environment is not clean. • Faisal (4/5): Disappointing - - The staffs, whilst not really well trained especially the receptionists, they were trying to be helpful. - The family room size is huge and as per photo. Almost everything else besides the staffs and the room size. These include: - Please, this isn't a 4-star hotel. I felt misled. It's 3-star at most. - It's the only 4-star hotel (which I disagree with the rating now) that I've been to, that doesn't provide porter service. I came with large family and booked a family room with small children and luggages. So not having this service is ridiculously and unnecessarily inconvenient. But to be fair, they eventually sent someone to assist. - The hotel upkeep is bare minimum. - Room wasn't clean enough with sticky floor. - The breakfast buffet, although cheap, but not worth the money at all. - I've also made some enquiries to the hotel prior to my traveling date but they seemed not even bother to respond. - In short, please review the rating of this hotel. Don't call yourself 4-star unless you are living up to that standard.

I will think of paying a bit more to stay somewhere better . - Nothing The room air con not cold and not working, the window cannot be shut very noisy , the shower is so small , the walls are so thin can hear next door and the next next door, tv not working , telephone not working, reception close at 12am anytime you own self handler like air con not cold . Car is dark . No food stores around the area . Hair dryer wind very small . Room has not enough lights. Some switches are not working. The photos in the app does not even match what you see there . Even the lobby area . The worse hotel I have stayed in my whole life traveling.

• Siti (7/5): Weekend stay - Clean rooms and toilet. Spacious room for my husband and I. We requested a 4am wake-up call that did not happen. We also requested Sahur food at 4am, but it came at 4.45am and our hot drinks at 5 am as they said they were under-staff.

They try to fix the aircond and asked us to wait 10min with an overheated room while i was with a baby. Very inconsiderate. After about 20min, they asked us to change the room. I Wont repeat to stay here ever again.
